본 연구는 친환경건축물 인증 공동주택의 지속가능성 증진을 위한 연구로서, 2007년 6월부터 2008년 6월 사이에 한국토지주택공사 토지주택연구원에서 친환경건축물 본인증을 획득한 서울 경기지역 공동주택 8곳을 선정하여 "생태환경을 고려한 인공환경 녹화기법 적용여부(이하, 인공환경 녹화)" 평가항목의 거주후 평가(POE)를 수행하였다. 연구 목적은 친환경건축물 인증 공동주택의 인공환경 녹화 부문 관리 실태와 문제점을 파악하여 향후 재인증 규정 및 사후관리에 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 현장관찰조사와 관리자 면담 및 거주후 평가를 실시하였고, 분석 결과 도출한 문제점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 친환경 인증 공동주택 단지에 도입된 생태환경을 고려한 인공환경 녹화 계획요소의 사후관리가 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 둘째, 인공환경 녹화에 대한 만족도는 전반적으로 낮았으며, 옹벽대체녹화가 담장녹화, 옥상녹화, 벽면녹화에 비해 만족도가 높았다. 평가항목별 만족도는 질적 수준, 설계목적 부합 여부, 식생 관리상태, 식생 생육상태가 평균보다 낮은 만족도를 보였다. 셋째, 인공환경 녹화 만족도는 질적 수준에 대한 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 받으며, 나머지 요인들도 만족도와 통계적으로 유의미한 관계에 있음을 알 수 있었다. 현 인증 제도는 유지관리 평가기준이 미비하여 관리상태가 소홀하고, 이는 전체적인 인공환경 녹화 만족도 저하에 영향을 미친다. 따라서 인증심사와 별도로 운영되는 사후관리 제도의 도입이 요구되며, 인증 취소나 벌점부과와 같은 적극적인 관리 규제 확충방안이 모색되어야 할 것이다.

Until now, the eco-friendly construction (green construction) has been focused on reducing environmental impacts in use(operation and maintenance) phase. Considering the environmental influence along the life cycle of construction project, the impact in execution phase is rather lower than that in use phase. However, that impact is thought to be greatly decreased by well-organized activities. Based on its urgency and requirement for timely action, this study aimed to discuss the greenhouse gas (GHG) reduction plan in execution phase from a broad perspective. To achieve this purpose, the green building rating systems in domestic and foreign countries have been reviewed, and the practice in Japan was investigated. In order to improve current on-site greenhouse gas management, the integration among construction phases, participants, and environmental factors, and institutional supports are required as well as the contractor's efforts.

Purpose: Numerous researches about healthcare buildings have been performed however, they were mainly focused on convenience or healing condition for medical treatments. The hospitals consume energy and generate $CO_2$ as twice as the residential or commercial buildings do(Lim, et al., 2010a:154). The public regional hospitals are especially in serious conditions. They are more than 20 years old in average. Energy efficiency and environmental friendliness in the public regional hospitals are far behind ones in private sectors. Even though the ministry of health & welfare is supporting renovation of the builidngs and enhancement of the facilities every year, it is not integrated including sustainibility. In this study, we investigates current conditions of the regional public hospital in envrionment-friendly standpoint, especially focused on Chungcheong Province area Hospitals. The study was executed by qualitative and quantitative evaluations with site inspection, drawing analysis and interviews. Results: Through this study, we found that the Chungnam regional public hospitals can be environmentally improved by management plans and programs. Implications: Based on this analysis, Korean Green Building Certification for healthcare facilities will be developed in near future.

Recently, sick house syndrome caused by pollutants and contamination of buildings crops out in residential environment of buildings. According to price increase of global oil, comfort of occupants in indoor air quality is required with reduction of energy consumption and environmental load. So, building performance certification criteria come into effect for improvement of building energy efficiency and performance in environment at home and abroad. GBCC(Green Building Certification Criteria) of domestic country as a Criteria is managed Korea Green Building Council(KGBC) for green building. Thus, purpose of this study is to design a direction of Green Building Certification Criteria for improvement through analysis of GBCC application elements and selected building.

이번호는 경기도 이천에서 산란계 무항생제 사육을 바탕으로 깨끗하고 안전한 유정란을 생산, 공급하는 묘룡산자연농원(사장 김동수)을 찾았다. 김동수 사장은 10여년간 유정란 생산에만 힘을 기울여오면서 지난 3월 HACCP인증을 획득하는 등 친환경생산에 앞장서고 있다.

2008년도에는 제2의 항생제 파동이 발생하지 않도록 하기 위해서 양봉농가는 친환경사양관리 및 약제를 시용하고, 협회에서는 우선적으로 항생제검사기기 구입과 협회품질관리 인증제개선으로 소비자에게 안전한 먹거리를 제공할 수 있도록 노력하겠습니다. 또한 관계기관과 협조하여 친환경 사양기법/방제약품 등을 연구개발 하도록 하겠습니다. 밀원수 식재는 산림정책에 반영하여 국가보호수로 관리하도록 하고, 전업농육성을 위한 등록제도, 벌꿀홍보를 위한 임의자조금제도 추진할 수 있는 기틀을 마련하겠습니다. 특히 수입개방과 관련하여 각종 FTA, EU협상과 D D A협상에 우리 양봉농가 피해를 최소화 할 수 있도록 최선을 다해 노력 하겠습니다.
