Needs about safety of residents are important in urbanized society, elderly and small-size family. People are looking for safety information system and device of CPTED. That is, Needs and Installations of CCTV increased steadily. But, scientific analysis about validity, systematic plan and location of security CCTV is nonexistent. It is simply put these devised in more demanded areas. It has limits to look for safety of residents by increasing density of CCTVs. One of the characteristics of crime is clustering and stong interconnectivity. So, exploratory spatial data of crime is geo-coded using 2 years data and carried out cluster analysis and space statistical analysis through GIS space analysis by dividing 18 variables into social economy, urban space, crime prevention facility and crime occurrence index. The result of analysis shows cluster of 5 major crimes, theft, violence and sexual violence by Nearest Neighbor distance analysis and Ripley's K function. It also shows strong crime interconnectivity through criminal correlation analysis. In case of finding criminal cluster, you can find criminal hotspot. So, in this study I found concept of hotspot and considered technique about selection of hotspot. And then, selected hotspot about 5 major crimes, theft, violence and sexual violence through Nearest Neighbor Hierarchical Spatial Clustering.

Recently, the organizations related to cultural contents are gradually expanding access to cultural contents for general public through the distributed network. However, since cultural contents have different characteristics than general contents, the objects, the of cultural contents seldom contain the words generally used for organization and search of information. If the cultural contents system is created without any consideration of such differences. We cannot effectively identify and search resources. Moreover, because the names, expressions and meanings are different between metadata elements of various cultural contents, it is very difficult to interconnect or share information between different systems. In order to solve these problems, proper organization ad management of metadata is vital. In this studym we have comparatively analyzed the data elements of each format based on Dublin Core, EAD, VRA, CDWA, CIMI, and Object ID, the metadata formats approached from various aspects in the cultural contents area. Through this study, we tried to provide the basic materials for integration of cultural contents by securing interoperability of different metadata formats.

Object-based classification methods provide a valid alternative to traditional pixel-based methods. This study reports the results of an object-based classification to examine land cover in the demilitarized zones(DMZs) of Inje-gun. We used land cover classes(7 classes for main category and 13 classes for sub-category) selected from the criteria by Korea Ministry of Environment. The average and standard deviation of the spectrum values, and homogeneity of GLCM were chosen to map land cover types in an hierarchical approach using the nearest neighborhood method. We then identified the distributional characteristics of land cover by considering 3 topographic characteristics (altitude, slope gradient, distance from the Southern Limited Line(SLL)) within the DMZs. The results showed that scale 72, shape 0.2, color 0.8, compactness 0.5 and smoothness 0.5 were the optimum weight values while scale, shape and color were most influenced parameters in image segmentation. The forests (92%) were main land cover type in the DMZs; the grassland(5%), the urban area (2%) and the forests (broadleaf forest: 44%, mixed forest: 42%, coniferous forest: 6%) also occupied mostly in land cover classes for sub-category. The results also showed that facilities and roads had higher density within 2 km from the SLL, while paddy, field and bare land were distributed largely outside 6 km from the SLL. In addition, there was apparent distinction in land cover by topographic characteristics. The forest had higher density at above altitude 600m and above slope gradient $30^{\circ}$ while agriculture, bare land and grass land were distributed mainly at below altitude 600m and below slope gradient $30^{\circ}$.

This study investigated the process quality level of a K5 gas mask, which recently acquired its operational capability, through statistical process analysis for the mass production stages and their lots. The tensile adhesion strength was the only operating requirement in the manufacturing process of the K5 gas mask. For this purpose, the results of tensile adhesion strength between the lens and facial rubber during the initial and second mass production stages were analyzed using conventional statistical and statistical process analysis methods. The conventional statistical results indicated that the second mass production stage was better than the initial mass production stage. In cases of a control chart and process capability of tensile adhesion strength, the process quality level was also improved by following the mass production stages. The improvement was caused by process stabilization and work skill elevation. These results and methods are expected to be conducted and utilized in the third mass production stage. Moreover, quality improvement of K5 gas mask mass production can be achieved using the Lean 6 sigma procedure, MDAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control).

This study presented the build-up of three-dimensional soil pollution map for precise analysis. To do this, survey on the existing pollutant region on Dongnae-gu, Busan that is the study subject, showed that it tended to produce 0.72 clusters. So, this study suggested to investigate center of $1km{\times}1km $ grid and, as the results of comparing the pollution map that input pollution figure values based on the actually investigation point showed precise results. And, it divided the standard of pollution into 5 levels in surface and underground space and the map was built up using IDW interpolation against the amount of polluted substance. The pollution of ground surface, flow of polluted substance, coefficient of permeability and ground water level that are 504 geotechnical informations were selected as the influential parameters in pollution analysis of underground space, and it calculated that to 0~20 points by dividing the characteristics. It enables the build-up of pollution map of ground surface-underground with depth that considers the characteristics of soil layers and it is considered that it is possible to analyze the general infiltration. And, it was considered that it enables more accurate forecast about influential analysis per depth and pollution of underground water.

