As development of IT technology, Interest of Green building has been increasing rapidly. Because the construction industry is on the center of Green development, Green construction management is demanded for efficient analysis solution of building performance. BIM has a object-oriented parametric modeling technology. IT, which green building's performance management and analysis, is very useful. A green building certification is essential course in the green building construction. So this Paper suggest him based green building simulation system. The him based green building simulation system will support resonable decision making on the early construction phase.

With the rise of green technology, the environmental question causes people’s attention more and more, based on objective of the sustainable development, the green risk has already begun to appear. In the paper the definition of the green risk of construction project is given, it analyzes and identifies the green risk of construction project from three aspects, based on BIM, the relation with green risk was found. Though the relation, the management of green risk was analyzed and we may take some measures to reduce the unnecessary risk and waste.

The Environment - friendly construction industry has developed rapidly with sustained development of related technologies and government assistance. However, there is lack of consideration for nurturing professional manpower for Environment - friendly construction industry. In order to support rapid growth, it is necessary to analyze the competency of professional manpower to prepare for successful Environment - friendly construction industry. Thus, this research derive competency variables through the literature review and experts' interview was applied toward an validating of the key variables. Further, a survey of competency factors for sustainable construction was performed and analyzed through exploratory factor analysis. The result showed that four key competency factors were derived, and two factors stood out : Understanding of Sustainability and Affective Competency. The meaning of this research is to investigate relationship between the characteristics of Environment - friendly construction and importance of competency factor.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between environment problem recognition, eco-friendly attitude, and eco-friendly nursing practice. A self-reported questionnaire was completed by 191 hospital nurses from October to November, 2012. The data were analyzed through t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. There was a positive correlation between environment problem recognition (r=.46, p<.001), eco-friendly attitude (r=.36, p<.001), and eco-friendly health care in the hospital nurses. The explanatory power of the variables accounted for 35.0%. This study indicated that it is necessary to promote the awareness towards environment problem and eco-friendly attitude in the hospital nurses in Korea.
