Generally, Bibliotherapy is aimed to cure the emotional or psychological wounds by using books for common users as self-treatment. But, Bibliotherapy for disabled people is carried out by alternative formats instead of a book. In library for the disabled, it is developing various bibliotherapy programs, but not yet activated. In order to carry out bibliotherapy, it is necessary to improve the bibliotherapy catalog preferentially. However, most Bibliotherapy catalogs are created for the common users, not for disabled people specially. How to make the special catalog for disabled people and catalog of alternative formats according to pathological symptom or situation is still a big problem. Basing on this premise, the author examined the necessity of bibliotherapy catalog for disabled people, and the present situation of alternative materials for the bibliotherapy. And then, the author proposes plans of bibliotherapy for how to build the bibliotherapy for disabled people.

임상추론은 환자를 평가하고 관리하는데 사용되는 임상가의 필수적인 생각 또는 동적인 인지과정이라고 할 수 있다. 임상추론은 환자의 문제를 인식하고 식별하며 더 나은 환자관리가 이루어지도록 환자의 상태에 대처하며 정보를 해석하고 분석하는 것으로서 이를 위해 임상가는 적절한 지식을 가지고 있어야 하며 임상추론 기술과 관련된 폭넓은 이해가 요구된다. 임상추론은 치료사, 환자, 그리고 환경간의 상호관계를 가진 복잡한 과정으로 임상추론과정에서 치료사와 환자간에는 충분한 협조가 이루어져야 한다. 임상추론에서의 해석적 모델로는 진단적 추론, 상호작용의 추론, 이야기적 추론, 협조적 추론, 예언적 추론, 윤리적 추론, 추론의 교육 등이 제시된다. 임상추론 과정에서 필수적인 주요 요소는 충분한 지식, 인지와 초인지 기술을 포함하며 이들 요소는 치료사와 환자간의 관계에서 발달되어야 한다. 이들 기술 중에 어떠한 실수라도 임상추론의 오류를 초래할 수 있다. 추론에서 오류의 원인으로는 암시된 정보의 잘못된 인지, 임상페턴에 대한 지식부족, 특정 상태에 대해 알려진 사실을 잘못 적용하는 경우를 들 수 있다. 오류는 임상추론 과정의 어떤 단계에서도 일어날 수 있으므로 효과적인 학습전략을 통하여 이들 오류를 예방할 수 있을 것이다.

실어증은 뇌손상으로 인해 발생하는 후천적 언어장애로서, 언어를 이해하고 표현하는 능력이 손상된 것이다. 이는 환자 개인의 어려움은 물론이고, 가족과 사회에도 문제를 초래할 수 있으므로 실어증 환자의 진단 및 치료는 중요하다. 그 중에서도 빠른 언어 치료는 발병 후 조기에 시작할수록 회복이 빠르다는 점에서 연구 결과들이 일치하고 있기 때문에 더욱 중요하다. 하지만 환자 대비 언어치료전문가의 수가 적어 치료시기를 놓칠 수 있기 때문에 가장 중요한 것은 빠른 실어증 진단과 전문가와의 접근성이다. 우리나라는 인터넷 보급률과 컴퓨터 보급률이 높기 때문에, 웹기반으로 시스템을 개발 한다면 우수한 접근성을 보장받을 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 '온라인 언어 재활 훈련 및 진단 시스템'을 제안하고 본 시스템을 통해 얻을 수 있는 데이터와, 이 데이터를 어떻게 가공하여 의미 있는 결과를 도출해 낼 수 있는지 소개한다. 본 시스템은 짧은 시간 안에 실어증 여부 확인과 언어 재활 훈련을 수행할 수 있고, 웹기반으로 개발되어 누구나 쉽게 치료와 관련된 콘텐츠, 정보, 그리고 재활 방법을 공유할 수 있다.

