People have spent lots of time inside building about 90% of these day. Industry has been developed rapidly after I960. Construction materials had changed from natural materials to chemical materials and confidentiality of building has been more higher than before by policy of saving energy. These have caused sick-building syndrome (SBS) for us. So people want environmental construction materials for their house. We designed a environmental loess (yellow soil) finishing material which was composed of loess, water, water-soluble resin, hardener and filler. The purposes of this study were that making an environmental loess finishing material with optimum ratio, evaluating the usability of loess finishing material for wall. Furthermore it was suitable for wall to evaluate mechanical properties that are impact test, cracking test, abrasion test and de-bonding test, environmental properties that were emission of VOCs, formaldehyde and far infrared radiation.

지난 1월 28일부터 2월 1일까지 서울 대치동 서울무역전시컨벤션센터에서 제23회 MBC건축박람회가 열렸다. 건축박람회인 만큼 건축자재, 인테리어, 건축정보, 건축 리노베이션, 조명, 전원주택 및 펜션산업 등이 주력으로 전시되면서 총 330여 업체 3천여 아이템이 선보였다. 건축전문 박람회라는 한계성에도 불구하고 인테리어 벽지 및 광고물기자재 등을 비롯한 부문에서는 인쇄산업과 접점을 찾을 수 있는 몇몇 아이템이 출품되어 관심을 끌었다. 그 가운데 관람객들의 시선을 끈 주요 업체들을 소개한다.

패시브하우스는 주거공간에 필요한 공기량을 단지 신선한 외부의 공기만을 데우거나 식힘으로 실내 열적 쾌감을 만족 시킬 수가 있는 건물을 말한다. 이 정의는 단지 기능적인 표현이며 어떠한 절대적 수치를 포함하지 않으며 어떤 기후에도 적용된다. 패시브하우스 용어의 선택은 임의적으로 지어진 것이 아니라 건물의 계획과 사용에 있어서 최대한 간접적인 수단으로 열적 쾌적함이 이뤄 질수 있도록 노력하는 것이며, 직접적인 수단은 최소화 시키는데서 이루어진 것이다. 직접적인 수단은 단지 꼭 필요한 것과 필요한 곳에 한정해 최소화 시키는 것이 궁극적인 목적이다. 이러한 패시브하우스 도입은 온실가스 감축, 고유가 등 환경변화에 대응하기 위한 것으로 디자인에서부터 자재사용까지 전 과정에 걸쳐 이뤄지고 있다. 본지는 국내에 적용 중이거나 적용할 예정인 패시브하우스에 대해 알아본다.

최근 새집증후군과 관련하여 건설업체들의 움직임이 상당히 빨라지고 있다. 금년 5월부터 공동주택의 실내공기질 법규가 강화되어 발효되는 것에 발맞추어 신규 분양되는 아파트를 대상으로 그동안 개발되어 온 친환경 기술을 모두 적용하여 예상되는 법규의 가이드라인보다 강화된 선진국 수준의 청정한 실내공기환경 조성에 최선의 노력을 다하고 있다. 이것은 최근 관심이 고조되고 있는 "well-being"바람에 편승하여 소비자들의 많은 호응을 얻을 것으로 보인다. 즉 아파트 공기질과 관련한 사회적 수요조건이 창출되었다고 판단된다. The mass housing supply policy of the government has resulted in the customer-centered market, and thereby the age of quality competition in the industry. In line with this trend of quality competition, therefore, this preliminary study aims to investigate the requirements of housing product planning to live up to the needs of customers in terms of quality, and thus analyze the types of quality differentiation of a housing product unit in our housing market. It turned out that many cases attempted differentiation in such ways as merely using luxurious finishing materials and instantly popular environment-friendly materials, and combining partial and limited household items with architectural elements of the facility system. The result of this study shows that the differentiation plan of housing product should be customer-centered, and therefore, focus on quality differentiation through organic combination of architecture-oriented plane and interior elements with technology-oriented facility and product elements. Hereby, in the future, housing product planning should include sustainable differentiation plans with reconsideration of concepts that customers have, and the needed procedure.

우리가 과거 인식해온 지구 온난화는 단순한 자연의 섭리와 우발적 기후 변화에 기인한 것으로 판단하여 등한시 해 왔으나, 오늘날의 온난화는 계속되는 과학자들과 학자들에 의한 기상과 기후변화의 지속적 연구 결과와 더욱 표면화 되며 심각해지고 있는 자연 현상 등을 통해 이제는 우리의 재산은 물론이요 생명의 위협을 넘어 하나뿐인 지구를 잃게 될지도 모른다는 결론에 도달하게 되었다. 이러한 지구 위험을 알리는 경종은 대단한 경각심을 불러 일으킴과 동시에 우리에 의한 일련의 건축행위가 미래에 지속가능한 건축으로 유지될 수 있는가에 대한 심각한 고민에 빠져 들게 한다. 이와 같은 지구 보호를 위한 중대한 문제의 해결은 자신이 속한 분야에서 부터 그 실마리를 찾아야 한다. 이에 공동주택의 전생 애 주기에 관한 환경부하의 저감과 이를 위해 수반되는 경제성을 고려한 친환경적 최적설계 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In case of Korea, immovable property like location, land prise or investment value is more highly estimated than quality of life of residents for performance and value of apartment house, because of limited land area or high density of population. But the high level of life has recently caused the increasing demand in better life. As there is no cases to provide the house in bulk due to the housing market condition, it is necessary to evaluate performance and value of structure, disaster prevention safety, habitability, antiquated condition of building and equipment, maintenance condition and so on that has importantly influence on resident's life quality. So, this study aims to understand the actual condition of environmental performance for the present apartment by comparing the designated apartment, which is ready to have completed in Daegu, with the mixed use residential building, which gained the best grade for green building certification system. Also by analyzing and evaluating a right to enjoy sunshine, floor impact noise etc. and indoor air quality.
