The commonly used delivery system for online merchandise has potential problems, not only missing but also criminal case. Also, the contemporary Kiosk type approach for delivery system has some problems in an initial installation cost, expense of management system and especially security weaknesses in the wireless communication. To resolve these issues, this paper is proposing a securely unmaned smart locker system that can handle up to 64 parcels. This is easily controlled and monitored by a smartphone. In addition to the system, an algorithm is proposed to make the security of wireless communications better. Finally, a method is proposed to minimize the cost of delivery by using centralized server.

레이저를 이용한 미세 정밀 가공을 하려면 레이저를 포함한 광학기기의 특성을 잘 알고 있어야 하며 가공재료에 대한 물리화학적 특성에 대한 지식이 필수적이다. 이러한 기술적 문제 외에도 초기투자 비용 및 운전비용, 그리고 양산성까지 포함된 경제적 문제를 고려해야 한다. 그러나 이미 설치된 레이저의 활용도를 높여 시작품의 제작과 양산에 사용한다거나 기존의 방법에 비해 제품의 질과 가격이 우수한 경우 그리고 레이저이외의 방법으로는 제작이 불가능한 경우 레이저이외의 방법으로는 제작이 불가능한 경우 레이저에 의한 가공이 가능하다. 본 특집의 경우와 같이 가공의 제규격이 반도체공정으로는 너무 크고 기계가공으로는 너무 작은 초소형기기의 가공에는 많은 응용이 가능하리라 믿어진다.

아열대 해양성 기후로 변화하고 있는 다우지역인 제주도는 각종개발 등 도시화로 인한 불투수층 증가가 급증하고 있으며 기후 변동에 의한 강우량은 더욱 늘어 홍수 피해가 빈번히 발생하고 있어 저영향개발기법(LID, Low Impact Development)을 통한 빗물을 지하로 침투시켜 지하수 보호 및 확보와 동시에 재해 저감을 할 수 있는 기술개발이 시급한 실정이다. 현재 설치된 재해저감방식 중 침투트렌치에 의한 침투방식은 제주도의 보전자원인 화산석인 현무암을 주 재료로 하고 있어 2차환경 파괴를 야기 시키고 있지만 암을 보전하고 대처할 수 있는 신재료와 신기술 관련 침투방식의 성능 극대화에 대한 연구가 미진하며, 지하수를 주 수원으로 하고 있는 제주도에서 초기 강우 배제 없이 침투시킬 경우 지하수 오염 가능성도 상존하고 있다. 본 연구는 지하수의 제주형 인공함양정과 재해영향평가 지침에서 제시한 암을 충진하는 정형화된 침투식 방법을 개선하여 초기 강우의 수질오염을 억제하면서 지하수 인공함양과 재해저감을 위해 침투와 저류를 동시에 할 수 있는 신기술을 상용화와 침투형 저류지의 설치 초기비용 및 유지비용을 절감하고 부지확보에 따른 사업자의 부담을 경감 할 수 있는 침투트렌치 형식의 침투저류시스템을 개발하여 실용화하는데 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 제주도인 경우 일시적 높은 첨두유량으로 인해 지표유실 및 침수범람이 빈번하게 발생하고 도시화에 따른 포장면적 증가로 지표수 유실이 증대 되는 점을 감안하여 이를 저감하기 위한 첨두유량의 해결방안으로 저류용 침투저류조 내 유입수의 신속한 침투기능과 지하수 함양 증대에 기여 등 제주형 집중호우 대비 침투저류조 설치에 따른 효과 및 적용 가능성을 조사하였다.

Therefore, in this paper, Present direction of home automation system that can have high efficiency into low expense, induction of automation system is easied in the home. Also, install can be easy and do remote control in PC, HP, PDA because use PLC or HN RF, DB.

