In generally blasting pattern design is carried out in-situ borehole blasting test and its analysis. We added the 3D numerical analysis for blast induced vibrations. This paper is case study of 3D numerical analysis in which considered blast induced vibration affected across buildings, and then we design the blasting pattern of tunnel excavation.

경기변동(景氣變動)에 대한 중요한 판단자료인 산업생산지수(産業生産指數)는 음력에 따르는 구정, 추석 등의 기간 및 시점변동으로 계절적 요인이 불규칙하게 나타나게 되고, 이로 인하여 지수(指數)의 분석에 혼란이 야기되고 있다. 산업생산지수(産業生産指數)의 계절변동(季節變動)은 일차적으로 근로일수(勤勞日數)에 그 원인이 있는 것으로 판단된다. 본고(本稿)에서는 통상의 계절조정방법 대신에 근로일수를 고려하여 1일당 생산을 기준으로 산업생산을 분석하였다. 근로일수(勤勞日數)는 확정적(確定的)(deterministic)인 성격을 가지고 있어 계절성(季節性)의 변동에 대한 예측(豫測)이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 1일당 생산을 고려할 경우 각 관측치의 시간적 길이를 동일하게 함으로써 생산과 재고의 관계를 설정하는 것이 용이해진다. 생산(生産)과 재고변화(在庫變化)만을 이용한 간단한 오차수정모형(error correction model)을 설정하여 생산의 표본외구간(標本外區間) 예측(豫測)(out of sample forecasting)을 수행한 결과, 근로일수(勤勞日數)로 조정하였을 경우 예측력이 현저히 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

TWO 협상의 결과로 농산물개방이 조만간 이루어지게 되면 쌀 생산을 중심으로 한 농업생산은 중국과 미국 등의 경쟁을 이기기가 상당히 어려워 질 것으로 생각된다. 또 쌀의 과잉생산으로 정부에서는 쌀 이외의 작물을 논에서 기르는 것을 장려하고 있다. 본 연구를 통해서 연재배 경제성과 재배된 연을 이용하여 다양한 차와 식품을 개발하는 것을 연구하였다. 먼저 연을 품종을 선별하였다. 본사에서 소유한 100여종의 연을 재배하여 식품으로 개발하기에 최적인 연을 선별하였다. 여러 가지 관능적인 미각 테스트와 생산량의 검정을 통해서 선별하였다. 일반적으로 많은 연들이 아린 기운이 많아서 식품으로 개발하기 어려웠다. 색깔이 진하면 진할 수록 아린 맛이 진하였다. 그러나 백련만은 맛도 우수하였고 생산성도 우수하였다. 식품으로 개발하기에 가장 적절한 시기를 조사하였다. 백련의 향은 시간이 갈수록 증가하다가 잎이 누렇게 변하면서 향이 떨어지기 시작하여 전 후가 가장 좋은 시기였다. 생산량은 시간이 갈수록 증가하였지만 이 추석 후에는 잎이 누렇게 변하기 시작하여 실제적으로 변하기 시작하여 식품으로 사용 가능한 생산량이 떨어 졌다. 수확된 제품을 연차와 연식품으로 개발하였다.

양계업계가 장기적인 불황에 봉착해 있다. 채란업도 추석 명절을 앞두고 계란가격이 다소 상승하는 듯 하더니 다시 하락세로 돌아섰고 언제 다시 안정적이 가격을 형성할지 모르는 긴 터널로 접어들고 있다. 난가하락 등 농가의 어려움이 지속되면 관련 기자재 업체들이 모두 어려움에 처하게 되는 것은 자명한 사실이다. 종계도 병아리 가격 여하에 따라 농가 분위기가 달라진다. 특히 계분벨트와 집란벨트 등 농가에서 사용되는 소모성 제품들은 A/S 등 특별한 상황이 발생하지 않는 이상 경기가 호전될 때까지 기다리는 경향이 있어 이러한 제품들을 만드는 업체들은 개점휴업을 해야하는 상황에 놓이게 된다. 본고는 이런 어려운 상황에도 불구하고 신뢰와 제품의 품질, A/S를 앞세워 농가에 계분벨트와 집란벨트를 공급하고 있는 두연산업(대표 박주명)을 찾아관련업계의 어려움과 향후 계획을 들어보았다.

The Rock mass in which constructed a tunnel consist of the geological formations or the engineering rock type. Each layers are distinguished by the mineral, weathering and distributions of faults and Joints. Therefore, a tunneling design in rock mass starts from understanding and analyzing of the various geological engineering factors and then the engineering characteristics and distributions for each layers are determined to analysis and collection of the efficient informations. For this working, next two problems have to be solved. First, the layers in rock mass have to be classified and their distributions have to be defined. Second, the rock mass classifications and distributions based on the standard engineering classification have to be determined. Efficiently to approaching this two problems, the best solution is all geotechnical data are embodied to 3-D.

