최근 우리 사회는 코로나 19(COVID 19)와 4차 산업혁명으로 인한 노동시장의 불안과 더불어 매년 증가하고 있는 청년실업의 해결책으로 청년창업에 관심이 집중되고 있고, 창업지원 정책 또한 다양하게 시행하고 있다. 이와 관련 군에서도 일과 후 자기 개발을 통한 생산적 군 복무로 부대 전투력 극대화와 개인의 경력 단절 최소화를 위한 일환으로 2018년 부터 '청년 Dream, 국군 드림' 이라는 역점 사업을 추진 중에 있다. Dream의 알파벳중 'Ⓡ 창·취업 기회 제공(Raising Job Opportunities)'의 경우 2020년 3월 기준 육군은 약 870여개의 창업동아리를 운영하고 있다. 하지만 군부대의 특성상 전투임무 수행에 우선순위가 있다보니 창업동아리를 능동적으로 운영하기에는 여러 가지 제약사항이 있으며, 군 창업동아리와 관련된 선행연구 또한 미천한 수준에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 군 창업동아리 활동 장병 200명을 대상으로 '군 장병의 개인 특성(성취욕구, 자기효능감, 동기부여)과 기업가정신(혁신성, 진취성, 위험감수성)이 창업의지에 미치는 영향'을 분석해 보는데 있다. 이를 통해 군 장병을 대상으로 하는 군 창업동아리 활동이 지속적으로 운영 될 수 있는 방안을 모색해 보고, 실질적인 교육지원 방향을 제시하는 등 군 조직 역량 강화와 개인 발전, 그리고 군 창업동아리 활성화 방안에 대해 논의해 보고자 한다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the related variables of university students' coping behavior concerning job-searching problems. The subjects were 436 senior students (212 men and 224 women) enrolled in a university in Gyeongbuk Province. Survey questionnaires were used to measure undergraduate students' coping behavior concerning job-searching problems, work commitment, their will to accept downward employment, sex role identity, grade, sex, perceived SES, and major. Data were analyzed by means, standard deviations, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe' test, and regression. Results are summarized as follows: (1) Male students' level of active and supportive coping behavior was higher than female students'. Male students' level of evasive coping behavior was lower than female students'. Students who perceive their economic condition as negative were higher in active and supportive coping behavior and lower in evasive coping behavior than the students who perceive their economic condition as positive. (2) The students who were strong in work commitment were higher in active coping behavior, and lower in evasive coping behavior than those who were not. (3) The students who were willing to accept downward employment were higher in active coping behavior than those who were not.(4) The students' coping behavior concerning job-searching problems differed according to their sex role identity. (5) Work commitment and sex role identity were influential variables on university students' job-coping behavior.
This paper examines the labor entry of conditional welfare recipients. This paper focuses on two questions. First, what is the percentage of conditional welfare recipients who have labor entry? Second, what are the predictors in the labor entry and the duration to the entry? Using Data about 917 welfare recipients who participated in the self-sufficiency programs of the Offices for Secure Employment in Seoul, this paper attempts to answer the above questions. Logistic regression analysis and survival analysis are adopted to identify variables predicting labor entry of conditional welfare recipients. This paper also utilizes a multiple imputation method to deal with the limitation of data by the missing values in some variables. The major findings are as follows: about 43.8% of the conditional welfare recipients have successful labor entry; and in the labor entry and the duration to the entry, gender, household, information and referral services for employment, health and willingness for self-sufficiency are the predictors that are statistically significant. Among these variables, health and willingness for self-sufficiency are more noticeable; it is recognized that programs to care for health of welfare recipients who want to have the labor entry and counseling programs to strengthen welfare recipients' willingness for labor entry are very important for them to be successful in the labor entry. This paper provides a basic knowledge about realities of the conditional welfare recipients' labor entry, identifies research areas for further research, and develops policy implications for their self-sufficiency.