Recently there has been huge efforts to improve performance in construction process by applying emerging techniques such as the Lean principle, Just-in-time concept and so on. However, little achievement as we expected has come out in reality due to the lack of strategy to set a definite goal of the execution and differences of personal viewpoints on construction productivity. Accordingly, it is the most important to promote the circumstances for the construction process improvement by quantifying the goals of respective unit activity groups. This research explores feasible solutions for the improvement of construction projects performance by combining the six-sigma principle for the generic administrative innovation based on the idea of construction process performance. For this purpose, mutual comparisons of various current approaches are performed in an attempt to establish the advantages in applying six-sigma idea and to provide its fundamental strategy. Furthermore, through a case study with the simulation of applying six-sigma to a unit activity group in construction process, this paper verifies that the overall performance improves as the degree of sigma level gets advanced.

Advancements in hardware performance and computing technology have facilitated the progress of climate prediction models to address climate change. The Korea Meteorological Administration employs the GloSea6 model with supercomputer technology for operational use. Various universities and research institutions utilize the Low-GloSea6 model, a low-resolution coupled model, on small to medium-scale servers for weather research. This paper presents an analysis using Intel VTune Profiler on Low-GloSea6 to facilitate smooth weather research on small to medium-scale servers. The tri_sor_dp_dp function of the atmospheric model, taking 1125.987 seconds of CPU time, is identified as a hotspot. Nonlinear regression models, a machine learning technique, are applied and compared to existing functions conducting numerical operations. The K-Nearest Neighbors regression model exhibits superior performance with MAE of 1.3637e-08 and SMAPE of 123.2707%. Additionally, the Light Gradient Boosting Machine regression model demonstrates the best performance with an RMSE of 2.8453e-08. Therefore, it is confirmed that applying a nonlinear regression model to the tri_sor_dp_dp function during the execution of Low-GloSea6 could be a viable alternative.
Staphylococcus aureus is one of the most significant pathogens and a causative agents of nosocomial infections. The emergence of methicillin resistant S. aureus (MRSA), in particular, has become a major clinical and epidemiological problems worldwide. In this study, we analyzed the toxin genes and investigated molecular epidemiological characteristics of S. aureus isolated from stools of diarrheal patients at the hospitals in Incheon. Of the 609 strains from 2,281 specimens, 173 strains retained enterotoxin; 68 isolates (39.30%), 100 isolates (57.80%) were classified to A and C type, respectively. In the antibiotic susceptibility, all of enterotoxin positive isolates were resistant to oxacillin. Eighty eight strains (50.86%) of 173 MRSA isolate possessed tsst gene, but eta and eth genes were not detected at all. In the detection of MRSA associated genes by PCR method, mecA genes were detected in 167 strains (96.53%). From the result of PFGE analysis, we classified tsst-positive MRSA to 10 types and 24 subtypes. Type A, H and F were the major strains comprised of 57.95% (51 strains), 10.22% (9 strains) and 9.09% (8 strains) respectively.
Recently, interest in artificial intelligence has increased due to the development of artificial intelligence fields such as ChatGPT and self-driving cars. However, there are still many unknown elements in training process of artificial intelligence, so that optimizing the model requires more time and effort than it needs. Therefore, there is a need for a tool or methodology that can analyze the weight changes during the training process of artificial intelligence and help out understatnding those changes. In this research, I propose a visualization system which helps people to understand the accumulated weight changes. The system calculates the weights for each training period to accumulates weight changes and stores accumulated weight changes to plot them in 3D space. This research will allow us to explore different aspect of artificial intelligence learning process, such as understanding how the model get trained and providing us an indicator on which hyperparameters should be changed for better performance. These attempts are expected to explore better in artificial intelligence learning process that is still considered as unknown and contribute to the development and application of artificial intelligence models.
This study aims to analyze the landscape ecological characteristics of green spaces within built up area of high density and evaluate the potential applicability of green patches, thereby introducing urban garden for generating green networks in residence areas. To this end, Yeoksam-Dong was selected as the site area since it is classified as both green initiative zone and alienated area of park service in Seoul. First, the current condition of green spaces in Yeoksam-Dong was identified by five categories: Street trees, private garden, public pocket garden, rooftop garden, and park. Then, the landscape index analysis through FRAGSTATS and connectivity assessment via multi-buffer zone analysis were carried out for analyzing the green networks and evaluating the potential value of green space. The results showed that the degree to which green areas in the site were distributed is arranged in the order of street tree, private garden, public pocket garden, park, and rooftop garden. In case of the street trees whose total core area (TCA, $1,618m^2$) is as high as the park's ($1,128m^2$). Private garden has potential for green network in built up area of high density by gardening since the shape of the patches are irregular (ED = 78.1m/ha) and the average distance among the patches is close (ENN=33.9m). Public pocket garden has also potential for gardening according to the result that it was found to be distributed evenly (LPI=5.7%, SHEI=0.9) with exposing external disturbance ($TCA=66m^2$). For the green network, 84% of all the study site is covered by small green network in 50m butter range of connected green area. The effect of green network was expected through gardening in public pocket garden (27%) and street tree (26%). Accordingly, it is encouraged to actively utilize street tree, private gardens, and rooftop gardens and to establish the urban gardens like local-based community gardens in public pocket garden where a variety of activities can be carried out near residential areas. By doing so, green networks can effectively be established in built up area with high density. The results of this study can contribute positively to fostering the creation of various types of urban gardens.
