This research studied the Perception on the Career Development of the National Technical Qualification(NTQ) Acquisitors. The qualification acquisitors are engaging to the occupation which related to their qualification and willing to even in future. Also, the higher the acquired qualification grade is, the more they prefer their occupation related with. The qualification acquisitiors feel it necessary to develop his career, but only part of them(45.5%) are being supported by the career development system in now; they have only job training as the career development service. The qualification acquisitors are sensitive to a technical changes. In order to compete against these changes, they want to connect with specialist group and to new techniques or knowledges, and to be trained to achieve higher grade qualification. The qualification acquisitors answered that it is responsible for HRDKorea to serve as developing and managing their career. Finally, the agency producing qualification acquisitors, HRDKorea should build the system that can manage a part of organizations support which general company's operating in CDP.

Although aerial LiDAR had been launched commercially several years ago, it is still difficult to study data acquisition conditions and effects with various datasets because of its acquisition cost. Thus, this research was performed to study data acquisition conditions and effects with virtually various datasets. For this research, 3D tree models and forest stand models were built to represent graded tree sizes and tree plantation densities. Also, a variable aerial LiDAR acquisition model was developed. Then, through controlling flight height parameter, one of the data acquisition parameters, virtual datasets were collected for various data acquisition densities. From those datasets, forest canopy volumes and maximum tree heights were estimated and the estimated results were compared. As the results, the estimated is getting closer to the expected during the data acquisition density increase. This research would be helpful to perform further studios on relations between forest inventory accuracy and LiDAR cost.

전력거래소는 전격계통 안정된 운영과 공정한 전력시장 운영을 주요 임무로 하며, 이를 위하여 전국의 80여개의 발전소와 600여개 변전소로부터 발전량, 전압, 조류, 자단기 상태정보 등 다양한 전력계통 자료를 취득하고 있다 전력거래소의 중앙급전소에는 이와 같은 계통자료 취득은 물론 발전량 제어기능을 수행하기 위한 에너지관리시스템(이하 EMS 라 한다)을 운영하고 있으며, 발,변전소에는 현장의 전력설비와 연결되어 계통자료를 취득하여 EMS로 전송하는 원격소장치 (이하 RTU 라한다)를 운영하고 있다. 자료취득 경로는 모든 발전소와 34skv급 이상의 변전소의 경우 EMS와 RTU가 직접 연결되어 자료를 취득하며 154Kv급 이하 변전소는 12개 지역급전소의 자료취득제어시스템(이하 SCADA라 한다)를 경유하여 자료를 취득하고 있다. 전력계통의 대형화와 복잡화에 따라 계통해석기능 자동발전제어기능에 의한 계류운영으로 정보기술에 대한 의존도가 증가하고 있으며, 변동비 반영시장의 개선운영에 따라 공정한 전력시장 운영과 안정된 전력계통 운영을 위해 전력계통 취득자료의 신뢰도가 요구되고 있다. 따라서 EMS를 비롯한 RTU, 통신망 등 전력계통 자료취득 설비의 운영실적을 분석하여 각 시스템별 고장 고장원인 고장유형 등을 고찰하므로써 시스템 성능개선을 위한 설비투자와 운영개선에 반영하고자 한다.

본 연구는 도시의 근간 시설인 하수도 관거를 관리하는데 있어 필요한 정보를 취득하기 위하여 사용되어왔던 과거의 폐쇄회로 카메라에 의한 영상 취득 방식이 가지고 있는 한계를 극복하고, 자세한 정보를 취득하기 위하여 영상을 이용한 도면화 방안에 대한 방법을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 측면 카메라를 이용하여 취득된 영상을 수치영상처리과정을 통하여 처리하고, 영상 모자이크 기법을 적용하여 합성의 과정을 거친 후 위치 정보와 결합하는 과정을 통하여 하수관거에 대한 정밀한 정보를 취득하는 과정을 개발하였으며, 이에 필요한 장비를 개발하였다. 이러한 연구의 과정을 통하여 도출된 결과는 하수관거의 내부 정보를 정밀하게 취득할 수 있었으며, 향후 지형정보체계 등과 결합하여 효율적인 정보의 운용이 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

기존의 HDR (high dynamic range) 영상취득 기법은 한 장의 HDR 영상을 얻기 위해 여러 장의 LDR (low dynamic range) 영상을 취득하기 때문에 영상 취득에 많은 시간이 소요된다. 본 논문에서는 이런 단점을 보안하기 위해 두 장의 LDR 영상을 이용하여 평균 밝기 값에 대한 노출 곡선을 추정한다. 그리고 추정된 노출곡선을 이용하여 밝은 영상과 어두운 영상 각각의 최적의 노출 시간을 취득하는 기법을 제안한다.

