본 논문에서는 사상체질분류검사 설문지를 이용하여 사상체질을 진단할 때, 진단의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 사상체질 분류 함수를 개발하기 위하여 퍼지 분류기를 이용한다. 본 연구에서 사용하는 데이터는 9개 한의과대학의 10개 부속한방병원에서 치료를 받은 환자들 중 각 병원의 사상체질전문의로부터 체질진단을 받고 최소한 4주 이상 사상체질 처방을 사용한 후 주 증상이 전반적으로 호전되어 체질이 확인된 환자 1,914명을 대상으로 하고 있다. 본 연구는 사상체질의학의 광제설을 토대로 환자의 성별을 분리 하였을 뿐만 아니라, 비만도를 추가적으로 분류하였으며, 체형기상, 용모사기, 성질재간, 병증약리 중 체형기상을 토대로 분류하였으며, 사상체질을 판별할 수 있도록 설계되고 구현되었다.

개인의 체질에 맞춰 의학적 행위를 시행하는 사상의학은 우리나라 고유의 전통의학으로 가치를 인정받고 있다. 이러한 사상의학에서 가장 중요한 것은 사상체질의 정확한 분류이다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 사상체질 분류 방법인 용모사기, 체형기상, QSCCII, 체질침 등이 임상의들의 직관에 의해 행해지고 있다는 문제점을 해결하기 위해 사상체질 분류의 정량화 및 객관화를 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 음성 신호 분석에서 발생하는 정보의 출력값에 의해 사상 체질을 분류하는 방법을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 40대 이상의 장년기 남성을 대상으로 사상체질 전문의의 진단표에서 뚜렷한 특징을 보유하고 있는 집단군을 구성하고 이들의 음성 특성을 분류하여 음성학적 요소를 추출하고자 한다. 또한 출력된 결과값을 토대로 체질 집단별 차이점과 유사성을 분류하여 사상 체질 분류를 행하였다.

우리나라만의 독창적인 의료체계인 사상체질은 의학적 본질의 우수성에도 불구하고 크게 대중화 되지 않았으며 인지도 또한 높지 못하다. 이는 사상체질에서 가장 중요한 부분이 사상체질의 정확한 분류인데 현재 임상현장에서 행해지고 있는 사상체질 분류 방식은 임상의의 경험과 주관적 소견에 의해 분류되고 있기 때문에 진단 결과에 객관성이 없고 정확도가 낮게 평가되고 있는 실정이다. 이를 위해 사상체질 진단 방법 중 하나인 용모사기론을 IT공학의 영상처리에 적용하여 안면 영상 분석을 통해 사상체질 분류를 수행하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상의학적 원전과 기존의 방법들을 조사, 연구하여 사상체질 분류의 중요한 요소를 결정하고 시스템 구현을 목표로 실험을 통해 사상체질 분류의 유의성을 갖는 측정 요소에 대해 검증해 보고자 한다.

사상의학은 개인별 체질의 분류에 따른 맞춤형 의학으로 우리나라 고유의 독특한 전통 의학이다. 이와 같은 사상의학에서 가장 중요하게 여겨지는 것이 사상체질의 정확한 분류이다. 따라서 사상체질 분류에 대한 객관적 요소의 확보 및 진단 지표 마련이 시급하게 해결되어야 할 과제이다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 사상체질 분류의 객관화, 정량화 및 시각화를 위해 얼굴 영상 신호와 음성 신호를 분석하여 결과값을 추출하고 체질별 집단군간의 차이점을 비교하여 사상체질 분류 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 특히 영상 및 음성 신호는 성별, 연령별, 지역별 등의 구분에 따라 달라지기 때문에 본 논문에서는 40에서 50대 사이의 장년 여성을 대상으로 서울지역 거주자에 한해 사상체질 집단군을 구성하고 이들의 영상 및 음성 신호를 추출하여 체질간 비교, 분석을 수행하고자 한다. 최종적으로 실험을 통한 연구 결과의 유의성을 입증하고자 한다.

