Review of the Natural Park Act for the Pro-environ-mental Improvement of Park Facilities (공원시설의 친환경성 증진을 위한 자연공원법제 고찰)

  • 자연공원시설의 정의와 친환경성의 개념을 정립하고 자연공원내 시설과 관련된 기본법인 자연공원법과 기타공원시설물의 관련법규들 중에서 용도지구 내 시설설치 허용기준과 공원시설의 정의 시설물의 종류 및 시설물의 설치.관리 등 관련 법제도를 친환경성 측면에서 검토하여으며 미국, 일본 및 대만 등에서의 친환경적인 자연공원시설물 관련법규를 살펴보고 국내.외 법제를 비교분석하였다 친환경적 측면에서의 자연공원시설의 설치 및 관리상의 문제점을 종합해 보고 이에 따른 친환경성을 고려한 자연공원시설의 법.제도와 관련하여 공원 시설종류의 일부 삭제 및 추가와 시설기능 변경안이 포함된 공원시설물의 친환경성 증진을 위한 현행 자연공원 법령(법.시행령.시행규칙)의 개정안과 자연보존지구, 자연환경지구, 취락지구 등의 용도지구 내에서의 허용행위기준과 집단시설지구 내 녹지기준의 개정안을 제시하고 시행규칙상 시설물의 신설을 권고하였다.

Effect of Environmental Friendliness on the Purchase of Energy Saving Product (친환경성이 에너지절감 제품 구매에 미치는 영향)

  • In this research, we analyzed the effect of environmental friendliness on consumer's purchase intention with an energy saving product. We found that the economic benefit, easy to use and environmental friendliness have significant positive(+) effects on environmental friendliness of the energy saving product. We also found that the effects of economic benefit and environmental friendliness differ by the level of consumer's environmental consciousness. Consumers with high level of the environmental consciousness are less sensitive on the change of the economic benefit and more sensitive on the change of the environmental friendliness than consumers with low level of the environmental consciousness. The results of this research imply that when planning a marketing strategy for an environmental friendly product it is important to emphasis the economic benefit to consumers with low level of the environmental consciousness while it is important to emphasis the environmental friendliness to consumers with high level of the environmental consciousness.

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the gloss of a product's packaging on purchase intention and the mediating role of perceived corporate eco-friendliness and perceived quality in food area. The participants were randomly assigned to product package condition (glossy vs. matte) and after observing ketchup and potato chips, they responded to questions on about perceived corporate eco-friendliness, perceived quality, and purchase intention. The participants reported their opinion that companies that manufactured matte package products would likely use more organic ingredients and would be more eco-friendly than companies that manufactured glossy package products. The more the participants perceived a company to be eco-friendly, the better they evaluated the company's product quality and the higher their purchase intention. This study has theoretical and practical implications, in that it extends the study of the product package in relation to its effect on corporate image, and it proposes a practical use of matte product package for improving the eco-friendly image of the company. Limitations and further research were also discussed.

Eco-friendliness Evaluation of a Low-Noise and Dust-Recovery Type Pavement Cutter (저소음·분진회수형 도로절단기의 친환경성 평가)

  • With the recent increase in maintenance works on water and sewer pipes as well as district heating supply pipes, pavement cutting work using pavement cutter is on the rise. The pavement cutting operation generates considerable dust (cutting sludge) as well as noise; therefore, it is necessary to apply eco-friendly technologies that have low noise and dust recovery capability. Thus far, various equipment for recovering dust have been developed; however, there is a limitation in that the environmental friendliness is not quantified. Therefore, in this study, we developed a low-noise, dust-recovery type pavement cutter that can fundamentally remove the causes of environmental hazards such as noise and dust and evaluated the eco-friendliness of the pavement cutting process performed by this cutter. To this end, an integrated water cooling-sludge recovery system composed of a vacuum device and a sludge suction unit was developed, and the developed system was applied to a pavement cutter. Subsequently, the developed equipment was applied to the test bed, and data related to its eco-friendliness were collected and evaluated. The results showed that the cutting sludge recovery rate of the developed equipment was greater than 83%, the noise level was approximately 82 - 83 dB, and the sound power level was 115 dB. The results of this study will be used as basic data to develop improved pavement cutters in the future with improved cutting sludge recovery performance and lower noise.
