Mediating Effect of Destination Mood and Mood State on Relationship between Tourism Experience and Memory and Revisit Intension (관광 체험, 관광 기억, 재방문의도 간의 영향 관계에서 관광지 분위기와 관광객 기분상태 매개효과 검증)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of destination mood and tourist's mood state on the relationship between tourism memory and revisit intention focusing on the psychological approach. The number of subjects for the research is 301 visitors enjoying tourist destinations in Gyeongju and Jeju. This study employs path analysis offered by the AMOS 28 statistical program to analyze the mediating effects of destination mood and tourists' mood states. The path analysis shows that tourism experience positively influences tourism memory, tourism memory positively affects revisit intention, and there are mediating effects of Destination mood and tourist's mood state on the relationship between tourism memory and revisit intention.

A Study on the Impact of Motives for Participating in Gyeongsangbuk-do Experience Tourists on Satisfaction with Experiential Tourism Programs and Intention to Participate (경상북도 체험관광객의 참여 동기가 체험 관광프로그램 만족 및 참여 의사에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • In this study, we tried to present suggestions to the Gyeongsangbuk-do tourism officials to satisfy them with experiential tourism resources and to revitalize their participation in the program. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, research on the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs and the willingness to participate in them is carried out, suggesting that it is a prerequisite for the transformation of the perception of tourists' participation in the Corona era. Second, it is necessary to make it a small experience tourist space that can provide non-face-to-face service utilizing the characteristics of contact technology, and to provide tourists with unique attractions against product discrimination and customer service. Third, through the introduction of non-face-to-face experience programs and expansion of services, the limited and macroscopic environment and social phenomenon of tourism activities in the Corona era, a new perception can be instilled. Fourth, visitors can expect to revitalize the tourism industry through the development and discovery of various programs. Thirdly, it will be possible to revitalize the local economy by giving meaning to the satisfaction of experiential tourism programs to tourists from all over the region's tourism business.

A Study on Determinants of the Ecotourist's Satisfaction with Geumgang Birdwatching Destination (금강 철새도래지 생태관광객의 만족에 영향을 미치는 결정요인에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this research is to suggest appropriate directions for the desirable ecotourist attraction management through the investigation of the tourist's satisfaction with ecotourism in case of Geumgang birdwatching destination. This research focus on the identification of the determinants of the ecotourist's satisfaction and the estimated regression model. The results of this study for the tourist's satisfaction with the ecotourism are summarized as follows. First, as a result of the factor analysis of the tourist's satisfaction variables, five factors like 'knowledge information', 'experience', 'ecological value', 'guide service', 'facilities environment' are deduced. Second, as a result of the test of significance, the difference of the satisfaction with ecotourism in aspect of the tourist's demographic characteristics like age and academic background is confirmed to be statistically significant except sex. Third, the tourist's satisfaction with ecotourism appears to be positively correlative with the tourist's overall satisfaction.

  • This study is focused on analyzing the tourism social media channel importance of Trytoursumer. On the basis of previous studies, the factors were divided into tourism communication, tourism cooperation, tourism contents sharing, tourism entertainment. As a result of the empirical analysis using AHP, Analytic Hierarchy Process, tourism communication relatively appeared as the most important factor. And order showed that the high importance of such tourism content sharing, tourism entertainment, tourism cooperation. Also, there was the highest priority of social networking in the area of tourism communication among 14 types of total evaluation factors regarding priority, followed by social news in the area of tourism cooperation, and micro-blog in the area of tourism communication. Analysis result, may contribute to the increase of social media channels effectiveness and strategy of application in social media channel of Trytoursumer.

  • 국민관광객과 방한 외래관광객의 증가(문체부, 2012)로 도서와 해안지역에 대한 관광수요가 확산됨에 따라 중앙정부와 지방정부는 등대(예 : 영도등대, 간절곶등대, 울기등대, 거문도등대)를 중심으로 국민생활속의 해양관광공간, 해양레저스포츠공간, 어촌체험공간, 유통관광중심의 어항개발 및 크루즈관광활성화를 위하여 노력하고 있다. 새로움을 추구하는 관광객의 욕구가 증가하면서 틈새관광(niche tourism)의한 형태로 도서 관광(small island tourism)이 주목되고 있다(김영준, 2011). 내륙 중심의 관광에서 해양 관광으로 관심이 변화 확산되면서 친수공간시설에 대한 관광수요의 증가가 예상된다(이한석, 심미숙, 2009). 이와 같은 현실에서 도서에 위치하고 있는 등대자원을 활용하여 관광객의 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 등대관광활성화가 기대된다. 등대가 전통적인 기능과 역할에 충실한 항로표지로서 뿐만 아니라 공공서비스장소로서 해양문화를 향유할 수 있는 체험의 장을 제공하고 건축문화유산으로서의 역사성과 등대 고유의 기능에 대한 관광객의 흥미와 욕구를 잘 접목시켜 해양관광자원으로서의 가치를 극대화할 수 있을 것이다.

