  • The objective of this study is to study the selection factors and satisfaction factors for different types of driving ranges and establish a basic date for marketing strategies of driving ranges. The research target group was fixed to customers older than full twenty of 12 indoor, outdoor driving ranges located in G metropolitan city & N city, M city, S city in. 564 surveys were used as effective samples. The result was achieved using the above mentioned objectives and methods.

  • 최근 유비쿼터스 시대를 맞아 건설 분야에서 이용되는 CAD 자료에서 GIS 자료로의 변환 및 융복합에 대한 요구가 증대되면서 상호변환을 위한 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 건설도면 CAD 데이터를 활용하여 수치지도의 건물데이터를 수정, 갱신하기 위한 방법론의 일환으로 건설도면의 건물외곽선을 추출하여 수치지도의 건물데이터 수준으로 일반화하는 선형 단순화 알고리즘을 비교 분석하였다. 선형 단순화 알고리즘은 Douglas-Peucker 알고리즘, Lang 알고리즘, Reumann-Witkam, Opheim 알고리즘을 적용하였으며 분석방법으로는 시각적 분석, 절점 수, 총길이, 면적 변화율 분석 그리고 각 절점이 수치지도 작성내규를 만족하는 비율을 이용하였다. 분석 결과 Douglas-Peycker 알고리즘이 시각적 측면과 절점 수 감소율 측면에서 상대적으로 우수한 단순화 결과를 보여주었으나 수치지도 작성내규 만족도 측면에서는 공통적으로 $50{\sim}60%$ 수준의 만족도를 보이고 있어 국내의 수치지도의 건물데이터를 작성하기 위한 단순화 기법으로는 한계가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 이를 만족시키기 위한 일반화 알고리즘의 개발이 필요하다고 판단된다.

The Influence of Culinary Employee's Interpersonal Attachment on Their Job Satisfaction and Job Attachment (조리종사자의 대인애착이 직무만족, 직무애착에 미치는 영향)

  • This study was conducted from 10 February 2011 until 2 March 2011 targeting culinary workers in deluxe hotels in Seoul. The data from 161 copies of questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 for the factor analysis and the reliability test, and the multiple regression analysis was performed to verify the hypotheses. The results are as follows. First, correlation among interpersonal attachment, job satisfaction and job attachment showed that stable attachment had a significantly positive(+) effect on job satisfaction and job attachment. Second, unstable attachment had a negative effect on job satisfaction. Moreover, there were no correlations between job satisfaction and job attachment by the types of attachment. Third, for the effect of interpersonal attachment on job satisfaction, the stable one had a significantly positive(+) effect on job satisfaction; however, avoidant and unstable ones didn't have a significant effect on job satisfaction. Consequently, the results of this analysis suggest the future direction of culinary workers.

  • This study examines the effect of the self-reliance of unmarried mothers on life satisfaction and the moderating effect of social capital on this relationship. For the analysis, a survey was conducted for unmarried mothers living in the community. A total of 207 responses were used. The results are as follows: Self-reliance and social capital, subjective health status had a significant effect on life satisfaction. The social capital had moderated an effect on the self-reliance of unmarried mothers on life-satisfaction. Even if they have the same level of self-reliance, if there is a high level of social capital, they can be achieved a higher level of satisfaction in life. Based on the results of this study, a practical intervention was proposed to improve the life satisfaction of unmarried mothers.

Effects of Selection Attributes of Medicinal Food on Customer Satisfaction and Purchase Attitude in Jinju Area (진주지역 약선요리 선택속성이 고객만족과 구매태도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to examine the effects of selection attributes of medicinal food on customer satisfaction and purchase attitude in Jinju area. A survey was conducted to 300 people who live in Jinju area, and 252 completed copies of questionnaire was returned. Statistical package 'SPSS WIN 20.0' was used to analyze the sample data, and the result of the analysis is as follows. First, for the hypothesis, 'selection attributes of medicinal food have a significant effect on satisfaction,' food quality, health food and services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Second, customer satisfaction with medicinal food has a significant effect on revisit. Third, customer satisfaction leads to recommendation to others. In conclusion, this research shows that medicinal food restaurants in Jinju area should provide healthy food menu, high-quality food and high-class services, which could be effective to promote the specialty of medicinal food restaurants for costumers.

