디인터레이싱 방법은 크게 화면 간(Inter - Field) 디인터레이싱과 화면 내(Intra - Field) 디인터레이싱이 있고 화면 내 디인터레이싱 방법 중에는 대표적으로 라인카피와 라인별 평균값을 취하는 선형적인 방법, ELA 그리고 E-ELA 알고리즘 등이 있다. 기존 방식 중 선형적 보간법은 에지 블러링이나 계단현상이 발생하고 ELA, E-ELA알고리즘을 이용한 방법은 특정방향에지 정보가 없어 이미지에서 다양한 형태의 에지 부분의 디인터레이싱에 있어 성능이 좋지 못한 단점이 있다. 본 논문은 한 개의 필드를 사용하는 화면 내(Intra - Field) 디인터레이싱 방법을 사용하고 7방향의 에지 방향 보간법과 수평방향의 에지 라인을 고려하여 기존 방식에서 나타나던 오브젝트의 계단현상을 최대한 줄여줌으로써 향상된 화질을 보이는 디인터레이싱 알고리즘을 제안한다.

전력계통의 전지역 또는 광역 정전시 빠른 시간내 다시 전력을 공급할 수 있도록 조치를 취하여야 한다. 그러나 시송전에 있어 가장 중요한 자체기동발전소의 무인화로 인해 복구 시간이 지연되고 이 문제점을 해결하고자 자체기동발전소의 원격제어시스템을 완성하였다. 자체기동발전소 비상발전기의 원격제어, 자동동기투입장치의 도입, MMI 설계등과 기존 발전통합시스템과의 연계를 통하여 무인 자체기동발전소의 모든 감시 및 제어를 통합센터에서 가능하도록 구현하였다.

공장내 소음을 형성하는 각종 발생 형태 및 소음원, 전달 형식의 분류에 따라 특성을 간략히 살펴보았다. 각 소음원 및 전달 경로의 특성을 확실히 이해하면, 혀ㅌ상을 파악하는 작업이나 소음제어 대책을 수립하는데 있어서 매우 효과적으로 대처할 수 있다. 일반적으로 공장소음 대책은 음원대책과 전달경로상의 방지 대책을 생각할 수 있는데 음원대책으로는 공장에서 사용하는 기계중 저소음 기계를 선정 하도록 권장해야하고, 일단 설치된 소음 발생원 기계에 대해서는 철저하게 차음, 흡음 조치를 취하여야 한다. 공장내부 소음 발생원에 대해서는 흡음재료를 사용하여 소음을 흡수하고 차음별을 설치하여 음의 차단에 신경 써야한다. 한편 기계 작동상의 주의, 작업 공장의 개선, 낮과 밤의 작업시간 등을 조절하여 인근 주민과 작업자 스스로에 대한 소음 피해를 막고, 피해를 입은 자에 대해서는 법적으로 보상조치하는 제도와 관리 감독이 철저히 지켜져야 한다. 끝으로 공장내.외부의 소음을 정확하게 측정 분석하여 작업장 내의 소음을 최대한으로 제거하여 쾌적한 작업장의 분위기를 만들 어야 할 것이다.

Aneurysms of the extracranial carotid arteries are relativeley rare in comparison with the total arterial system, but can cause death or a cerebrovascular accident. The treatment of choice is resection of the aneurysm and restoration of arterial continuity. This report describes two cases of extracranial internal carotid arterial aneurysm, which were saccular type. In both cases, the operations were performed under general anesthesia without shunt. The patients were recovered without any neurological sequelae.

최근 세계화의 흐름 속에 경제영역에서 더 높은 수준의 국가간 협력과 공조를 필요로 하는 실정이다. 하지만 복잡한 이해관계 속에서 적절한 무역 전략을 취하는 것은 쉬운 일이 아니다. 본 논문에서는 무역정책의 방향을 수립함에 참고하기 위한 방법으로, 국제 무역의 주체가 되는 국가를 진화 에이전트로 구성하고 이차원 공간상에 배치시켜 국제무역현상을 모델링 하였다. 국가 에이전트는 다양한 속성을 기반으로 구성되며, 진화 연산을 적용하여 무역 전략을 국제무역정세에 따라 동적으로 변화하도록 하였다. 국제무역에서 중요한 요인인 국가협력관계와 상대적 무역정책에서 파생되는 무역이익은 게임이론을 적용하여 모델링하였다. 다수의 실험을 통하여 본 모델링 방법이 실제 무역 현상을 재현함을 확인하였으며, 특히 상대 국가별 발전 정도에 따라 정책을 변화시키는 것이 자국의 이익을 추구에 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다.

This paper introduces a blackboard system which extracts imbedded road and building structures irom aerial photograph images. The role of three major component(blackboard, knowledge source, and control module)in blackboard system will be illustrated in terms of knowledge representation and control strategies. The hypothesis on a blackboard will be organized in a hierarchical form, the knowledge sources which generate hypothesis and verify them will be shown in detail, and the control module will describe how the knowledge sources can dervie solutions. Especially this paper shows that searching image strutures can be greatly simplified by the use of a mapping image.

A game starting, the process of running has some loading steps. In general, textures use corresponding images saved externally and the file format of images affects the loading time of game. We propose some ideas for the texture using method by comparison with loading time according to some file formats.

인터넷상에서 가상현실을 표현하기 위한 그래픽스 포맷 표준화가 활발히 진행되고 있다. Virtual Reality Modeling Language 97 (VRML 97)은 이러한 표준화 노력으로 공인된 최근의 한 산물이며, 현재는 Web3D 컨소시움에서 VRML 확장 노드들을 추가하고 XML 문서 형식을 취하는 방향으로 VRML 97을 향상시킨 표준 포맷으로 발전시키기 위한 장을 마련하고 있다. VRML 확장을 위해 일반적으로 요구되는 중요한 요소 중 하나가 교화질의 이미지를 빠르게 얻는 것이다. 영상기반렌더링(Image-Based Rendering (IBR)) 기법은 이를 위한 좋은 방법 중 하나로, 우리는 이런 기능을 VRML에서 사용할 수 있는 VRML 확장 형태로 개발된 도구에 의해 데이터를 만들고 이를 지원하도록 VRML 브라우저를 수정하여, VRML 확장으로써의 IBR 기법의 유용성을 보이고자 한다.

In the geriatric patient with COPD, incidence of postoperative pulmonary complication is higher than young patient. Therefore, some anesthesiologists preferred spinal anesthesia to general anesthesia for surgery of the perineum, lower extrimities, and pelvic extra peritoneal organs. But, during spinal anesthesia, the same careful observation is requiered as during general anesthesia. We experienced a case of the convulsive seizure at about 1 hour after spinal anesthesia for open prostatectomy in a 76-year-old male patient wit COPD. It was suspected that his convulsive seizure be resulted from hypercapnea combined with hypoxia following upper airway obstruction. This patient was treated successfully by ultrashort acting barbiturate and controlled ventilation.