Sewage has been almost treated by secondary treatment process. Secondary-treated effluent of sewage treatment plant caused the pollution of nearby beach. Nitrogen(N) and Phosphorus(P) in effluent water have caused many problems on estuary, such as red tide, eutrophication and aquatic toxicity. Therefore, the effective nitrogen and phosphorus removal from sewage treatment plants is necessary to prevent those pollution problems. However, little sewage treatment plant in Korea is effectively being operated for the removal of the nutrients. This study is analyzed for the effectiveness of cost when tertiary treatment process and Ocean Outfall are applied for the water quality of Suyong Bay After secondary treatment process, the effluent was discharged from the seabed in the depth of 32m of 4000m offshore. Pollutant concentration is decreased as much as the 180 times after the result of initial dilution, so that environmental protection requirement of Suyong Bay can satisfied. This Ocean Outfall process can save the 2.6~3.5 times as much as the cost of construction and operation for tertiary treatment process running over a 20 year.

회전식 스마트 조명 시스템은 기존 식물공장에 무수히 많이 설치되는 LED와 형광등을 대신하여 비교적 적은 양으로 설치된 LED와 형광등을 회전시키는 시스템으로써 작물 재식판의 작물들에게 필요한 광을 회전하며 공급하는 방법이다. 이로 인하여 식물공장에 조명 시스템을 설치할 때 방생되는 고가의 초기 설치비용을 해결하고자 하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 식물이 생장하는데 필요한 광량과 광속, 광양자속 밀도를 계산하고 블레이드에 설치되는 LED의 개수를 설정하였으며, 조명 시뮬레이션 프로그램 Relux를 이용하여 조명 장치가 회전함에 따라 조명장치의 중심과 바깥쪽에 생기는 광량의 차이를 확인 하였다.

이 연구에서는 점탄성감쇠기가 설치된 구조시스템의 통합최적설계 방법을 제시하였다. 최적화를 위한 목적함수로는 구조시스템이 유발하는 사회적 비용을 의미하는 총 생애주기비용을 사용함으로써, 구조제어 시스템의 성능에 기반한 경제적 유익을 극대화하도록 하였다. 구조물의 층별 기둥 강성 및 점탄성감쇠기의 사용량 등을 설계변수로 하여 생애주기비용함수를 정의하였으며, 통합시스템을 동시에 최적화하기위한 방법으로 유전자 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 동일한 초기비용을 사용하며 통합최적설계를 수행하지 않은 설계를 통해 얻어진 지진응답과 비교한 결과, 제안하는 통합 설계방법은 보다 우수한 진동제어효과를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다.

사이클론 집진기(이하 "사이클론"으로 표기)는 1800년대 후반에 기본개념이 싹트기 시작한 이후 100년 이상의 역사를 지닌 집진 장치로서, 구성이 단순하고, 고온 및 고압에서도 동작이 가능하며, 에너지 소모가 적고, 제조비용과 유지비용이 저렴한 특징을 지니고 있다. 현재 산업체에 설치되어 있는 싸이클론은 대용량의 가스처리, 입경 10-200$\mu\textrm{m}$까지의 분진처리, 낮은 초기설치비, 유지보수 및 조작의 간편성 때문에 산업체 여러 분야에서의 응용성은 다양하고 응용범위도 상당히 넓다고 할 수 있으며 석탄가스화 복합발전 플랜트, 쓰레기 소각로, 순환유동층 보일러 등에 널리 사용되고 있다. 기존 가입자망은 다양한 멀티미디어 서비스 트래픽에 대해 병목으로 작용하였으며 이에 대한 대안으로 광가입자망 기술 대두되었다. 광가입자망은 초기 설치비용이 매우 고가이기 때문에 기술 개발과 설치가 지연되었으나, 비용대비 효율성이 좋은 Passive Optical Network(PON) 기술이 개발됨에 따라 활기를 띠고 있다. 본 고에서는 MPLS/IP 백본으로 연결되는 Ethernet-PON 기반의 광가입자망에서, L2/L3 MPLS 기반의 망사업자가 제공하는 VPN 기술 개발을 위해 Optical Network Unit(ONU) 및 Optical Line Terminal(OLT)에서 지원해야 되는 기능에 대해 연구한다.