Domestic Tourism Revitalization Policies According to the Satisfaction of Visitation with the Image of Tourist Attraction for Experiential Tourism (체험관광 방문동기가 관광지 이미지의 방문 만족에 따른 국내 관광 활성화 정책 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine whether the motivation for visiting experiential tourism can be maximized by revitalization of domestic tourism according to tourist image and visit satisfaction. In order to achieve this purpose, the four factors of educational motive, experiential motive, cultural motive, and communion motive of experiential tourists who visited domestic experiential tourist destinations, as well as the image of tourist destination, and suggestions for revitalizing domestic tourism through visit satisfaction were proposed. Therefore, the implications of this study are as follows. First, theoretical significance can be found by establishing the concept of domestic experience tourists' visit motives, image of tourist destinations and results related to visit satisfaction in the COVID-19 according to this study. It suggests that it is an essential condition for promoting a new change in which tourists participate in experiential tourism motives in the era of the pandemic by providing experiential tourism programs that are tailored to the level of tourists through research on the image of tourist destinations and their satisfaction with their visit motives. are giving Second, in terms of experiential tourism programs operated by domestic experiential tourism companies, it should be possible to promote the image of a safe tourist destination utilizing the characteristics of untact services that can provide non-face-to-face services. In addition, in an environment where visits to experiential tourism activities are somewhat limited in the era of the pandemic corona, it will help to revitalize domestic tourism and the local economy by expanding the non-face-to-face service to discover and develop direct experience programs in the region.

Experiential Value, Attitude, Repurchase Intention of Heotjesabap(Dishes for a Fake Jesa) as Local Food - Focused on a Moderating Effect of Storytelling Experiences - (향토음식 헛제사밥의 경험가치, 태도 및 재구매의도에 관한 연구 - 스토리텔링 체험의 조절효과를 중심으로 -)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify whether there are causal relationships among experiential value, attitude and repurchase intention and whether the moderating role of storytelling experiences can be existed in the relationships between experiential value and repurchase intention, and between attitude and repurchase intention, focusing on Heotjesabap, dishes for a fake memorial ceremony, as a local food. Also, this study aims to identify whether there can be significant differences in experiential value, attitude and repurchase intention among the tourists who have storytelling experiences and those who do not have storytelling experiences of Heotjesabap. Based on total 211 samples obtained from the empirical research, the research findings are as follows. Firstly, tourists who have storytelling experiences of Heotjesabap have significantly greater experiential value, attitude and repurchase intention than those who do not. Secondly, experiential value positively affects attitude and attitude positively affects intention to repurchase Heotjesabap. Thirdly, the tourists who have storytelling experiences have a greater causal intensity than those who do not in the relationship between attitude and repurchase intention. These research findings show that there should be some changes for Heotjesabap, for example, better taste etc. to attract tourists to repurchase it. Limitations and further research directions are also discussed.

Impact of Image of Regional Festival on Satisfaction of Tourists and Their Intention for Revisit - With Focus on Firefly Festival of Youngyang - (지역축제이미지가 관광객의 만족과 재방문의사에 미치는 영향 - 영양 반딧불이 축제를 중심으로 -)

  • In this study the author analysed impact of image of regional festival on satisfaction of tourists and their intention for revisit through an example of firefly festival in Youngyang-kun. Current Firefly Festival of Youngyang is its fifth since its beginning. Unlike festivals in other areas it is held during daytime and nighttime respectively. In it natural environment and ecosystem in Youngyang area are highlighted and it is unique in the sense that such festival is performed with live insects. Festival is organized with various sights to see including experiencing flying fireflies in nighttime and making insects etc. In this study the author analysed impact of image of regional festival on satisfaction of tourists and their intention for revisit. In this connection this author chose 20 items in connection with image of regional festival. Then I carried out analysis on various factors in connection with tourists as appeared in regional festival. I performed analysis on diversity, experience, convenience, conveyance of content of festival and its creativity as factors constituting satisfaction of tourists in connection with image of regional festival. Result of analysis undertaken in this study revealed that image of regional festival and satisfaction of tourists who experienced festivals served to their expressing intention for revisiting. For inducing tourists intention for revisiting image of regional festival, conveyance of diverse information, diversity of program of the festival, new experience, sense of expectation are important. Therefore this is need for development of environment and ecosystem friendly programs and it should be developed as a consistent environment friendly festival rather on temporary touch- and-go event.

  • This research the impacts of the tourism motivation and tourism product experimentiality to the korea national image and the results are as follow. First, chinese tourist' on korean wave showed sensory experiences of experiential marketing, emotional experience, cognitive experiences positively affect to the festival brand loyalty. Second, it showed all items of sensory experiences of experiential marketing, emotional experience, cognitive experiences positively affect to the festival brand loyalty. Through these results, first, Necessity is the possibility of knowing the thing there was grasp about tourism motive difference of the cold Chinese tourists' on korean wave. Second, there must be to cold current tourism goods development, must provide the possibility of knowing the thing was an experience characteristic to the tourists. With this character direction, presented a ongoing search that cold current korean wave tourism market measurement from governmental dimension, cold korean wave tourism goods development which applies the contents from enterprise dimension, theoretical foundation data triangular position from scientific dimension.

  • To develop the traditional tea culture into tourism product, we will review the characteristics of traditional tea culture. Since our ancestor introduced tea, our tea culture has expressed the culture and spirit of ancestors' life and practiced the body and mind. Based on this facts, we want to build the program for applying.the tea culture into the characteristics of tourism products. The program for tea culture is following; reception; visiting the Korean Tea Museum consisting of reception room, tea-related document room, tea pottery room and korean traditional dress room; experiencing tea ceremony, tea traditional foods, natural dyeing, tea pottery making and tea etiquette; seeing visitors out. However, we didn't evaluate the satisfaction of tourists from Japan, China, America and Europe who participated in this program through the objective data. But they understood the excellency and creativity of Korean traditional culture through experiencing Korean invisible-visible culture. Therefore this study intends to develop the program for the attractive and differentiated culture tourism and build the competitive model of Korean culture tourism product.
