다섯번에 걸쳐 내가 생각하는 건축이라는 예술을 나의 경험을 통해 써 보았지만 더러 좀 독단적이라고 생각되는 (나 자신) 부분도 있을 것이다. 나는 예술이란 편견의 소산이라고 생각한다. 우수한 조리사는 때로는 조리의 원리를 추월한다고, 나 자신은 건축디자인에 있어서 건축설계 학설따위 이론은 그리 중요하지 않다고 생각한다. 차라리 될수록 아무것에도 얽매이지 않는 자유스러운 정신이 더 중요하다고 생각한다.

섬유제품의 부가가치는 염색가공의 如何에 의해 결정된다는 것은 당연한 것임을 고려한다면 섬유산업이 전자산업에 추월 당하게 된것은 염색가공분야의 기술이 뒤떨어진데서 그 원인을 찾아 볼수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 그러므로 저자는 그간의 우리나라 염색가공업계의 발자취를 더듬어 보며 현황문제와 결부시켜 염색가공업계에서 노출되고 있는 여러가지 문제점에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

We present a nearby vehicle detection method in the adjacent lane using in-vehicle front view camera. Nearby vehicles in adjacent lanes show various appearances according to their relative positions to the host vehicle. Therefore, most conventional methods use motion information for detecting nearby vehicles in adjacent lanes. However, these methods can only detect overtaking vehicles which have faster speed than the host vehicle. To solve this problem, we use the feature of regions where nearby vehicle can appear. Consequently, our method cannot only detect nearby overtaking vehicles but also stationary and same speed vehicles in adjacent lanes. In our experiment, we validated our method through various whether, road conditions and real-time implementation.

양방향 2차로 도로는 우리나라 전체 포장도로 연자의 84%를 차지하고 있다. 양방향 2차로 도로의 효율성 및 교통류의 운영상태를 파악하기 위한 서비스 수준 척도로 지체시간의 백분율이 많이 사용되고 있다. 지체시간의 산정은 특정 도로 설계구간을 추원금지구간으로 설계할 것이지, 예산을 더 투자하여 선형을 개선함으로써 추원가능 구간으로 설계할 것인지에 대한 판단 기준을 제시할 수 있기 때문에 도로설계과정에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 저속차량의 확률적 분포를 고려하여 추원금지구간에서 발생하는 지체시간을 산정할 수 있는 모형을 제시하였다. 모형식이 기존에 확률적 분포를 고려하여 추월금지구간에서 발생하는 지체시간을 산정할 수 있는 모형을 제시하였다. 모형식이 기존에 개발된 거시적 수학적 모형에 비해 비교적 단순하고 입력변수도 수집이 용이한 점이 특징이라 할 수 있다. 모형의 신뢰성을 현장데이터를 이용하여 검증한 결과, 모혀으이 예측값이 근사적으로 츠덩한 실제 지체시간을 포함하는 긍정적인 결과를 도출하였다. 그러나 모형의 예측값 범위가 넓어 실용적인 MOE로 사용하기에 다소 무리가 있을 것으로 판단되므로, 개략적인 평가기준으로 모형이 예측한 값의 평균값을 보정하여 사용할 것을 제안한다. 모형의 신뢰성을 높이기 위해서는 본 연구에서 가정한 확률분포식에 대한 추가적인 검증이 필요할 것으로 판단된다. 본 연구는 실제 상황을 표현하는데 있어 확률적 개념의 도입과 이러한 새로운 접근방법의 기초를 마련한 측면에서 의미를 갖는다. 또한, 양방향 2차로 도로에서의 지체시간은 실제 소요시간과 자유운행시 즉 다른 차량의 영향을 받지 않았을 때의 속도 및 운영시간과의 차이로 정의한 바, 실제 지체시간을 현장자료를 통해 구하기란 현실적으로 불가능하므로, 본 연구에서는 이러한 제약점을 극복할 수 있는 근사적인 지체시간을 계산하는 방법을 제시한 점에서 의미를 갖을 수 있다.

Two-Lane Highway of Korea is important, Because it has the largeest portion of all roads of Korea. But it has only one lane for one direction. So, If Delays are happened by low-speed vehicles, high-speed vehicles should over-take through the other side of the road. This over-takings can generate the high possibility of traffic accidents and the severity of traffic accidents by over-takings is very high. Because it generates a head-on collision. But the level of Service that indicates the operation states of Two-Lane Highway is defined as a conception that explains the operation conditions of traffic safety etc. Whencalculating the Level of service. It is considered by only delays. So, in this paper, first, this author wants to present the calculation of delay-time by Total-Delay Rate. Second, by multiplying this delay-time by the costs of delays wants to present the method of calulates the total delay costs. Third, to consider the traffic accidents, After predicting the number of traffic accidents, As multipling this by the average of costs of traffic accidents. want to present the method to calculate Total traffic accidents costs. Forth, present the operation costs.

This paper deals with the cultural and ideoligical background of the landscape designs on Joseon blue and white porcelains in the late Joseon period, and involves the government painters in the official kiln. Dongjeongchuwol-design (동정추월문), painted the full-moon night scene of Dongjeong lake on Jeseon blue and white porcelains, was in fashion in the late Joseon period. It didn't reflected the entirely realistic subject comparing to the painting circles at that time, but the principle and aesthetic appreciation of Royal family who leaded the official kiln. And Sansuinmul-design (산수인물화). painted the man of great caliber in the ancient history with mountain scenery, was similar to the painting manuals such as Gossihwabo (고씨화보) and Dangsihwabo (당시화보). It was a counterpart of Dongjeonchuwol-design on Joseon blue and white porcelains in the late Joseon period. These designs were painted into ogival-shaped frame (릉화창) on the blue and white porcelains in most cases, and adjusted to shape of porcelain. The landscape designs on Joseon blue and white porcelains became stereotyped, involving subjects of folk painting in the late 18th Century and the early 19th Century. This essay will be just a start to research into the landscape designs on blue and white porcelains in the late Joseon period, even though we seldom find works providing strict chronology among some works to the public.

90년대 중,후반 이후 최근 몇 년 전까지 기간망 사업자와 회선사업자를 중심으로 메트로 구간 및 롱홀(시외)구간에 엄청난 투자가 이루어져 왔다. 특히 롱홀(시외)구간에는 그 투자가 더욱 집중되어왔다. 이러한 투자는 기존의 음성 및 전용회선 서비스의 고속화와 더불어 인터넷 트래픽의 폭증이 그 주 원인이 되었다. 90년대 말에 들어서면서 인터넷 트래픽의 고속화로 음성 트래픽을 월등히 추월하였다. 이러한 트래픽들은 롱홀 구간보다 메트로 구간에 집중되어 서울 및 지방 광역시에 엄청난 트래픽을 유발하였다.