이 논문은 사회적 통합이 평소보다 증대될 것으로 생각되는 신정, 구정, 추석, 성탄절 등의 특정 연휴기간에 자살양상이 어떻게 변화하는가를 파악하는데 그 목적이 있다. 기본적으로 연휴 이전 3일과 연휴당일에서의 자살자수 감소, 연휴 이후 3일의 자살자수 증가를 가정하고, 2000-2005년 사망원인통계 자료를 통해 이를 확인하였다. 핵심적인 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 연휴기간의 자살자수 감소는 유의미한 것으로 확인되었다 둘째, 혼인상태에 따른 자살양상의 차이는 발견되지 않았다. 셋째 고령자 집단에서 자살자수의 감소양상이 나타난다. 단, 성탄절에는 젊은 연령대의 자살자수 감소가, 높은 연령대의 자살자수 증가가 나타난다. 넷째, 가설에서 설정한 자살양상의 감소-감소-증가 형태는 규칙적으로 확인되지 않는다. 이러한 결과는 연휴에 강조되는 가족적 가치가 한 개인의 극단적인 선택을 막을 수 있는 기재가 될 수 있음을 말해준다. 따라서 이 논문의 결과는 가족적 가치와 의미의 회복이 자살이라는 개인의 극단적인 선택을 방지함에 있어서 핵심적인 요인으로 작용할 수 있음을 명확히 보여주고 있다.

'Niitaka' (Pyrus pyriforia) has been the major cultivar of the Asian pear since the 1970s, and yielded about 70% of pear production in South Korea in 2002. When Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day) is earlier than the fruit maturation period, farmers seek to advance the harvesting date to keep pace with the increase in consumer demand caused by the holiday. However, unripened fruit is of suboptimal marketable value because the flesh has a low soluble solid content, the fruit color is not attractive, and stone volume is high. Compost treatment can enhance soil microbial activity and affect soil chemistry, which may accelerate fruit maturation and allow an earlier harvesting date. Therefore, we examined the effect of 2 years of compost application on the fruit quality of Asian pear trees grown under conventional management conditions. The Hunter "L" and "a" values were higher in compost-treated fruit, which also showed greater sweetness and lower acidity than did conventional fruit. The stone volume was reduced and fruit calcium concentration was increased by compost treatment. Therefore, compost treatment may advance fruit harvesting owing to the increased marketability afforded by attractive skin color, sweetness, and reduced stone volume.

Although many studies have been carried out on the pattern of behavior of drivers which result from the provision of traffic information, there have been few detailed studies on the composition of message, method for message expression, timing of provision, point of provision, media for provision, changes by traffic condition, etc. This study was intended to provide an insight into the changes in the characteristics related to the provision of information by analyzing how the patterns of information utilization change depending on the traffic condition and reclassifying such patterns according to the characteristics of media. Unlike the existing studies, this study adopted the traffic condition, using rate of information media, and the correlation coefficient label as the basis for information media classification, and categorized them into passive utilization media, active utilization media, and past experience in order to ensure the statistical reasonability. The categorized using rate of information media and traffic condition was found to have a positive(+) correlation with the travel speed in the case of passive utilization media during both consecutive holidays(Korea's traditional Thanksgiving day) and weekends, but had a negative(-) correlation with the positive utilization media and past experience. The rate of decision to take a detour based on the past experience was high at the condition of congestion or slow during both consecutive holidays and weekends, but the rate of decision to take a detour through passive utilization media was high in a smooth traffic. In other words, if the traffic condition worsens, using rate of passive utilization media would be low while the diversion rate would be high which uses the active utilization media and past experience. Therefore, it should be established to suit the traffic condition and media characteristics for strategies of traffic distribution through drivers' diversion behavior on weekends and consecutive holidays.

This study analyzed the shipbuilding structure of House Tangerine over a ten day period and according to the month in Jeju. By estimating and analyzing the price flexibility function of House Tangerine, the aim was to determine if the shipment control can stabilize and increase the incomes of House Tangerine farmers and derive policy implications. The greatest decline in the coefficients of the ten-day price flexibility occurred in the equations from early June to late July. Therefore, the shipment control of House Tangerine is required more during early June and late July. The coefficient of DUM_Q, indicating the year in which the quality of House Tangerine is somewhat deteriorated, was statistically significant and had a (-) sign. The coefficients of DUM_SUK, indicating the year in which Chuseok (Korean Thanksgiving Day) was in October, was statistically significant and had a (-) sign in the middle and late October. The greatest decline in the coefficient of monthly price flexibility function occurred in July, June, and September. Therefore, shipment control is required more in July, June, and September. The (-) signs of the coefficients of DUM_Q and DUM_SUK suggest that the need for shipment control is more important when the quality is less than better quality and that the necessity of shipment control is required more when Chuseok is in October, respectively.

본 논문에서는 HD 비디오 영상 처리를 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 다중 DSP 아키텍쳐를 제안하고 프로토타입 보드를 설계 제작하였다. 또한, 구현된 보드를 이용하여 비디오 영상 내 물체(얼굴)의 실시간 추석시스템을 구현하였다. 물체 추적 기법인 PF(Particle Filtering) 기법은 배경 클러터가 존재하는 환경에서도 강인하게 물체를 추적할 수 있지만 많은 수의 샘플을 사용하는 경우 필요한 계산량이 많아져 실시간 구현이 매우 어렵다는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 경우에도 실시간 추적이 가능하도록 병렬화된 PF 추적 방법을 제안하고 제작된 보드 상에 구현하였다. 구현된 병렬 처리 추적에서는 150개의 PF 샘플들을 5개의 슬레이브 DSP로 분산하여 컬러 유사도 기탄의 관측 확률을 계산하고 그 결과를 마스터 DSP에서 종합하여 추적의 정확도를 높이고자 하였다. 실험에는 $720{\times}480$ 픽셀 영상이 사용되었으며, 실험 결과 배경 클러터가 존재하는 경우에도 충분한 PF 샘플 수의 사용에 따라 대상 물체를 강인하게 추적하는 우수한 성능을 확인할 수 있었다.
