불과 2년 전 한적한 시골 농경지였던 충청남도 서천군 마서면 일대. 푸른 들판과 초록의 나무만 가득했던 이곳이 환경보존의 중요성을 알리는 '생태원'으로 변하고 있다. 무려 99만8,000$m^2$의 사업부지에 생태연구센터, 생태교육센터, 생태체험관, 야외생태체험공간 등이 내년 말 완공을 목표로 한창 조성되고 있는 것. 각 시설 모두가 세간의 큰 관심을 받고 있지만 그중에서도 삼성물산 건설부문이 시공 중에 있는 '국립 생태체험관'은 아직 완공 전임에도 국내를 넘어 세계적으로 유명세를 떨치고 있다. 열대관, 아열대관, 지중해관, 온대관 극지관 등 지구의 5대 생태계를 재현하는 '국립 생태체험관'은 전 세계 각지의 유명 생태관들의 모든 장점에다 국내만의 독창성을 더해 현존 최고 생태체험관의 탄생을 예고하고 있다. 때문에 시공사의 자긍심이 남다른 것은 당연한 일. 최신 친환경 공법을 바탕으로 건물의 가치를 높이는데 혼연의 힘을 다하고 있다. 특히 시공 과정에서 가장 많은 신경을 쓰는 것이 바로 '안전'이다. 후세에 환경보전과 보호의 필요성을 전하는 의미 깊은 장소이니 만큼 안전사고로 그 취지를 얼룩지게 할 수 없다는 것이 이곳 임직원의 각오. 안전으로 역사에 기록될 건축물을 만들고 있는 삼성물산 건설부문의 '국립 생태체험관' 신축현장을 찾아가 봤다.

As environmental pollution and resource exhaustion have been considered as social issues, interest in green content industries which lead low-carbon green growth is increasing. In various areas, green content products and programs have been presented. Of them, kid theme parks are designed to recognize fun and advantages eco-friendly consumption with green contents has and lead children to recognize the problems of environmental pollution and the importance of environment. This study aims to analyse kid theme parks using green contents and characteristics of their space representation. The analysis frame was made through theoretical examination for bibliographical data and a direct interview in terms of factors of green contents. For the analysis frame, visitors were directly interviewed from June to July, 2012. Cases of introduction were analysed to identify realization and characteristics of green contents. As a result of the analysis, it was discovered that kid theme parks using green contents pursued green stories, but they did not consider environment seriously in terms of content materials and methods of realization. To develop successful kid theme parks using green contents, multi-dimensional research is needed in various aspects and various contents such as media should be introduced. The parks should provide fun space for children and propagate green ideas. Its success can lead in green entertainment. The study will be helpful for design of future kid theme parks.

교통 약자 승객의 편의성 증대, 도심의 매연 감소 및 온실가스 저감 등 대중 교통 선진화를 위해 친환경 초저상 전기버스의 개발이 필요하다. 초저상 전기버스는 초저상 액슬 일체형 휠모터 구동시스템을 탑재한 형태로 구현이 가능하며, 초저상 액슬 일체형 휠모터 구동시스템은 구동 모터를 액슬 허브에 일체화 시킴으로써 기존 구동시스템 대비 무게 및 사이즈가 대폭 줄어들고, 동력 전달 매커니즘을 획기적으로 개선하여 효율 향상 및 차량 연비 개선이 가능하다. 특히 바퀴 중심과 액슬 출력 중심에 단차를 둠으로써 차량의 전방 바닥 뿐만 아니라 후방바닥을 평평하게 유지할 수 있어 실내 공간이 획기적으로 개선되어 교통 약자를 포함한 승객의 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 액슬 일체형 휠모터 구동시스템은 각 휠의 분산 구동이 가능하므로 동특성 및 구동제어성이 뛰어나고, ESP(Electronic Stability Program), VDC(Vehicle Dynamic Control) 등과 연계하여 통합적인 지능형 시스템을 구현할 수 있다. 액슬 일체형 휠모터 구동시스템은 휠모터와 감속기 및 휠모터제어기 등으로 구성되며, 본 논문에서는 초저상 액슬 일체형 구동시스템용 120kW급 휠모터 및 휠모터제어기의 개발 및 다이나모 환경에서 T-N 특성 및 최대 출력 시험, 효율 시험을 통해 전기버스 등 대형 차량(Heavy Duty Vehicle)에 적용 가능한 전기동력시스템의 성능을 확인하였다.

