The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effectiveness of bibliotherapy program for university students. Bibliotherapy program was designed and apply to crash course of 'Library Science' at Graduate School of Library, Archive & Information Studies in Pusan National University for fall semester 2006. A evaluation way of bibliotherapy program was a self-evaluation method for 5 cases of 39 university students participated in bibliotherapy program with examining of self-identity. The results have two obtains. 1) This program has a effectiveness in change of inner world. 2) Bibliotherapy program has a effectiveness in establishing ego-identity of university students.

This paper analyzed the effects of group bibliotherapy in junior high school assigned by Daegu Metropolitan Office or Education as a model school. Seventy seven students haying problems were selected and divided into the two different programs which developed for internalizing problems and externalizing problems respectively. Each bibliotherapy program has been carried out 15 times. The effects of two programs were proved positive and statistically significant. The effect of each program were differ from the other, owing to the purpose and reading materials. The study skewed bibliotherapy are more effective for students having internalizing Problems and female students. Bibliotherapy also affected student's reading attitude. In order to reach self bibliotherapy, developmental bibliotherapy should be connected to the reading guidance.

This study is to examine the research trends of the young people in Korea through an analysis of master's and doctor's dissertations. And to analyze the citations and documents in various aspects. such as; year, object, pattern, bibliotherapy program etc. The study is to present basic data for researcher and to indicate the direction of the study in the future.

외상후 스트레스 장애(PTSD)는 장기적으로 심각한 기능 장애를 초래하므로 적절한 치료가 필수적이다. 현재 PTSD 치료법 중 효과가 검증된 주류 심리치료는 환자에게 정서적 고통을 유발하여 치료 중도 포기를 야기하고 치료 효과를 감소시키는 주요한 원인이다. 본 연구에서는 생성형 AI를 적용하여 사용자의 맞춤형 트라우마 이미지를 무의식적으로 노출시키는 방식으로 게임에 적용하였다. 개발된 게임은 디지털 치료기기로 사용함으로써 비침습적인 방법으로 치료의 효과를 증대한다.

The research started with the idea that the proper supervision of bibliotherapy would improve its therapeutic effect. Revealing therapeutical effect is, to therapists more than just therapy process itself. Bibliotherapists, however not only feel the pressure by the term 'therapy' and have a low conviction over self-activating therapy. Therefore, the therapeutic value of bibliotherapy has not been well approved, and the need for improving the situation has grown among bibliotherapists. The bibliotherapy supervising action research was triggered by such need. This research takes the form of interpretive action research which emphasizes a 'methodical' approach to the research process. The purpose is to observe the problems of supervisees, make each session better, and help both the researcher and participants during the research process.

현재의 만성질환 환자들은 잦은 검진과 치료를 요구로 한다. 하루에도 수차례 해야 하는 검사를 일일이 병원을 찾아가 할 수 없으므로 환자 개인이 측정기를 이용해 측정을 하고 있으나 그 때의 상황만 알 수 있을 뿐, 상태가 호전되고 있는지 또는 악화되고 있는지 포괄적으로 알 수 없는 것이 사실이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 개인이 가지고 있는 측정기에서 측정된 데이터를 인터넷 또는 통신모듈이 탑재된 측정기를 통해 실시간으로 전송받아 웹서비스를 통해 산재해 있는 분석엔진 시스템으로 전달하여 환자의 상태를 분석하고 의사와 환자에게 자동으로 알려줌으로써 환자에게는 자신의 현재 상태를 정확히 알고 치료에 임할 수 있게 하는 기회를 만들어 주고 의사에게는 상세한 추가정보를 비롯해 환자가 현재 제대로 치료에 임하고 있는지 확인 할 수 있는 정보를 제공하여 의사가 치료와 관련된 여러 판단을 쉽게 내릴 수 있는 만성질환자 상태 분석 및 제공 시스템을 제안하고자 한다.

최근의 정보통신 기술의 발달은 의료의 중심을 기존의 진단 및 치료에서 예방으로 이동하게 하였다. 이에 따라 환자 뿐 아니라 건강에 관심이 많은 일반인들이 병원 밖에서도 스스로 건강 증진을 위해 질병 예방을 수행할 수 있도록 지원하는 셀프케어 시스템들이 개발되어지고 있다. 그러나 현재 개발되어지고 있는 셀프케어 시스템들은 대부분 회원 등록의 과정이 필수적이며, 또한 회원 등록 과정에서 자가진단을 위해 성별과 같은 기본적인 정보를 수동적으로 입력해야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 사용자의 음성과 영상을 이용한 성별 인식을 통해 비 등록 사용자에 대한 기본정보를 자동으로 인식하고 온톨로지를 이용한 자가진단 서비스에 적용함으로써 회원 등록을 원치 않는 비 등록 사용자에 대한 편의성을 고려하였다. 또한 온톨로지를 이용한 자가진단 서비스의 진단 결과로 질환에 대한 정의 및 증상, 치료 방법을 설명하고 증상의 경중에 따라 방문 치료할 진료과에 대한 정보를 제공함으로써 사용자가 스스로 건강을 진단하고 진단결과에 따라 간단한 치료를 할 수 있으며, 증상의 악화를 예방할 수 있도록 도와준다.

이 연구는 ADHD 환자를 대상으로 디지털 치료 게임을 개발하였으며, 환자의 주의력과 기억력을 향상시키도록 구성되었다. 게임은 눈 움직임과 ADHD 의 연관성을 고려하여 아이트래킹 기술을 활용하여 개발되었다. 이를 통해 ADHD 환자를 위한 맞춤형 디지털 치료 게임의 중요성을 강조한다.