미국, 캐나다 등 해외에서 주택이나 상가를 구입하는 사람들이 더욱 늘어날 것으로 보인다. 지난 5월 22일부터 투자 목적의 해외 부동산 취득을 적극 허용한 이후 2008~2009년에는 송금액 한도가 완전히 폐지될 예정이어서 해외 부동산 투자 시대의 개막이 머지않아 보인다. 해외 부동산 취득 완화에 대한 내용과 실제로 해외 부동산을 취득한 사례 등에 대해 알아보았다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze Korean Women's U.S. Ph.D. Degree-seeking Process and career development in the field of science and engineering in the United States. We conducted the analysis on the basis of SED (Survey of Earned Doctorates) data of the National Science Foundation. Since 2001, the number of Korean Ph.D. degree recipients from United States universities has been increasing and about 25% of them were women. Their median age was 33.3 years old, and one third of them were the recipients of research and teaching assistantships while pursuing a Ph.D. degree. At the time of receiving the degree, 51.8% reported having definite commitments for employment or postdoctoral study or research. Over 70% of the degree holders were presumed to stay and work in the United States. The study finally addressed policy implications regarding their recruitment to Korea and a need for a longitudinal survey.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰의 카메라와 플래시를 이용한 능동적 3차원 형상 취득 시스템을 제시한다. 두 대의 스마트폰을 이용하여 한 대의 스마트폰은 광원 역할과 광원 위치 추정을 위한 영상 취득을 하고 다른 스마트폰으로 고정된 위치에서 광원의 위치 변화에 따른 영상을 취득을 한다. 각 스마트폰에서 취득된 영상을 마커 기반에서 광원의 위치를 추정하고 카메라의 반응 함수에 의한 비선형적 왜곡과 렌즈의 왜곡을 보정한다. 광원의 방향 벡터와 보정된 영상의 밝기 값을 이용하여 photometric stereo 기법으로 3차원 형상을 취득한다.

산업이 발전함에 따라 타인의 아이디어에 대한 가치가 점점 높게 인정되고 있다. 아이디어는 지식재산권으로 보호가 될 수 있으며, 특히 발명에 대한 아이디어는 특허로 보호된다. 특허법상 요건에 맞는 발명은 특허권으로 보호될 수 있고, 특허권으로 보호되는 발명은 특허권자만이 실시할 수 있는 독점적인 지위가 인정된다. 기업들은 새롭게 개발한 기술을 특허권으로 보호하기 위해 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는데, 이러한 특허가 기업의 매출에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하기 위해 다양한 연구들이 계속되고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업이 개발한 새로운 기술에 대한 특허취득활동이 기업의 매출과 같은 경영성과와 기업이 속한 기술분야에서 시장점유율에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지를 조사하고, 시장점유율 상승이 기업의 매출증진에 매개효과를 일으킬 것인지, 기업이 속한 산업분류가 특허취득활동의 경영성과 등에 미치는 영향에 조절효과를 일으킬 것인지에 대해 분석 하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 중소기업의 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 아울러 특허취득활동이 시장점유율과 경영성과에 미치는 영향력이 산업분류에 의해 조절되는지 여부과 시장점유율이 경영성과에 미치는 매개효과를 조사하였다.

In knowledge-based economy where the human capital has an strong compatibilities, the life cycle of technologies and skills get shorter, and the mobility of labor get greater, the role of the signal system of qualifications have greater importance. This article used the KLIPS(Korean Labor Institute Panel Study) data, and analysed the factors of the acquisition of qualifications and the employment and wage effects of the acquisition of qualifications by fixed effects logit model and random effects model. The lower school stratification acquired the more qualifications, and in the case of men the unemployed one acquired the more qualifications. The employment effects of the acquisition of qualifications are significant at first year and second year in women, but the men's of the employment effects of acquisition of qualifications are not significant. The wage effects of the acquisition of qualifications are not significant. The results of the regression suggest that in Korea the signal system of qualifications do not working, and that the qualifications in Korea need to reform.
