Optimal Vertical Stiffness of Fastener of Concrete Track in High-Speed Railway (고속철도 콘크리트궤도 체결구 최적 수직강성)

  • In this study, to minimize both the costs associated with track maintenance and the energy consumption for train operation, a numerical method that evaluates the optimal vertical stiffness of a fastener for concrete track is presented. A progress model of the track damage is established in order to calculate the concrete track maintenance cost according to the fastener stiffness. Also, the quantitative relationship between the progress of the track damage and the maintenance of the concrete track is derived. The wheel load is more exactly evaluated by using the advanced vehicle-track interaction model, which can precisely consider the behaviors of the track components. An optimal range for the stiffness of the fastener, a range that is applicable to the design of concrete track for domestic high speed lines, is proposed.

  • 본 연구는 육성돈에 있어 인분해효소인 phytase의 첨가가 환경친화성사료개발을 위한 기초자료로 사용하기 위해 영양소 이용률을 측정하였다. 대조구는 옥수수-대두박의 육성돈 사료이고, 처리구는 대조구 사료에 Phytase의 첨가 수준을 500 unit 및 1,000 unit을 첨가한 구로 3×3 Latin Square 방법으로 실시하였다. 건물과 질소에 대한 소화율에서는 각 처리구간에 유의적인 차이가 없었다(P>0.05). 회분, 칼슘 및 인의 소화율의 경우 phytase 첨가구가 대조구에 비해 높은 수준을 보였다(P<0.05). 돼지가 섭취한 인의 양은 phytase 첨가구가 대조구에 비해 증가하였다. 또한 인의 흡수량에서 phytase 첨가구가 대조구에 비해 높았다(P<0.05) 분과 뇨의 총 인 배설량은 유의적인 차이를 나타내지 않았다. 칼슘의 섭취량은 처리구가 대조구에 비해 높았다. 칼슘의 분 배설량은 각 처리구간에 별 다른 차이를 보이지 않았으나(P>0.05), 뇨의 배설량은 처리구가 대조구보다 적은 양이 배설되었다. 소화된 아미노산 중 cystine, isoleucine, tyrosine, phenylalanine은 처리구가 대조구에 비해 소화율이 현저히 증가된 것을 알 수 있었다(P<0.05). Asparagine, threonine, serine, methionine, leucine의 경우 phytase를 500 unit 첨가한 구가 높은 소화율을 나타내었다(P<0.05). 한편 lysine, histidine, arginine 등의 다른 아미노산은 처리구가 대조구보다 약간의 소화율 증가를 보였으나 통계적 유의차는 나타나지 않았다(P>0.05). 결론적으로 인분해효소 phytase를 사료내 첨가하므로서 분중 영양소를 줄일 수 있는 환경친화성 사료를 개발 가능하다고 사료된다. 체결홈이 형성된 체결부를 갖는 안경집과 이것에 결합되는 체결구가 마련되어 개폐되는 커버가 형성된 케이스로 구성된다.로 금형설계 및 제작기간을 단축하고자 한다.ere demonstrated in rats after i.c.v., intraperitoneally and orally administration, respectively. 한-EU 자유무역협정이 국내 자동차 및 타이어산업에 미칠 영향

  • 한미자유무역협정(FTA)에 이어 한EU FTA 체결을 위한 협상이 본격적으로 진행되고 있다. 우리나라도 세계적인 개방화의 물결을 거스를 수 없고 다자간무역협상이 교착상태에 빠져 있기 때문이다. EU는 확대와 심화를 거듭하면서 세계 최대의 자유무역지대를 형성하고 있다. 과거 서유럽 선진국 중심의 무역과 투자 자유화가 신흥개도국들인 중동구 국가를 회원국으로 가입시키면서 전유럽으로 확산되고 있다. 따라서 유럽 이외 지역의 국가들은 EU와의 FTA 체결을 적극 추진하고 있다. 본고에서는 최근 추진되고 있는 한-EU FTA의 주요 내용에 대해 살펴보고, EU 자동차산업과 타이어산업의 현황에 대해 분석해 본 후 한-EU FTA가 국내 타이어산업에 미칠 영향에 대해 평가해 보기로 한다.

