Among the customer-oriented data used to comprehend the customer, the user review data has received much attention as it provides insights into customer opinion in a detailed and large-scale manner; many customers have come to rely upon and trust the user reviews. Many application developers are cognizant of the importance of user reviews, so they monitor and respond to these reviews. However, due to the absence of a systematic method, developers have been investing their time and money without clear correlation to the customer satisfaction. Therefore, this paper suggests a systematic method to select user reviews from the application market using the Kano Model that deals with customer satisfaction and service quality, thereby maximizing the customer satisfaction under the given time period and budget. This method is constructed in the following phases: the user review collection and requirement elicitation phase in which the developers collect user reviews from the application market and elicit requirements, the Kano Model application and selection phase in which the Kano Model is applied to the elicited requirements and selection occurs based on the quality type, and the stakeholder review and redefinition phase in which relevant personnel gather to review and redefine requirements from an internal perspective.

ERC-20, the standard API for Ethereum token smart contracts, was introduced to ensure compatibility among applications such as wallets and decentralized exchanges. However, many compatibility vulnerability problems have existed because there is no rigorous functional specifications for each API nor conformance review tools for the standard. In this paper, we proposed a new review procedure and a tool to perform the procedure to review if ERC-20 token smart contract programs for the Ethereum blockchain conform to the de facto standards. Based on the knowledge from an analysis on the ERC-20 API functional behavior of the top 100 token smart contract programs in the existing Ethereum blockchain, a new specification for the de facto standard for ERC-20 API was explicitly defined. The new specification enabled us to design a systematic review method for Ethereum smart contract programs. We developed a tool to support this review method and we evaluated a few benchmark programs with the tool.

체계적 고찰은 명확히 정의된 문헌검색에 기반하고, 결정된 기준(criteria)을 이용하여 선택된 문헌의 질을 평가하며, 타당성이 입증된 방법으로 분석을 시행하는 리뷰의 한 형태이다. 체계적 고찰은 (1)답을 얻고자 하는 질문을 공식화 하고 이에 대한 프로토콜을 작성하고, (2)해당 질문에 대한 일차 연구를 찾아서 포함시키고 (3)자료의 질을 평가하고, (4)자료를 추출하여 뽑고, (5)자료를 분석하며, (6)결과를 해석하고 보고서를 작성하는 순서로 이루어진다 하지만 체계적 고찰 혹은 메타분석이 모든 문제에 대한 해결책은 아니다. 메타분석이 수행되었다고 하더라도 질이 나쁜 연구가 포함되거나 질 문제를 무시한 경우, 이질성에 대해 적절한 주의를 기울이지 못할 때, 무차별적인 자료 병합으로 결론이 정확하지 않은 경우, 출판 비뚤림, 시간 지체 비뚤림, 이중 출판 비뚤림, 언어 비뚤림, 결과 보고 비뚤림과 같은 보고 비뚤림이 문제가 되는 경우에는 메타분석 혹은 체계적 고찰이 잘못된 결론으로 도달하도록 할 수 있다. 따라서 올바른 방법론에 기초한 체계적 고찰만이 현존하는 모든 근거를 결합하여 올바른 결론으로 이끌 수 있다.

The purpose of this research is to provide synthesized findings on the effect of volunteering among the elderly on their life satisfaction and depression. In order to do that, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis from selected studies which were published in Korea. From five databases and three government web sites, 47 research papers were selected based on the eligible criteria and the 53 effect size data were extracted. The results are: The effect size of elderly volunteering on life satisfaction was 0.348 with 95% confidence interval of 0.286 to 0.408. The summary effect of elderly volunteering on depression was -0.310 with 95% confidence interval of -0.439 to -0.169. These findings suggest that elderly volunteering is an effective intervention for their psychosocial health, providing some evidence in the area of volunteering policies and practices.

This study aimed to gain valuable insights into the performance and user satisfaction of applications (apps) through a thorough analysis of Instagram user reviews collected from Google Play. The study utilized text mining and sentiment analysis techniques and systematically identified emotions and opinions embedded in user reviews to deeply understand the areas of improvement and user experiences of the app. It analyzes how Instagram reviews reflect the diverse experiences of users and how they reveal the strengths and weaknesses of the app. For this purpose, sentiment analysis using the naive Bayes algorithm was conducted, and the results were expected to aid in the improvement of Instagram's services. In addition, the study aimed to assist developers in better understanding and utilizing user feedback, ultimately contributing to enhanced user satisfaction. This study explored the complex relationship between social media usage patterns and user opinions by seeking ways to provide a better user experience through these insights.

본 논문은 한국어 온라인 리뷰 문서의 오피니언 분류(Opinion Classification)에 있어 그 핵심 키워드가 형용사 (Adjective) 범주라는 점을 고려하여, 한국어 형용사를 <문맥에 의존하지 않는 절대 극성>과, <문맥에 의존하여 극성이 바뀌는 상대극성>으로 대분류한 뒤 그 각각의 의미 극성을 하위 분류하는 작업을 수행하였다. 기존의 연구에서 특징적인 오피니언 어휘 수십개에 의존하여 자동 분류를 시도하고자 하였던 문제점을 극복하기 위해서는 한국어 형용사 전체 범주에 대한 체계적인 극성 분류가 이루어져야 할 필요가 있으며, 여기서 특히 상세히 주목받지 못했던 상대 극성 어휘에 대한 본격적인 의미 분류가 요구된다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 형용사의 극성 분류는 기존의 이론 언어학적 형용사 의미 분류와 달리 온라인 오피니언 문서에서 도메인에 따라 나타나는 특징적 의미 유형을 결정하고, 이를 기준으로 온라인 오피니언 문서의 극성 판별에 효과적으로 적용할 수 있는 사전을 구축하였다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.

북한의 핵개발 의혹이 전세계 초미의 관심사로 한반도를 비롯한 동북아 및 세계 안정에 심각한 위협이 되고 있다. 더욱이 핵 운반수단인 미사일을 북한이 그동안 중점 개발하여 상당한 수준에 이르렀다. 이러한 우려 속에 지난 9월 1일 국방대학원부설 안보문제연구소에서 "북한 군의 특수무기 능력과 개발전망"을 주제로 국제 안보학술토론회가 열렸다. 이글은 영국의 군사전문 월간지 "제인스 인텔리전스리뷰"의 상담역으로 있는 죠셉 버뮤데즈씨가 발표한 내용으로 지나온 북한의 미사일 개발 과정을 체계적으로 설명하고 있다. 우리 군도 향후 북한의 미사일 개발 방향을 예측해 이에 대한 대응전략을 신속히 구축하여야 할것이다.

Interest in smart cities is growing; information and communication technology, urban planning, urban economy development, health, and many other areas are intertwined within smart city research and practice. The definition of smart city is evolving, and its vagueness is sometimes confusing. This review of the smart city literature tries to capture the big picture of this big idea. This review places into context work done since 2016, as earlier work is well reviewed in Albino (2015) and Cochia (2014). First is a review of the various smart city definitions. Second, an inventory of terms related to or subsumed by the smart city label are presented. Third, outcomes of indexes created to measure a city's smartness are presented. Fourth, the taxonomies used to organize the disparate content that falls under the smart city umbrella are discussed. Fifth, the most recent literature associated with six commonly recognized subgenres, namely smart economy, smart governance, smart living, smart people, smart environment, and smart mobility are reviewed. Sixth, important critiques of the smart city idea are presented.
