본 연구의 목적은 우리나라 16개 광역자치단체(시 도)별 문화시설중 도시공원에 대한 규모를 근린공원, 어린이 공원, 소공원, 묘지공원, 체육공원, 역사공원, 문화공원, 수변공원, 도시자연공원 등으로 구분하여 인구 및 기초지방자치단체 등의 규모와의 비교분석을 통해 지역의 문화시설지수를 도출하였다. 이를 통해 광역지방자치단체별로 도시공원의 유형과 면적이 인구증가율과는 다르게 나타난다는 점을 확인하였다. 인구증가에 비례하여 도시공원 면적 확보율이 비례하지 않는다는 점을 확인하였으며, 이는 향후 도시공원 정책 수립에 있어 인구증가율을 고려하여야 한다는 시사점을 도출하였다.

도시자연공원은 도심에 자연적으로 형성된 숲 속에 다양한 체육시설을 설치하고 이를 이용함으로서 도 시인들에게 휴식을 제공한다. 이 체육시설 가운데에 옥외 골프연습장은 국민의생활수준 향상과 함께 많은 시민들이 주간이나 야간에 이용하는 장소이며 이때 야간에 점등되는 조명설비는 이용자에게 공의 위치를 분명하게 확인하게 해주어야하고 눈부심이 없어야 한다. 또한 주변을 걷는 사람들에게도 조명에 의한 불쾌감이 없어야 한다. 도시자연공원의 주목적은 신체활동의 부족, 자기표현의 기회상실, 인간관계 등과 관련하여 신체활동을 통해 체력을 단련하고 생활에 활력을 가져 보다 밝고 풍요한 생활을 영위하는데 있으며 국민의 생활수준의 향상에 힘입어 향후 도시자연공원 체육시설은 급증 할 것으로 예측된다. 본 고에서는 이러한 도시자연공원에 설치할 옥외 골프연습장의 조명설비에 대한 설계를 소개하도록 한다.

협회 임 직원간 친목도모 및 체력증진을 위한 협회장배 사내 체육대회가 11월 12일 오후 뚝섬 고수부지 체육공원에서 개최되었다. 축구-건축부, 배구-토목부, 종합우승-건축부가 차지한 이번 대회에는 갑자기 뚝 떨어진 기온임에도 불구하고 전 임직원이 참석해 열띤 경기를 펼쳤다.

The purpose of this study is to increase the usage of satisfaction of outdoor exercise equipment installed at parks when plans and designs are made for renovation or formation of parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the usage satisfaction of 150 men and women who use outdoor exercise equipment in neighborhood parks located in Dongtan New Town. There were four factors that affect the variables of usage satisfaction. They can be defined as the main facility factor, awning factor, maintenance factor, and additional facility factor. From the result regression analysis of the total satisfaction rate and the factors, the main facility factor was the most influential of the variables. This could indicate that the facility factor affects the satisfactory rate of outdoor exercise equipment. This research is done only with the examples of neighborhood parks, so it limits the possibility of analysis of seasonal use. It is necessary to conduct analysis research of parks which installed many outdoor exercise equipment, such as a vest-pocket park, children's garden, and pedestrian/urban/metropolitan neighborhood parks.

본 연구는 울산월드컵경기장의 조경현황을 분석함과 동시에 경기가 끝난 후에도 이곳을 찾는 이용자들의 요구를 수렴함으로써, 향후 경기장조경시에 적용할 수 있는 교훈을 얻기 위한 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 조경현황에 대한 분석 자료는 월드컵경기장 조경을 위한 시공보고서와 도면 및 사진 그리고 현장에서 수집한 제반 자료이며, 이용자요구는 현장에서 조사한 이용행태이다. 연구결과 2002월드컵대회에 대비해서 만들어진 울산월드컵경기장은 건축공간을 확보하는 과정에 서 대규모의 정지작업을 실시하여 과다한 지형변화가 발생하였으나, 친환경적인 법면의 처리와 향토식생의 도입 및 대형목 등의 이식을 통해서 자연과 친화될 수 있는 경관을 조성하고 있었다. 특히 기존의 옥동저수지를 보전.활용하여 친수공간을 확보한 것은 울산월드컵경기장조경에서 주목할만한 특징으로써, 기회요소를 지혜롭게 활용한 좋은 사례가 되고 있다. 한편, 울산월드컵경기장은 시민들이 부담 없이 여가공간으로 활용할 수 있는 공원적 기능이 체육시설에 접목됨으로써 기존의 경기장과는 달기 체육, 문화, 교육기능이 복합적으로 기능하는 세계적 수준의 체육공원으로 개발되었다. 또한, 울산이 가진 역사 문화적 요소를 상징적인 설계언어로 도입한 것은 역사적 장소성을 중시한 설계방법으로서 이것 역시 울산월드컵경기장조경의 특징으로 손꼽을 수 있는 것이다. 특히 울산월드컵경기장은 경기가 종료된 이후에도 시민들에게 적극적으로 개방되고 있으며, 시민공원의 성격으로 이용될 수 있는 다원적 기능을 가지고 있어서 주목되는 바가 컸다 이와 같은 경기장 건설의 개념은 공간의 이용을 시간적으로 확장하는 것으로서 향후 보다 적극적으로 도입되어야 할 현대적 개념의 공간이용으로 볼 수 있다. 연구결과 향후 울산월드컵경기장이 시민의 휴식과 문화공간으로서 보다 적극적으로 기능하기 위해서는 경기장은 물론 공원으로 이용되는 공간에 대한 철저한 유지관리와 운영관리에 대한 노력이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 특히 자연환경이 훼손된 부분에 대해서는 원래의 생태적 질서가 회복될 수 있도록 더욱 노력하여야 할 것이다.

Life-time sports it will be born and when dying until, it is to do the physical training sports activity which extends in the whole life with daily life contents. The main purpose of life physical training relates with the insufficiency of physical activity and, the chance loss and the human relation back of own expression physical activity it leads and a physical strength and in life and a place where it lives business it tempers it tries to have a vitality it dawns the wind it needs there is and the hereafter life sports facility with the fact that it will increase rapidly. From the dissertation which it sees with like this reason the life sports facility mainly will be established in the outdoor and example of the actual plan against the illumination equipment which is a case(Chunchoen Gongjichoen park) essential facility which will use an facility in nighttime it will hold and in order it will reach and to lead to become the help in Plans and design of the illumination equipment in life sports facility of the other area.
