  • A lot of factor effects on the enterprise's innovation and business performance, for instance CEO and members intention etc.. Niehoff et al. says, The success factors of innovation enterprise's management lead to members of vision, innovation, innovation activities and support for an aggressive attitude of the enterprise members. However, today's products consumers wanted diverse and complex needs. CEO and members of the enterprise has been the diversity effort. The increase cost savings as well as in the profit improve factors that enterprise's participated a education and training, Subgroup activities, process quality, eliminate waste, improve yields, lead time reduction, process capability increasing, ets. This paper is a report of an empirical survey performed to 277 small and medium-sized enterprise in the korea. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is employed to analyze the reliability of the data. The effect analysis of each group is performed by the SEM(structural equation model). We use the SPSS' Amos program to analyze the equation modeling and test the hypotheses of the model.

  • We analyzed the introduction factor of ASP-based information system on the order of importance using AHP techniques. We classified the introduction factors from previous studies into three categories : Organizational factors revealed organizational factors to be of highest importance, followed by environmental and Quality factors. The analysis on both primary and secondary hierarchical factors revealed CEO support as the most important, followed by IT capability, provider reliability, and cost-cutting expectation.

  • 최근 ERP Package를 도입하여 정보시스템을 구축하는 기업이 날로 증가하고 있다. 이것은 기업간의 경쟁이 날로 치열해지고 있는 기업경영적 환경과 정보기술적 환경의 급속한 변화에 기인한다고 할 수 있다. 또한 BPR을 성공적으로 추진함에 있어서 ERP는 핵심도구로 등장하고 있는 실정이다. 최고경영자에게 유용한 정보를 적시에 전달하여 생산성을 높일 수 있도록 의사결정을 지원하는 정보시스템이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 외국의 ERP 도입 실태에 비하여, 국내에서는 그 수와 질에 있어서 초보단계에 머무르고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 이 방대한 ERP패키지의 내용 중에서도 중소기업 특히 매출액500억 미만의 제조업 체를 위하여 기업 실정에 맞고 자금에 부담을 느끼지 않을 정도에 투자로 최적에 환경과 최소에 비용으로 인터넷을 기반으로 한 중소제조업을 위한 전사적 자원관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현한 다음 기술적인 요인과 업무적인 요인 등으로 인한 문제점을 분석하여, 중소기업의 정보화 인프라 구축에 대하여 연구하였다.

  • The business incubator is a useful system to help start-up companies, providing various supporting systems from the technical supporting system to human resources supporting system. This article investigates the moderating effect of technical support and competence support of business incubators' on the relationship between founder's experiences and performance of the company. A total 201 sample were used to empirically test the hypotheses. The results of the study partially supported the hypotheses, implying the needs of specific supporting systems for start-ups. Managerial implications are also discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management of a company and the knowledge-sharing and innovative behaviors of the members of the organization in order to present a strategy that can be used to strengthen the innovative behaviors of the members. Also, by examining the moderating effect of the awareness of organizational support among the members. The findings of this study were as follows; First, the ethical leadership of the top management had a significant, positive impact on the innovative behaviors of the members of the organization. Second, the ethical leadership of the top management had a significant positive impact on the knowledge sharing among the members. Third, the sharing of knowledge among the members had a significant positive impact on innovative behaviors. Fourth, in the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management and the innovative behaviors of the members, the sharing of knowledge among the members had a significant mediating effect. Fifth, the awareness of organizational support had a moderating effect in the relationship between the ethical leadership of the top management and the sharing of knowledge among the members.

  • This paper's purposes is to study the effects of the strategic support of top management, the activities of quality management, the quality-oriented culture and the organizational citizenship behavior on business performance for Start-ups. In order to settle quality management activitiesa successfully in start-up companies, Concern and support of Top manangement for the quality is important. Although Top management's commitment to a strong, According to the employee's attitude, the quality performance of company may be much different. the quality performance of company that acceptace attitude for quality management is excellent will increase. And business performance will be affected positively. Also when the company has any problems with the quality, the employee's will trying to solve the problem voluntarily is the important factor for business performance. Through this study, the following statistically significant conclusions were drawn. First, If top management supports the resource strategically for the activation of the quality management, The quality and business performance of start-ups will be improved. Second, If the quality management is activated, The quality and business performance of start-ups will be improved. Third, if quality-oriented culture is matured, the quality and business performance of start-ups will be improved. Fourth, if the level of organizational citizenship behavior is getting higher, the quality performance of start-ups will be improved. Fifth, the quality performance has a mediation effect on the relationship between the quality management and business performance. So when strategic support of Top management, quality management, quality-orented culture and OCB are activated in the organization, the quality performance will be higher than before, so that the business performance will be higher too. To improve the quality performance and business performance in start ups, It is needed to understand the quality management in organization, to implement the quality management constantly. And top management should supports the resource strategically and the employee has to do his best to form quality-oriented culture in the company.