This paper proposes on the Sasang constitution classification method which is the most important things in the Sasang constitution medicine. Pre-existing methods of Sasang constitution classification are a shape of the body and its countenance & morpological aspect and temper. Many diagnostic methods have been developed and used including the questionnaires on personal life style and propensities(QSCC, QSCC II), and the tonal analysis of person's voice. Recently the constitutional acupunture and the herbal medicine response analyses are developed and used additionally. But these methods which is done by the doctor's intuition. In this article, I propose a methodology to classify the Sasang constitution. pitch, intensity and formants are used to classify the Sasang constitution by comparing the similarities and differencies of tonal analysis. Finally, the validity of the method is proven through the experiments.

The purpose of this study is to find a classification method with high accuracy in regard with sasang constitutional diagnosis. The BMI, blood pressure, pulse wave, and Sasang constitution diagnosed by a specialist was collected from 2848 subjects who were apparently healthy. Through a selective procedure, the data of 1635 subjects was used in the analysis. The results with the classification methods such as the discriminant analysis, regression, decision tree and neural network were compared with the diagnosis of a Sasang constitutional specialist. In result, the discriminant analysis method was hard to qualify the assumption of the equality of covariance matrices within constitutional groups. Moreover, without BMI, the decision tree and neural network methods were very sensitive to the change of the analysis data. Therefore, the Logistic regression and the decision tree is recommended on condition that the decisive factors of constitution are well concerned.

본 논문에서는 한방병원에서 사상체질분류검사설문지를 이용하여 사상체질을 진단할 때 진단의 정확도를 향상시키기 위한 사상체질분류함수를 개발하기 위하여 데이터마이닝에서의 판별분석모형을 이용한다. 데이터 정제 과정에서 양질의 데이터를 확보하기 위한 기준은 상반되는 설문의 응답 패턴과 체질별 설문의 응답 비율을 이용하며, 변수선택의 기준은 도수분석의 비율차이검정과 선형판별함수의 계수를 이용한다.

Sasang medicine is peculiar medicine that constitution of a human classify four types and differ treatment method by physical constitution. In this way the most important thing is very difficult problem that classification of Sasang constitution and discriminate correctly. Therefore, in this paper targets diagnosis medical appliances development of hybrid form that can behave constitution classification and sees among for this paper to propose about method to grasp characteristic that is morphology about eye, nose, ear and mouth be based on appearance and manner of speaking. In this paper, classified and verified this for Sasang constitution through the QSCC II program at 1 step and present method that more exactly and conveniently analyzing measure each physical constitution feature by survey about eye, nose, ear and mouth at 2 steps. Also, extraction and analyze and verified main area of physical constitution classification based on front face and side face at 3 steps. Such propose method to extraction the principal face region based on face color from front face and side face for correct physical constitution classification diagnosis appliance development through experiment consideration and verification process.

예방 의학에 대한 관심이 증대되고 있는 현대 생활에서 사상체질 진단을 통한 건강 유지는 누구나 쉽게 접근할 수 있는 방법 중에 하나이며, 이를 위해 사상의학(四象醫學)적 이론이 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나, 사상의학에서 사상체질 진단 및 분류는 매우 중요한 과제로서 많은 학자들에 의해 연구되고 있으나 지금까지 객관적으로 인정된 방법이나 기술은 없다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 외형적 특징을 통한 사상 체질 분류를 연구하기 위한 목적으로 안면부의 형태학적인 특징을 도출하였다. 즉, 안면 영상에서 눈과 입을 추출하여 결과 영상과 사상체질 간의 상관성을 규명하기 위하여 안면 영상의 형태학적 분석을 이용한 사상체질의 판별을 시도하였다. 특히, 한방의 망진(望診) 방법에 근거하여 사상체질을 객관적으로 진단, 분류하기 위한 연구를 수행하였다. 최종적으로 실험에 의해 제안한 방법의 유용성을 입증하고자 한다.