This study was conducted to analyze research behaviors of bibliotherapy studies in order to improve the level of bibliotherapy study in the LIS. 130 articles of journals were divided into five major fields, and analyzed using major areas, research subjects, research methods, affiliation of authors, and participants. The results showed that bibliotherapy studies in LIS have been conducted rather broadly by the practitioners ever since the 2010s. However, diversification of research topics, research methods, and theoretical foundations are found to be problems that need to be solved. Based on the statistics, suggestions are made: to expand the target of bibliotherapy to various ages, classes, experience groups, and situation groups; to combine reading books with further activities such as discussion, role-play, and play therapy; to take advantage of a variety of diagnostic test tools and to utilize clinical treatments; to conduct qualitative and quantitative research simultaneously in order to achieve the benefits.

Psychotherapy is an area of psychology that helps/treats people who are experiencing psychological and emotional difficulties by non-medical means. Psychotherapists build up theoretical backgrounds, profiles, and/or techniques to adequately assist clients and participants in the treatment of these disorders. Despite the fact that South Korea has a history of nearly 20 years in the field of bibliotherapy, there has not been a developed or proposed psychotherapy treatment model that suits many objectives and goals utilizing bibliotherapy. In this study, based on the person-centered counseling theory, we intend to develop a model and approach focusing on the clients-participants who are subject to bibliotherapy. This study will be the basis and reference for the development of bibliotherapy model(s) suitable for various psychological objectives and goals in the future as an alternative or in addition to other psychotherapy methods and techniques.

데이터베이스 시스템의 사용은 다양한 분야에서 필수적으로 사용되고 있다. 정보의 양이 증가함에 따라서 축적된 정보들의 연관성을 찾아내어 새로운 정보를 발굴하는 데이터 마이닝 기법이 지속적으로 연구 개발되고 있으며 데이터 마이닝 기법으로 얻게 된 새로운 정보들은 새로운 가치 창출을 위해 여러 분야에 적용되고 있다. 그 중에서도 의료 서비스 분야에서의 데이터베이스 시스템은 고령화 시대에 건강의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 보다 적극적으로 활용되어지고 있다. 하지만 지금까지의 의료분야에서의 데이터베이스 시스템 활용은 개인의 의료정보를 데이터베이스 시스템에 저장하고 그것을 바탕으로 개인의 건강에 대한 검진이나 치료 등의 서비스를 제공하는데 국한되어왔다. 개인 맞춤 의료 서비스에도 불구하고 유전이나 지역특화적인 질병, 질환에 의한 때늦은 발견과 치료는 여전히 많은 이들을 고통 받게 하고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 각 의료기관에 등록된 환자의 각 질병의 발병 패턴과 치료 정보 등을 토대로 유전적요인과 환경적 특성을 고려한 집단으로 분류하고 환자가 속한 집단구성원에게 검진정보를 제공할 수 있는 의료검진정보 시스템을 제안한다.

The purpose of this study is to understand user perception and need of bibliotherapy services in public libraries. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire that asked 648 public library users in Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongsangnam-do to give their opinions on bibliotherapy services in public libraries, along with the particular areas of the service with which they thought needed the most improvement. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed in order to suggest ways to revitalize bibliotherapy services provided in public libraries.

The research which sees in the object, fundamental data under providing should have boiled 40 housewife students who are in the process of attending in the SOHAE college attempted about the effect which the bibliotherapy program reaches in stress decrement of the middle-aged woman. The result first, before bibliotherapy of the experimental group the stress degree was average 44.5%, after bibliotherapy the stress 10.25% degree came to be low with 34.25%. Second, recording where the private talk people all bibliotherapy which participated to a clinical bibliotherapy seems will be advanced the condition which is stabilized emotionally very, the stress relaxation which leads the bibliotherapy which is continuous and to seem in the family life management which is healthy strong desire.

This study showed the possibility of the medical treatment by thermal feedback as the laser medical treatment had given by design of the digital I/O interfaces of the electronic shutter to control the laser beam and the temperature controlled algorithm. The electronic shutter is economical and that is designed to be automatically controlled within the range of an extent temperature by such development of its driving interfaces and the controlled algorithm of the electronic shutter. The possibility of local therapy for the patients by the treatment of the laser beam within an extent temperature controlled, is proposed by improvement of the problems on the current treatment methods such as radiotherapy, high frequency treatment or medical therapy of drug stuffs which even kill the normal cells.