  • This study is to analyze the relationship of speciality of personal trainer, PT satisfaction and exercise adherence. To accomplish this goal, this study sampled 240 members of sports facilities of Seoul utilizing purposive sampling method in 2013. But this study finally used 219 samples in data analysis. Validity and reliability of instruments tested by expert meetings and reliability analysis. Chronbach's ${\alpha}$ is over .697. Data analysis is SEM using AMOS 18.0. Conclusions are the followings. Firstly, speciality of personal trainer influence on PT satisfaction of members. Secondly, speciality of personal trainer influence on exercise adherence. Thirdly, PT satisfaction influence on exercise adherence. Fourthly, PT satisfaction have not a mediating role between speciality and exercise adherence.

A study on Relationship among Organizational Fairness, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, Intention to stay of Nurses (간호사의 동기부여, 조직공정성, 직무만족, 재직의도와의 관계)

  • The purpose of this study was to propose and test a path that explains and predicts Korean nurses' intention to stay. A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 217 nurses and six instruments were used in the model. The data were analyzed using SPSS 20.0 and Amos 18.0 program. Based on the theoretical model, a significant correlation between all factors and the hygiene factor and motivation factor had a significant direct effect on the job satisfaction of nurses. In addition, factors such as job satisfaction, and distributive fairness directly affected the intention to stay and indirectly affected the hygiene factor and motivation factor. The final modified model yielded ${\chi}^2=2.681$, p=.433), GFI= .98, RMSEA=.001, NFI=.99, CFI=.99, GFI=.97 and good fit indices. This comprehensive model explains the related factors and their relationship with Korean nurses' intention to stay. Findings from this study can be used to design appropriate strategies to further increase Korean nurses' job satisfaction and intention to stay.

Mediation Effect of Marriage Satisfaction about Personality Traits of Married Female Immigrants to Affect on Preparing Their Old Age (결혼이주여성의 성격특성이 노후준비에 미치는 영향에서 결혼만족도의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of the study is to explore mediation effect of marriage satisfaction when personality traits of married female immigrants would influence the preparation for old age. The survey targets are married female immigrants who live in Seoul, Gyeonggi province, Chungcheong province, and Jeolla province, who are using the programs of Multicultural Center, and who could communicate each other. The analysis was also conducted on 426 of 450 questionnaires. The findings are as follows. First of all, extroversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, openness of personality traits appear as positive correlation with emotional preparation, physical preparation, financial preparation, marriage satisfaction. However, financial preparation has no correlation with neuroticism. Second, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about emotional preparation as 34.6 %, but there is no mediation effect of marriage satisfaction. Third, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about physical preparation as 28.1%. In addition, agreeableness and physical preparation have mediation effect of marriage satisfaction. Fourth, personality traits and marriage satisfaction explain about financial preparation as 15.9%.. Moreover, openness and financial preparation have mediation effect of marriage satisfaction.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of service quality on satisfaction factors, and to provide practical information on the management of Taekwondo Dojang nationwide, which are facing difficulties due to the decrease in trainees and COVID-19. In this study, 11 studies were selected from January 2010 to December 2020. The conclusion is as follows. First of all, it has been confirmed that the overall influence of Taekwondo dojo service on satisfaction is moderate. Second, the effectiveness of low-quality service on satisfaction (painting, customers, trainees) was the highest, and there was no significant difference between the factors in order of confidence, response, empathy and reliability. Third, the quality, effectiveness and satisfaction of the satisfaction type were the greatest, and the satisfaction of the trainees was the coating and customer satisfaction.

The Effected Factors on Customer Satisfaction of Medical Service and Willingness to Revisit among Selected Hospital Users in a Local City (일 지방 도시의 종합병원 이용자들의 의료서비스 만족도와 재이용 의사에 미치는 요인)

  • Objectives: This study was to find the effected factors on customer satisfaction for medical service and the willingness to revisit among hospital users Methods: The data was collected by a questionnaire survey from February 1 to April 30, 2004, and 600 samples have been analysed among users of university hospital, private hospital and public hospital in a local city. Results and Conclusions: The satisfaction total score to use hospital was 113.54 points(out of 175 point), these scores were constituted 39.10 points(out of 55 point) on satisfaction score for kindness of hospital employee, 36.28 points(out of 60 point) for equipment utilization and service formality, 18.59 points(out of 30 point) for environmental status and 19.57 points(out of 30 points) for reliability in medical examination and treatment service. The factors effected on satisfaction total score to use hospital were type of visiting hospital, age of customer, convenience to visit the hospital, experience of using other hospitals(R2=0.171). The effected factors of willingness to revisit scores were such as satisfaction score in medical examination and treatment service, satisfaction score of kindness hospital employee, experience of health examination and age of customer($R^2=0.370$). In conclusion, to raise the response's willingness to revisit. This must be reinforced by employee's kindness education and medical service quality.