An Empirical Study on Factors and Degrees of EDI Diffusion (EDI의 확산 요인과 확산 정도에 관한 연구)

  • Until now, most of studies on Electronic Data Interchange(EDI) have been focused on the introduction of EDI and the performance of EDI. But recently, there have been increasing researches on diffusion of Electronic Data Interchange. The aims of this study are twofold. First, to find the impacts of various factors on EDI diffusion, second, to examine the relationship between EDI diffusion factors and EDI diffusion degree. To accomplish those aims of study, two kinds of methodologies are adopted in the studies, First, model building by wide investigation on previous papers, Second, empirical research for finding the determinants of diffusion of EDI. The results of testing the hypotheses of this research are summarized as follows. First, The important EDI diffusion variables influencing internal diffusion of EDI consist of top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, complexity, relative advantages, competition intensity and external pressure. Second, Top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, relative advantages, competition intensity and external pressure are associated with external diffusion of EDI. We are aware of the important fact that top management support, scope for EDI, IS sophistication, compatibility, relative advantage, competition intensity and external pressure were simultaneously associated with internal and external diffusion of EDI.

  • 최근 정보보호의 중요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있음에도 불구하고 정보보호에 관한 적절한 투자가 이루어지지 않아, 효과적인 정보보호 시스템 구현이 지연되고 있다. 이는 전 세계적인 경제불황이라는 원인도 있겠지만, 정보보호 투자에 대한 정당화 논리가 부족하여 최고 경영자의 의사결정에 적절히 반영되지 않은 이유가 더 크다고 할 수 있다. 정보보호는 조직의 업무 수행에 수반되는 부대비용 개념으로 인식되어 왔으며 이 결과 ROI 와 같은 정보보호 투자에 대 한 정당화 논리를 제공하지 못해 적절한 투자가 적절히 수행되지 못하였다. 따라서 최근에는 정보보호 투자에 대한 수익과 지출간의 관계를 통한 ROSI(Return on Security Investment) 분석을 통한 정당화 논리 전개에 대한 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 ROSI 산출에 대한 접근방법을 비교 분석하고 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership)를 이용한 ROSI 방법을 제시하고자 한다. TCO는 하드웨어 가격뿐만 아니라 기술지원 및 유지 지원 인력 등을 모두 고려한 총 소유비용이다. 즉 정보보호에 대한 정확한 총 비용을 구하는데 매우 적합하다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 기업들로 하여금 좀 더 효과적인 정보보호 투자 정당화 수단으로서 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • This study analyzed the effect of internal audit on the performance of the IATF 16949 automotive quality management system to understand the internal audit of companies and propose measures to activate the company's internal audit process. It was identified with the empirical analysis that 'The internal auditor competence, internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, infrastructure, culture/environment, and CEO support' to characterize IATF 16949 internal audit of automotive quality management system affects the internal performance and business performance of the company. In addition, I checked the size of the company and the period of certification period as moderating variables according to the sales based on the presented as factors that can improve the performance of the company, and how the moderating effects are seen in the relationship with the performance of the organization. I did analysis of technical statistics, exploratory factors, reliability, and multi-regression analysis with SPSS program. I summarized the results of the study, as a result of that, it was found that the internal audit planning, internal audit implementation, culture/ environment, and CEO support of independent variables affected the parameter and dependent variables (the internal performance and management performance of companies).

A Study on the Factors Influencing the Competitiveness of Small and Medium Companies Applied with Smart Factory System (스마트공장 시스템 구축이 중소기업 경쟁력에 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The advent of information communication technology or the Fourth Industrial Revolution facilitated the fusion of equipment and management systems, such as Manufacturing Execution System, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Product Lifecycle Management, in the successful implementation of smart factories. The government supports the early adoption of these systems in small and medium companies to enhance their global competitiveness in producing products that can be recognized in a dramatically changing manufacturing environment. This study introduces smart factories to improve company competitiveness and address influences from the government assistance, CEO leadership, external consultancy, and organizational participation. We analyzed 101 results received from the questionnaires circulated to small- and medium-sized manufacturing companies. Given a successful smart factory implementation, company competitiveness is the factor that mostly influences organizational participation, government assistance, external consultancy, and CEO leadership. This study suggests several perspectives to implement a smart factory, which is the most important aspect of company competitiveness.