In today's era when the concept of a lifelong job has disappeared, starting a business is an essential consideration for university students not only as an alternative factor in finding employment, but also from the perspective of the entire life. Today, most universities in Korea are operating entrepreneurship education programs, such as entrepreneurship classes as a curriculum, and start-up clubs as a non-curricular program to foster entrepreneurship among university students. In previous studies, entrepreneurship is a factor influencing the entrepreneurship intention. The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effects of university students' entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurship intention through a entrepreneurship education program (participation in a start-up club, taking an entrepreneurship course) on entrepreneurship behavior. There are some empirical studies on whether entrepreneurship education programs such as participation in startup contests affect the entrepreneurship intention of university students, but not much compared to their importance. It is difficult to find an empirical study examining the effects of entrepreneurship and start-up education programs on entrepreneurship intention and entrepreneurship behavior in domestic and foreign studies. Therefore, in this study, one domestic university that operates a start-up club and a entrepreneurship course was selected and the online questionnaire was distributed to all current students, and the collected 127 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis As a result of the study, first, it was confirmed that initiative and risk-taking, which are sub-factors of entrepreneurship of university students, had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intention, respectively, and that innovation did not have a significant positive effect. Second, it was confirmed that university students' participation in a start-up club, a sub-factor of the start-up education program, had a significant positive effect on their entrepreneurial intention, and that taking a start-up course did not have a significant positive effect. Third, it was confirmed that the entrepreneurial intention of university students had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurship behavior. Fourth, it was confirmed that the entrepreneurial intention had a mediating effect between each of the factors of risk-taking, and participation in a start-up club and entrepreneurial behavior. This study suggests that university students can increase their risk-taking, increase their entrepreneurial intention by participating in a startup club, and reach a entrepreneurial behavior through this as a medium.
This research conducted an empirical analysis of factors that influence the process of job choices and start-ups among the youth. By conducting a comparative analysis on 6 countries with adequate career systems and booming startup industries (China, Indonesia, the UK, Germany, Israel, the US.). The statistical sample is based on the Global Entrepreneurship Trend Ratio and covers a total of 7,082 youth across 7 countries. Multivariate variance analysis and correlational analysis were conductedto compare the average figures among different countries and analyze the regulation effect of parental influence. Job satisfaction, parental influence, and willingness to change future job were selected as the factors that influence job choices. Korea's job satisfaction was the lowest among 7 countries and a willingness to change future job was the highest. Meanwhile, Korea's parental influence was at a medium level among 7 countries. It was proven that job satisfaction had a quasi-control effect on the process of influencing willingness to change future job. Entrepreneurial education, willingness to start-up, job satisfaction, and parental influence were chosen as the factors that influence start-up. Two-way ANOVA were conducted to comparatively analyze each country's average, mutual influence among different factors, and analyze the regulation effect of parental influence. In all countries, start-up education has the effect of raising the willingness to start-up. Also, it was verified that parental influence had a quasi-control effect in the process of career satisfaction influencing the willingness to start-up. The research results will provide meaningful implications for the government and educational institutes including universities when designing policy directions to guide overall career for the youth in the future.

Students have chosen the various behaviors to prepare for the future during the university life. In general to be employed by someone and to create one's own business is likely to be regarded as difference ways. The objectives of this study is to find that whether student's planned behaviors such as albeit, internship, getting some certification are to be related with entrepreneurial intention, and entrepreneurial intention has positive relation with entrepreneurial decision makings based on theory of Planned behaviors through empirical study. In order for that, this study sets four research hypothesis. In the empirical findings, 3 research hypothesis except H2 (subjective norms have positive relations with entrepreneurial intention) are accepted in statistically. Considering research findings, students' planned behaviors, such as albeit, internship, getting some certifications to have been regards as far away from entrepreneurship have positive relation with entrepreneurial intention and implementation. Entrepreneurship education and knowledge regarding start-ups given by Universities or private institutions should provide information to create imagination new venture business with spontaneity instead of giving intented contents concerning entrepreneurship when taking into consideration of result of hypothesis 2. In order words, entrepreneurship education to provide the self-efficacy is the right track for students.

The purpose of this study is to improve the reemployment rate of unemployed job seekers aged 50 to 59 by supporting the foundation of our society and enhancing their value of life. We analyzed the impact of resilience, a psychological factor, on job seeking of unemployed people in their fifties. Subjects were visited and provided employment services in the Employment Welfare Plus Center in the Seoul Metropolitan Area. We devised a questionnaire consisting of three variables of general characteristics, resilience, and job search. Also, the resilience variables comprised sub-variables of control, positiveness, and sociality, and the job search variables involved sub-variables of job preparation, attitude, and willness. Study results the resilience of unemployed persons aged 50 to 59 is above average, and sub-variables of positiveness are highest compared to other sub-variables. Second, there is no significant gender difference in resilience for job search activities. Third, resilience and its sub-variables, such as control and affirmation, affect job-seeking activities. Therefore, this study suggests strengthening the resilience of job seekers in their fifties as well as providing psychological counseling and job training for job-seeking activities.
This paper attempts to investigate the influence of IMF economic crisis on family lives through questionnaire survey of 1001 women in Seoul. According to the results of the survey, we found the following changes that the economic crisis brought to the family lives. With the unemplyment, communication between husbands and wives became more dense in both positive and negative ways. While the possibility of violence and separation beteen husbands and wives was relatively low, violence against the children more directly reflects the economic difficulties . In the economic crisis, relatives are more important resouces for supports than friends and social welfare institutions . Especially the families of the wives are the most important supporters. Through the changes of consumption pattern in economic crisis. we confirmed that the expences for cultural activities, the hospitals and private education have some flexibility. That is, those expences firstly decreased in the economic crisis. Confronting the economic difficulties economic motivation of women to find works became stronger and we saw same possibility of changes of women\`s role pattern by undergoing economic difficulties.