  • This research investigated the hygrothermal effect on the strength of bolt jointed section and moisture contents of composites exposed to hygrothermal environment for composite aircraft radome. The decrease in strength in the test environment is mainly attributed to the change in the material properties of the matrix due to temperature and moisture. The composite specimens were tested in three different environmental conditions: RTD(room temperature and dry), CTD(cold temperature and dry) and ETW(elevated temperature and wet). The failure mode of the bolt jointed composite specimens were studied using tests and finite element analysis. Finite element analysis reasonably predicted the failure load and mode of the joints. A reliability-based design was carried out for the bolt jointed composites of radome.

  • 최근 한미 자유무역협정(Free Trade Agreement, 이하 FTA) 체결을 위한 협상이 가속화되고 있는 가운데 원고와 엔저가 진행되면서 일본 타이어업체들은 반사이익을 얻고 있다. 그 동안 전 세계 타이어업체들은 원자재 가격 상승으로 인한 가격인상 압력에 직면해 왔으나, 일본 타이어업체들은 엔화의 평가 절하로 이러한 압력에서 벗어나고 있다. 여기에 세계 각국의 FTA체결이 확산되면서 국내외 타이어시장에서의 업체 간 경쟁이 더욱 심화될 전망이다. 본고에서는 최근 한미 양국이 추진하고 있는 FTA의 현황과 미국 자동차 및 타이어산업 현황 및 한미 FTA가 타이어산업에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석해 보기로 한다.

Tightening Characteristics of domestic M8 stainless screws (국산 M8 스테인리스 나사의 체결특성)

  • A number of screws are inevitably used for tightening flanges in constructing a vacuum system. A theoretical relation between the axial force and the torque exerted on a screw is easily obtained assuming that the friction force generated on the contacting plane is known, however, in practice the friction is influenced strongly by unknown detailed surface condition. It is difficult to tighten optimally and uniformly the flange seals if the screws commercially available have undefined surface conditions and scattered dimensions, and the axial force produced by the screws can not be expected properly. In this paper a scatter of the axial force over screws and the deviation from an expected one, depending on various fastening conditions, are investigated using a variety of M8, the most popular size for vacuum flanges, domestic stainless screws of hexagonal head and standard thread.

  • Depending upon the combination of tolerances specified in the standards on bolt, nut and washer for high tension bolt sets, there arises center-to-center deviation between bolt and washer. This deviation nay cause loss of effective contact area between nut- and washer-faces, which leads to some dispersion of the torque coefficient K. By adapting circular arc surface instead of flat surface for the nut, it is shown through numerical analyses that the dispersion of the torque coefficient can be minimized. In this way, optimum radius of curvature of the nut bearing surface is proposed.

  • The use of CWR track not only reduces the track maintenance cost, but increase the life cycle of track components. Therefore, the use of the CWR track has increased consistently in the worldwide. As the use of CWR increases in track structures, derailing disasters associating with track buckling also increase in great numbers due to high compressive thermal stress in the summer. Among many CWR parameters, the influence of the sectional properties of the rail was investigated on the stability of CWR track in this study. Also, the sensitivity of the broken fastener and the stiffness of the fastener system such as the translational and rotational stiffness was investigated.

A Study on the Change of Load Carrying Capacity of High-tension Bolt Joints by Critical Sections (단면결손에 따른 고장력볼트 체결부의 내하력 변화에 관한 연구)

  • This study conducted a static tensile test in order to prevent the lowering of load carrying capacity caused by critical sections made by over bolt holes in the base plate and the cover plate of steel member joints using high-tension bolts. The change of the load carrying capacity of joints was examined by comparison of the maximum load on joint fracture obtained from the tensile test with critical section rate and design strength. According to the results, the rate of decrease in strength was higher when the critical section rate was high, and in particular, decrease in strength was affected much more by critical sections in the base plate than by those in the cover plate. In high-tension bolt joints using over bolt holes for the base plate and the cover plate, load carrying performance was somewhat lower than that in joints using standard bolt holes, but the maximum tensile strength on facture was over 15% higher than design fracture strength. According to the results of this study, the use of over bolt holes in high-tension bolt joints had an insignificant effect on the lowering of load carrying capacity, so the allowance of over bolt holes in the joints of steel members is expected to enhance to the economy and efficiency of the works.