As remodeling market is growing and peoples' concern on health and well-being is getting high, there is a need to apply environmentally friendly approach to remodeling an interior space. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to provide basic information on environmentally friendly remodeling process focused on the implementation of interior construction process. The method of this study was two-folds. First, previous researches were reviewed to drive general remodeling process, and then content of implementation of environmentally friendly remodeling process were added. Second, semi-structured interview was conducted to eight experts in interior design who were members of KOSID. The results of this study are as follows; (1) Applying environmentally friendly method to remodeling will be essential. Therefore, it is necessary to develop various types of environmentally friendly finish materials and methods and continuing attention should be paid. (2) For broad implementing an environmentally friendly application on remodeling, builders, interior designers, manufacturers, and clients should change their consciousness through education and publicity, (3) The results showed that using environmentally friendly materials was the most primary concern for the designers. However, there is a lack of information about contamination derived from materials when manufacturing and constructing and even wastes. Thus designers should be aware of using environmentally friendly verified materials regarding materials itself and its manufacturing process.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for eco-friendly healing space design for healthcare facilities in the future. Theoretical review and case study on the concept of sustainable design, spatial expression and behavioral affordance were used as research method. Through these reviews, the 3 elements of the total healing environment -physical, psychological and social- have correspondence with elements of spatial expression; Refuge, Flow, Prospect and Void. And these are related to the eight kinds of Behavioral affordance which are subdivided into WORK&STUDY, REST, CIRCULATION, VISUAL SEQUENCE, SOCIAL EXCHANGE, REFRESHMENT, COMMUNITY and MEDITATION. And the concept of sustainable design consists of 6 principles ; Natural system, People, Place, The cycle of life, Energy & natural resources and Process. Through correlation analysis of behavioral affordance and 6 principles, the result of this study presents that the physical elements of the total healing space was mainly associated with the principles of people, place and the cycle of life. Psychological element was related to principle of natural system, human, place and process. And social element was associated with the principles of human, place and process. According to this analysis, the case study of four low-rise eco-friendly medical facilities was undertaken. Sustainability was evaluated in total healing environmental through this case study.

This study investigated how external environmentally-friendly factors adopted to improve the quality of outdoor spaces have been designed and used in the construction of apartment complexes. The goal of this study is to determine what areas should be improved through environmentally-friendly ways to create natural outdoor spaces in apartment complexes and enhance their availability and usefulness. For this study, 21 environmentally-friendly factors were chosen and a checklist by specific item was prepared. This study examine how these items were applied to basic planning, detail design, and construction in 4 target areas. As a result, it was found that the development of environmentally-friendly residential areas was an ultimate goal of the project during basic planning and design. All target areas focused on developing an inner greens network, eco-pond, brook, and pedestrian track as well as the growth of a variety of plants. Some differences have been observed, however, in terms of method. Furthermore, due to economic and technological problems and poor construction site conditions, green walls/green roofs/pedestrian tracks/use of rainwater have not been properly promoted. These kinds of problems must be improved through the development of environmentally-friendly construction methods and materials, the expansion of natural grounds areas, economic support, a satisfactory repair and maintenance system.