A self-administered survey was conducted in dental hygiene students at colleges or universities in Daegu and North Gyeongsang Province to provide basic data necessary to suggest standards for the direction of career for dental hygiene students and construct desirable image of dental hygienists. The data were collected from February to May 2013; with the exception of 46 questionnaires containing insincere responses, 1,679 were finally analyzed using SPSS/Win 18.0, drawing the following conclusion: The freshmen showed higher levels of regret for selection and enrollment recommendation than the sophomores, juniors, or seniors and the sophomores, juniors, and seniors showed higher levels of willingness to change courses than the freshmen; thus, those in lower grades showed higher environment satisfaction. As for desired career, regardless of grades, they showed higher preference for being employed as a dental hygienist; as for desired paths to get a job, the freshmen were more likely to get professors' recommendations and the sophomores, juniors, and seniors showed higher preference for open recruitment. They showed higher preference for getting a job in a large city because of greater possibility of improvement. As for the desired period of employment, regardless of grades, they showed higher preference for employment before getting married and for reemployment after their children grew up; as for desired workplace, the freshmen showed higher preference for a dental clinic in a hospital, whereas the sophomores, juniors, and seniors showed higher preference for a dental hospital. As for the differences in image of dental hygienists by grades, the freshmen and sophomores showed higher levels of attitudes than the juniors; the freshmen and sophomores showed higher levels of beliefs than the juniors or seniors; and the seniors showed higher levels of values than the freshmen, sophomores, or juniors, and the sophomores and juniors showed higher levels of values than the freshmen; thus, students in lower grades showed higher levels of attitudes and beliefs and those in higher grades showed higher levels of values. Such factors of enrollment satisfaction as willingness to change courses and persuasion to make enrollment had significant effects on image of dental hygienists. Dental hygiene students need to make efforts to establish a job identity and get desirable image of dental hygienists and to make constant efforts to promote more accurate and positive image of dental hygienists through systematic and positive public relations.

Korea is one of low-ranked countries in women's economic participation rate among OECD nations because well-educated females are not participating in economic activities. Regardless of current state of our society, opening a business is being considered as a effective method for job creation. Also, increasing the number of female business founders can lead to female job creation which promotes even growth of foundation and job creation and augments women's economic activity rate. Therefore, this study suggests the direction of foundation and inspires foundation factors and aims at increasing social re-participation through vitalization of business foundation by women in career discontinuity. For this study, I carried out a survey targeting career interrupted women who have attained entrepreneurial education using five- point scale by Likert and analyzed with SPSS Windows 18.0. The analysis set up 3 hypotheses with independent variables of psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment and the dependent variable of entrepreneurial intention of the career interrupted women. Also, I looked if there is the modify effect when psychological traits and entrepreneurial education affect the entrepreneurial intention with entrepreneurial environment as a moderating variable. To summarize the positive analysis result, Firstly, all psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment had similar positive affects on career interrupted women's entrepreneurial intention. Secondly, when psychological traits and entrepreneurial education affect the entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial environment had similar effects as a moderating effect. This study implies that psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment are all important for the career interrupted women's entrepreneurial intention. There are so many women who are going through both professional experience and personal network's severance. Therefore, optimized entrepre neurship education must be provided to help those women return to economic activity considering their psychological traits. Additionally, we should put emphasis on producing the entrepreneurial environment that can positively convert others' perceptions and construct those women's personal network. There seems to be more productive information for the strategies which can induce those women's actual business foundation if the social problems of the women who have highly willing to open a business are treated in the future. Also, considering that psychological traits, entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial environment all have effect on entrepreneurial intentions, there should be more related follow-up study on this.
