This study evaluated the soil loss considering the R-Factor value following the climate change. To calculate the soil loss of the basin in Jaun-ri, Hongcheon-gun which is the study area, the future climate change scenario and convenience revision were used to build the past 30 years, future 30 years R-Factor and it was applied to USLE model. As a result, as the R-Factor value declined a little in the future, the soil loss was also reduced but it corresponds to the 'very high' according to the OECD soil loss grade so the solution to reduce the soil loss is necessary and it can be used for another study material.

Marketing can assist libraries in determining their future and identifying quality products - services, programs and materials. Marketing provides a theoretical framework addressing the specific library and information science questions facing public, school, special and academic libraries in both the public and private sectors. The purpose of this paper is to analyse information marketing. For this purpose, characteristics of information, concept of marketing are to be studied, and then the process of information marketing program is analysed by market segmentation, marketing audit, marketing mix(products, pricing, place, promotion) and marketing system development. As a result, traditionally having focused on the undifferentiated and concentrated marketing strategies in the market segmentation, now they have to develope differentiated strategies in order to compete with other information centers.

본 논문에서는 영상들의 특징들을 추출하여 특징 값들의 비교를 통하여 질의 영상의 유사 영상을 검색하는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 입력 영상들의 색상 히스토그램으로 색상 특징 값들을 추출하고 질감 정보인 에지 정보와 이웃화소간의 공간 관계를 분석하여 질감 특징 값들을 추출하여 저장한 후 질의 이미지의 색상과 질감 특징들을 구하여 비교를 통하여 유사도를 분석하고 결과 영상을 보여준다. 또한 색상과 질감을 혼합하여 사용할 때 적응적으로 가중치를 부여함으로써 가중치가 적합하지 않아 발생하는 오 검출될 현상을 피할 수 있게 되었다. 실험을 통하여 기존의 방법과의 성능을 비교분석하였고 본 방법의 우수성을 입증하였다.

한국에서는 예로부터 한국 원산이나 중국 원산의 장미가 재배되었는데, 19세기 후반부터는 미국$\cdot$유럽으로부터 서양 장미가 들어와 다채로운 원예종의 장미를 재배$\cdot$관상할 수 있게 되었다. 장미는 꽃의 여왕이라는 별명으로 항상 우리에게 즐거움과 기쁨을 주는 상징의 꽃으로 여겨지며 지금도 사랑하는 이에게 장미꽃 선물은 당신을 향한 증표로 세계인의 사랑을 독차지하고 있다. 장미는 사랑으로, 추억으로 아름다움으로 영원한 향기를 낼 것 같은 신비로움으로 우리의 마음을 전달해 주는 영혼의 꽃이다. 오늘날 장미는 야생종 사이의 잡종이거나 그 개량종으로, 예로부터 주로 향료용$\cdot$약용으로 재배되어 오다가 중세 이후에 관상용으로 개량하여 재배하게 된 원예종이다. 서양에서는 주로 향료용$\cdot$의약용$\cdot$장식용으로 재배되어 온 것과는 달리, 동양에서는 주로 관상용으로 재배되었다. 중국에서는 장춘화(Rosa chinensis;nina rose) 등의 장미가 재배되어 왔으며, 고대중국 회화에도 장미가 많이 그려져 있다. 한국에서도 예로부터 장미가 주로 관상용으로 재배되어 온 것으로 여겨지고 있다. 즉, 조선 세조 때 편찬된 원예서$\ll$양화소록(養花小錄)$\gg$에는 장미는 자태가 아름답고 아담하다고 하였으며, 또 가우(佳友)라 하여 화목 9 등품제 가운데 5등에 놓고 있다. 이처럼의 우리의 사랑을 받고 있는 장미에 피해를 주는 몇몇 해충 종에 대해서 생태 및 방제법을 소개하고자 한다.

최근 컴퓨터와 인터넷 기술의 급속한 발전으로 교육 형태는 매우 다양하게 변화되어 가고 있다. 이 중에서 각종 멀티미디어 매체의 등장, 컴퓨터 네트워크를 통한 정보 제공, 위성 교육 방송 등은 시간과 공간을 초월한 가상 학교 모형들을 등장시키는 촉진제 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 이러한 가상대학에서는 각 강좌에 대한 학생들의 출석 확인 및 평가가 면대 면으로 행해질 수 없기 때문에 문제가 된다. 본 논문에서는 출석에 대응되는 강좌 참여 요소들을 설정하여, 이들에 대한 참여도로써 출석 평가를 대신하는 출석평가 시스템 PASS를 제안하였다. 이 출석 평가 모델을 통해서, 학습자에게는 강좌 참여 동기를 유발시키는 효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 평가자에게는 출석 평가에 대응되는 효과를 제공한다.

Dysuria has been mentioned several times in "Treatise on cold" and "Golden Chamber" of Zhang Zhong-jing in Han Dynasty. This article makes a detailed discussion of etiology, pathogenesis, treatment and prescription of Dysuria from three periods that is Han and Tang Dynasty, Song and Yuan Dynasty, Ming and Qing Dynasty. It has demonstrated the inheritance, development and innovation of academic ideas of later physicians from Zhang Zhong-jing, which enriched and developed the theory of Zhong-jing.

오늘날 선진국이라 칭하는 나라들은 모두 그나라 기계공업의 수준을 말하는 것이라 해도 과언은 결코 아닙니다. 기계공업은 모든 산업의 기초이며 생산의 바탕입니다. 창조적인 서구의 기계공업이나, 모방적인 일본의 기계공업이나 기술의 토착화에 그 중요 포인트가 있는 것입니다. 우리나라의 기계공업을 볼 대 공업입국을 향하여 1962년부터 시작된 경제개발 계획에 의해서 빠른 속도로 경공업에서 중화학공업 분야로 발전되고 있습니다. 특히 1977년부터 시작된 제4차 경제개발 5개년계획에서 중화학 공업에의 중점교육 투자로 인하여 급격히 신장되고 있고 앞으로도 그렇게 될 것입니다. 그러나 여기서 우리가 고려하지 않으면 안되는 것이 있다면 장기적인 안목에서 발전 시켜야 할 과정 즉 발전 시켜 나가는 단계와 속도 등을 고려하여 장기 기술축적으로 기술의 토착화가 되어야 할 것입니다. 따라서 이러한 점을 감안할 때 우리나라 기계공업의 역사, 즉 과거와 현재를 알아보고 전망과 방향을 설정하는 것이 중요한 점이라고 보고 있습니다.

산업의 발달에 따라 국내에 유통되는 화학물질의 종류 및 취급량이 최근 급증하고 있으며 이에 비례해서 유해화학물질과 연관된 사고 사례도 매년 증가하고 있다(산업자원부, 2001). 이러한 화학사고의 체계적인 대응을 위해 국립환경연구원의 화학물질안전관리센터에서는 2002년 초부터 주요 화학 공단을 중심으로 국가차원의 실시간 화학물질 사고대응 정보시스템 (CARIS : Chemical Accident Response Information System)을 구축하여 유해화학물질을 체계적으로 관리·운영하고 있다 (국립환경 연구원, 2002). Enforcing germination to the premature seed green vernalization under constant vitalux-A illumination and exposing to higher room temperature during ripening stage, were successively applied during wheat and barley raising for the sake of the accelerating generation advancement in greenhouse. By application of this method, the winter habit variety 'Buheung' required only 77 days for 1 generation and could raise 4.5 generations during one year. one year.
