충남 당진에는 여성 낙농인으로 구성된 우유사랑봉사회가 있다. 우유사랑봉사회가 주로 하는 활동은 지역에서 생산된 우유와 유가공 제품을 알리고 홍보할 수 있는 곳을 찾아 봉사활동을 펼치며 국산우유와 유제품을 홍보하는 것. 매일 쉴 틈 없이 일하는 낙농인으로서 따로 시간을 내서 봉사한다는 것이 말처럼 쉽진 않지만 우유사랑봉사회는 40명의 회원이 동고동락하며 낙농발전은 물론 지역사람들과의 상생을 향해 아낌없이 헌신하고 있다.

This study analyzed the effect of female insurance planners' personal traits on job performance in Dangjin, Chungnam. The study results showed that job importance recognition(p<.05, ${\beta}=.321$) significantly affected job satisfaction, so highly recognizing the importance and social reputation improved job satisfaction. Personal traits didn't significantly affected contract performace and workplace satisfaction, but job performance varied by continuos service year. This study provided implications by finding out the degree of importance of personal traits on job performance improvement and verifying the effect of personal factors on performace enhancement of female insurance planners.

충남 당진군 고대면 성산리에 있는 고산감리교회, 신자 100여명의 농촌교회로는 작지 않은 이 교회의 장재환 목사는 지난 4월 3일, 4일 이틀동안 신자 50여명에 대한 종합건강검사를 건협 대전.충남지부에서 실시했다. 교회 예산으로 검사수수료의 50%를 지원함으로써 특히 눈길을 끈 이번 건강검사는 "건강한 교회"를 만들겠다는 장목사의 취지에서 시작되고 전개되었다. 생명의 소중함을 새삼 일깨워 준 이번 검사 사업의 취지와 과정을 장목사를 통해 들어봤다.

Recently, the public's interest in the air environment has increased, and public health is threatened by fine particulate matter. Furthermore, the government continues efforts to improve air quality by expanding the monitoring of air pollutants and reinforcing environmental standards. Since air quality differs depending on the region in the Korean Peninsula, it is currently necessary to identify the cause and search for influencing factors. In this study, the atmospheric environment and regional differences in cities located in the Chungnam Province were observed. As a research method, regression analysis was performed for weather conditions, such as temperature, wind speed, precipitation, and season and targeted at air pollutants, such as SO₂, NO₂, CO, O₃, PM₁₀, and PM_2.5, as well as heavy metals contained in particulate matter, such as Pb, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, As, Mn, Fe, Al, Ca, and Mg. In the case of PM₁₀, the concentrations of Mn(0.4884) in Cheonan, CO(0.3329) in Dangjin, and Mg(0.5691) in Seosan were highest. In the case of PM_2.5, Cheonan NO₂(0.4759), Dangjin CO(0.4128), and Seosan NO₂(0.3715) were significantly affected. In summary, the influencing factors vary according to the region in Chungnam province in terms of air quality, and there is a difference in the degree of contribution. Therefore, it is considered that the Korean government's management of air quality is required for each region.

The increase in the number of ships entering and leaving the port and the creation of various cargo volumes can promote local economy and lead to regional development, attracting businesses, and influx of local residents. The port area of Dangjin consists of the limited cargo and most private docks, making it increasingly weak in meeting the local economic development and the expectations of local residents. Therefore, in order to promote regional development and revitalize the local economy, and to reduce the sense of alienation of local residents, it is necessary to make it easier to access and water to ports through the development of all areas of Eumseompo-gu, and to make active changes in the marine and port logistics environment. As seen through various cases of port development at home and abroad and the redevelopment of the ports at Gohyeon Port in Geoje, Dangjin Port should be able to quickly demonstrate the development of the Dangjin Port area and improve the quality of life for the residents of the metropolitan area. This is the time when the government's drive is highly requested.
