  • This study is about development of technology system for MIS(Minimally Invasive Surgery) robot of S. Korea analysed by the application of scenario planning. MIS robot industry receive attention as a new growth industry for national and international and is noticeable for the leading industry of future era in Korea. In this paper was examined the characteristics of an MIS robot technology and its components. It was investigated about the technology of an overseas MIS robot(especially U.S.A) and Korean domestic MIS robot and understood such as the country's policy propulsion issues then, was searched about development direction of the future. As a result, the future policy for MIS robot of S. Korea is to further spur the development of new MIS robot technology and more improvement of the technology level of MIS robot with AR(Augmented Reality) display.

Intracranial Extension of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of the Palate - A Case Report - (구개 선양낭포암의 두개내 침습 - 증례 보고 -)

  • Intracranial involvement by adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is very rare and there is no report of intracranial extension from the palate ACC in Korea. Intracranial involvement can occur in one of three ways: direct extension, perineural spread, and hematogenous spread. A case report of a 35-year-old woman with intracranial ACC is presented. Initially she had ACC of the right palate and was treated by surgery and postoperative radiation therapy. Three years and 10 months later, the paresthesia in the distribution of ophthalmic and maxillary branch of right trigeminal none developed without evidence of recurrence in CT scan. Ptosis and total ophthalmoplegia developed sequentially and the second operation was peformed. It was suggested that the tumor was spread perineurally along the trigeminal news into the Gasserian ganglion and then cavernous sinus and orbit. Seven years and 6 months after the first operation, direct intracranial extension into the right temporal lobe developed via sphenoid bone, sphenoid sinus and temporal bone and the third operation was done. And then lung metastasis was diagnosed. She is alive for 9 years 5 months after first operation.

  • Shipping Along with the aging of the total population, its importance is greater cause of stroke, which is one of the diseases are listed cerebral perfusion is about 80%,.ie that the flow of blood flowing to the brain is reduced as the cause. One of the most typical prophylaxis and treatment of these stroke is to enhance cerebral perfusion. There are several ways to increase cerebral blood flow are a therapy through drugs, through surgery and invasive NeuroFlo. NeuroFlo is to insert a catheter to which a balloon is attached into a patient's artery. However, since the method of enhancing conventional cerebral perfusion have been conducted mainly in invasive method, giving a burden to the patient, the problem of inducing a number of complications were noted. In this paper, an attempt to supplement the shortcomings of such invasive brain perfusion increase method, to provide a device to enhance the non-invasively brain perfusion.

  • Treatment for cerebral blood flows is one of the most important treatments for cerebral infarction. There is a concern that the increasing number of cerebral blood flow treatments can cause multiple complications as it is invasive. To compensate for these problems, recently non-invasive cerebral blood flow increases have emerged. However, the current implementation of the non-invasive cerebral blood flow sensor raises the question of speed and accuracy. In this theses, the system aims to minimize the final cortical damage to the cerebrum by implementing a system in a completely different manner to complement the disadvantages of the existing non-invasive cerebral blood flow device. The system measure the PI of the limbs while simultaneously pressing limbs. Blood flow rate is carried out indirectly by increasing blood flow to peer pressure through the limbs in which the PI eips below a certain level. This can be used selectively in patients to increase blood flow.

  • 체내의 유익한 정보를 검출하기 위해서는 생리학적으로 부작용이 얼고 정확한 정보를 신속히 걸출하여야만 한다. 이를 위해서는 무침습적으로 측정하거나 무침습적이지 못할 경우, 침습을 최소화하기 위한 센서의 소형화가 불가피하다. 최근 집적회로 공정 기술인 미세 가공 기술을 응용하여 소형화될 뿐 아니라 고도의 기능을 가진 센서가 연구되고 있다. 또한 센서에 집적회로와 액류에이터를 일체화한 집적화 센서도 연구되고 있다. 여기서는 현재 사용되고 있는 미세 가공 기술들 중 식각 기술과 식각 중지 기술, 접합 기술에 관해 언급하였다. 그리고, 이러한 기술을 이용하여 제작된 마이크로 센서(Micro Sensor)에 관해 간략히 살펴본다.

  • 본 논문은 간의 비침습성 점액성 낭성종양의 자동화된 진단을 위한 정량적인 형태학적 추출방법에 대하여 설명한다. 본 논문에서 제안된 형태학적 추출방법은 간의 비침습성 점액성 낭성종양 진단을 위한 병리적인 특징들에 기반을 둔 상피세포 형태학적 특징(원주형과 입방형)과 악성 직전에 나타나는 배상세포 출연을 판단하는 특징, 그리고 주변상피 조직에서 나타나는 기질 여부를 조사하기 위한 핵-비율의 측정방법을 소개한다.

  • Pulmonary aspergillosis is the most common disease of fungal infection and has lower infectivity. Pulmonary asergillosis is classified by aspergilloma, bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, necrotic and invasive aspergillosis. Invasive aspergillosis is found in immune compromised host, immunosuppressive treatment after organ transplantation, anticancerous chemotherapy, blood abnormality, AIDS patients etc. We reported a case of invasive aspergillosis in an immunocompetent host, with review of literatures.

  • 최근 심폐기를 사용하지 않는 최소침습성 직접 관상동맥우회술(MIDCAB procedure)은 심장수술 분야에서 급속도로 발전을 거듭하고 있다. 금번 저자들은 전에 만들어 준 좌전하행지 이식편이 막혀 관상동맥 재수술을 필요로 하였으나 좌내 유동맥의 혈류량의 불충분하였다고 생각되었다. 1례에서 최소 침습 수기를 통한 액와-관상동맥 우회술을 시행하여 만족스러운 결과를 얻었기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.
