본 논문에서는 GPS(Global Positioning System)와 관성 항법 시스템(INS: Inertial Navigation System 이하 INS)을 혼합 구성한 수신보드의 운영을 위한 Embedded 운영체제를 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 운영체제는 실시간으로 인공위성과 IMU로부터 수신되어지는 Raw Measurement 획득, GPS 항법, 자세 결정, 통합항법, 위성 추적을 수행하는 태스크들을 우선순위 기반으로 처리하는 선점형(Premptive) 스케줄링 방식을 채택한 실시간 운영 체제이다. 본 논문에서는 자세 결정용 GPS와 INS를 이용한 통합시스템보드를 위한 실시간 운영체제의 개발 환경, 운영체제의 구조, 개발 내용과 실험내용에 대해 언급하였다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Energy and Transportation Technology Domain about Technology Home Economics textbook Contents of the 7th National Curriculum. 'Jackson's Mill Industrial Arts Curriculum Theory' was used for the content analysis criteria. The results of the study are as follows: First, the sub-systems 'input' and 'process' in contents of the textbooks was represented frequently. However, the 'output', the main contents in transportation technology, was not represented. Second, components of the knowledge, materials, energy and Capital are included in Inputs system. The highest frequency and intensity of the energy and materials were showed. Third, the frequency of the Productive Processes that showed the most. The highest frequency and intensity of Transporting/Moving in Productive Processes were showed. The rest of systems that require the ratio of the intensity values do not meet.

This study is done to compare and to analyze middle school Informatics textbooks developed according to 2007 revised national curriculum. In this paper, suggestions are made for improvement on Informatics textbooks. Textbooks were analyzed based on two criteria, in framework and content, and collected data were analyzed according to Content Analysis method. As a result of analysis, a framework of textbooks showed differences in the entire construction, discipline-specific weight, content developing structure, and types of assessment, and content of textbooks showed differences in the concepts and the kinds of programming language. Six improvements in developing Informatics textbook from the results of content analysis were suggested and this will be helpful in developing the Infomatics textbook in the future.

In this study, we analyzed he computer operating system curriculum in primary and middle schools and suggested the content framework for them through review of previous research. After surveying primary and middle school teachers, we developed the framework based on the spiral curriculum. Through these surveys, we were able to determine when and how students should be introduced to the as curriculum. The content framework focuses on two areas: understanding and practicing computer OS. Each area has 4 levels which are based on the students' grade. We suggested developing textbooks and materials about computer OS; establishing Information Science as a part of the primary school curriculum: and offering lectures about computer OS to student teachers at the National Universities of Education.

In this study, the changes of contents and formats of science textbooks of North Korean sec-oery much and the quality of papers in the textbooks became worse. The changes of ratios of contents were as follows. While the ratio of 'Chemical Change' was increased especially in the contents of 'Acids and Bases' and 'Oxidation and Reduction', the ratios of'EIements and Compounds' and 'Structure of theMaterials' were decreased. The ratio or 'Science-Technology-Society' which hasbeen stressed very much recently in the science education was low in the eighties, and the ratio is even lower in the nincties. 0n the basis of these facts,it can be concluded that the world-wide recent trends in science education hardly affected North Korean science education.

Although the Dept. of Geography in Korea has contributed to the social development of Korea with a remarkable growth for a short period, their social status and influence have not greatly improved and the graduates in Geography do not have many job opportunities. The low social statue and the limited job opportunities of the Dept. of Geography in Korea was due to the failure of the creation of their demand and the expansion of their sphere in response to the social changes and developments of Korea. In France, the Dept. of Geography has raised their social standings through the suited curriculum system to generate their demand and enlarge their domain with the social changes and development of French. The Dept. of Geography in Korea also needs not only the expansion of sphere but the building of the proper curriculum system for the creation of demand.

기존 교수 연수체제는 전이 효과가 떨어지며 교사의 업무에 지장을 초래하게 된다. 이에 선정된 컴퓨터교육내용을 원격교육체제로 전환하여 기존 교사 연수의 단점을 극복하여, 효율성을 기할 수 있다. 컴퓨터교육내용을 원격 교육체제로 구축함에 있어서 다양한 원격교육매체의 특징과 가능한 학습 활동, 컴퓨터교육 내용의 특징에 따라서 원격 컴퓨터교육의 모형을 탐색하여 보았다. 그 모형은 자기주도적 학습활동에 기반한 코스웨어 모형, 토의 학습활동에 기반한 토의학습 모형, 대체 학습모형으로 일체학습 모형, 원격 교육의 모든 매체를 활용할 수 있는 문제결학습모형으로 분류하여 제시하여 보았다.

산업자원부는 항공우주기술개발사업 관리체제 개편에 따라 전담기관 및 평가기관의 업무 체제 개편내용 등을 반영한 항공우주기술 개발사업 운영요령을 7월 12일 개정 고시하였다. 산업자원부는 작년 항공우주기술개발사업에 30억원을 지원한 것을 대폭 강화하여 금년에는 총 70억원을 지원할 예정이다. 본지에서는 ''''항공우주기술개발사업 운영요령''''의 개정된 내용을 게재하였다.