해양과 인접해 있는 연안역은 오염물질이 집중적으로 배출되는 곳으로 수질 및 환경오염이 문제시되고 있는 지역이다. 계속적인 연안역 수질악화를 막기 위해서는 광범위한 지역으로부터 배출되는 대량의 오염원 데이터와 환경정보를 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 GIS기반의 수질정보통합관리시스템이 필수적이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 연안역의 점ㆍ비점오염원 자료, 수질측정자료, 생태자료 등을 구축하고, 구축된 오염원 데이터를 바탕으로 원단위를 이용한 오염부하산정시스템을 구축함으로써 연안역 수질정보를 통합관리 할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 오염부하량 산정은 가지야마 수식모델을 이용하여 유출량을 산정, 원단위를 이용한 발생 및 배출부하 산정, 유달율을 고려한 유달부하량 및 유입농도 산정을 포함한다. 오염부하량 산정시스템은 사용자의 오염원 DB의 갱신에 따라 오염부하산정에 즉시 반영되도록 설계하였다. 나아가 효율적인 결과분석 체계 지원을 위하여 GIS를 이용한 오염부하량을 색의 농도차를 이용 도식하여 전체유역에 대한 임의지점에 발생하는 오염원 규모 및 유출 특성을 한눈에 조회가 가능하도록 함으로써 편리성을 제공할 수 있도록 하였다. 이러한 연안역 수질정보통합관리시스템은 수질관리에 있어 오염원자료의 유출과정의 해석을 통해 유역내 효율적인 오염원자료의 관리방안을 수립할 수 있도록 지원이 가능하며, 연안역으로 유입되는 오염량의 예측을 통하여 친환경 대안 제시를 위한 수질관리방안의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

In the planning process, there are five directions to planning residential sites. Firstly, the site must be planned to allow continuity with the city space, or created to conform to the city structure. Secondly, plans for community space and programs as well as convenience facilities must coexist in the road space. Thirdly, in terms of view, the site must be planned in territories to secure identity of the site. Fourthly, in terms of the environment, the site should utilize the natural environment. Lastly, in terms of infrastructure, the site should include a pedestrian-centered road system as well as establishing city infrastructure facilities for a combined planning in the municipal dimension. So far we have looked at planning methods for an apartment site that can be integrated into the existing city. The study into five elements to planning a large-scale apartment site, context, community, landscape, environment and infrastructure, and their relationship among each other must continue on.

현재 전력설비에 사용되고 있는 $SF_6$ 가스는 절연 및 소호성능이 우수하고 회복특성이 뛰어나기 때문에 각종 전력기기의 절연매체로서 널리 사용되고 있다. 하지만 산업사회의 발달로 인하여 도시의 공간 활용의 효율성 측면에서 전력기기들의 소형화, 지중화 및 고 신뢰화가 시도되고 있으며, 또한 온실가스에 대한 규제로서 '도쿄 의정서'가 정식 발효됨에 따라 환경문제로 인하여 전력설비의 $SF_6$ 가스의 유출 최소화, 대체 절연물질 개발 등의 친환경 재료의 개발이 새롭게 대두되고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 $SF_6$를 액화시켜 기존의 $SF_6$ 가스와 액체 $SF_6(LSF_6)$의 절연파괴특성을 측정/분석하여 $SF_6$의 대체물질로 $LSF_6$의 가능성을 검토하고, 혹한 지역에서 운용되고 있는 $SF_6$ 이용 전력설비의 온도저하에 따른 문제점을 구명하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a proper plan about the exterior space of elementary school in Korea through analyzing the various factors of the exterior spaces in foreign elementary school case. because the foreign cases have diversified eco-friendly certification standards on the elementary school unlike Korean cases. Method: First, we review the recent eco-friendly research trends of elementary schools and the external space characteristics of elementary schools that are currently being studied through related literary surveys, And we review the korean criteria factor for eco-friendly certification, we draw the types of exterior space thorough analysis framework, using the korean criteria factor. Second, the foreign cases of the elementary school were chosen, and then some planning data such as architecture scheme, design concepts and drawings will be collected. So the data were analysed and then the characteristics of physical setting and eco-friendly certification standards will be drawn. Third, We analyzed the characteristics and factor of physical and eco-friendly of exterior space through the drawn types. Result: The various physical settings are appeared physical environment. when we analyzed certification factors at korean eco-friendly standards, the suggestion and guide about the eco-friendly elements than the numerical goals were treated importantly in Korea.
