전라북도도민의 건강지킴이로 제몫을 톡톡히 해온 전북지부가 청사 신축과 함께 새로운 도약의 발판을 마련했다. 지상 6층, 지하 1층의 4,414$m^2$ 규모로 전북 최대 건진기관으로 거듭난 전북지부. 이제 비상할 일만 남았다.

정부과천청사는 에너지 사용량이 많고 절약효과가 클 것으로 기대되어 지난 97년 정부의 국가에너지절약추진 대책의 일환인 ESCO사업 시범 대상기관으로 지정되었다. 사업추진기관인 행정자치부 과천청사관리소는 기존의 사업과는 다른 ESCO사업의 성격으로 인해 시행 이전 많은 논란과 애로사항을 겪기도 했으나, 공공기관 최초로 조명기기 교체를 통한 ESCO사업을 실시해 정부시책에 적극적으로 동참하고 에너지절약에도 앞장서고 있다는 평가를 받고 있다.

동대문구청에서는 주민에게 좀 더 쾌적한 환경과 원활한 대민업무를 제공하기 위한 청사신축에 따른 현상설계경기를 실시하여 유신건축안(김지덕)을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 6월 16일 발표했다. 총 8개 작품이 응모된 이번 현상설계경기에서 우수작은 원도시건축(변용)안이, 가작으로는 동남아태건축(양해준)안과 범한건축(최광수)안이 각각 선정됐다.

As a government building transferred to the outskirts of a city, it's easy to foresee a doughnut effect from advancement process of the city. In the case of Busan city comparing different cities a doughnut effect is being advanced seriously. To the access method for a city center activation the possibility which there will be a various branch, but in this research we analyzed factors of the stagnation in the public Government building neighboring area. And then made a proposal for the city activation plan by transferring the public Government building, analyze influence to surrounding areas using factor analysis. Hence, the object of this paper is to propose a plan for the activation of existig city and evaluates it which is presented consequently. In the case of Dongrae government office, a problem of the neighboring area and condition of present were surveyed and causes of the stagnation in existing city analyzed. Consequently the important five factors were extracted as follows; 1) historical and the cultural factor, 2) factor of creating the special street, 3) urban planning factor, 4) factor of transferring government office.

Multi-household buildings are efficiently maintained from the mid- and long-term viewpoint according to the long-term repair coverage system etc. On the other hand, public buildings are not systematically maintained due to a lack of past maintenance cost data and inefficient budget plans, among other problems. Targeting public buildings in Incheon, this study analyzed operation costs variables. To verify the analysis results, they underwent a correlation analysis and a multi-regression analysis. With regard to public buildings electricity, gas and tap water cost, the influence power of the served life, floor area, and workforce were analyzed, revealing that electricity cost was highly correlated with workforce, while gas and tap water cost were correlated with tap water cost. Also, the correlation analysis results were verified through a multi-regression analysis, and a maintenance cost estimation model was presented using a regression equation.

Recently, public libraries as complex cultural spaces are becoming a trend, and public libraries as complex facilities that are built in one building or one site are being highlighted. This can be seen as part of a policy to expand public libraries as part of the government's Living SOC project. The establishment of libraries in government office is also included in this movement. Therefore, this study presented excellent cases by investigating the current state of government office in Korea and investigated citizens' perception on the establishment of public libraries in Busan Metropolitan City Hall. Based on this, a basic plan for the operation of public libraries in Busan Metropolitan City Hall, including basic directions, organization and manpower, collection development, and service programs (including specialization program), was proposed.

김해 국제공항 2단계 확장 공사 중 구 국제선 청사 발파해체공사"는 5.5초의 기폭시차를 두고 약 7초간에 구조물의 붕괴를 유도하여, 단기간에 안전하며 최대의 효율을 낼 수 있는 발파해체공법을 적용하여 시공하였다. 이에 따라 발파해체공사의 공법, 공정, 세부 현황 및 결과, 발파공해영향권에 대해 분석, 평가 하였다. 구 국제선청사 구조물은 3층 높이로 저층 구조물에 해당하고 구조물의 특성상 Span 간격이 길고 충고가 높다. 또한 지반이 액상한계점 상태까지 도달하여 구조안전진단 결과 위험등급인 D등급으로 판정되었다. 본 대상건물과 같이 충고는 낮지만, 구조 안전성 측면에서 위험 요소를 가지고 있으므로 발파공법을 적용하여 해체를 실시하였다.

우리나라의 법원청사 법정은 음향적으로 재판에 필요한 관련자의 발언을 청취하고 또한 방청석에도 명확하게 들을 수 있도록 실의 형상과 재료를 선택하여 사용목적에 알맞게 건축음향설계를 하여야 하나 법정이라는 특수한 환경을 도외시하고 거의 예외 없이 음향 전문가의 건축 음향의 기획 검토설계 없이 건축설계자와 시공자에 의하여 설계 건립되었으며 또한 준공된 예술회관과 종교단체의 건물들도 음의 장애현상으로 활용목적을 충족하지 못하는 실정이다. 본 연구는 대법원청사 대법정의 현재의 건축 구조를 본질적으로 유지하면서 재판에 관련된 관련자석과 방청석에서 발생되고 있는 음향 장해현상을 어떻게 개선할 것인가를 연구하기 위하여 대법정의 음향장애 현상을 측정분석을 통하여 주파대역별로 분석하고 건축음향 개선에 필요한 대법정의 실내 흡음력을 산출하여 대법정의 사용목적에 적합하도록 음향 개선설계를 측정 결과치를 중심 개선 방향을 설정하고 음향 시뮬레이션를 통한 음향인자를 (잔향시간, 명료도) 비교 분석 평가 분석한 결과 잔향시간 평균값이 500Hz를 기준으로 1.59대에서 음향설계결과 예측 잔향시간 값이 법정의 권장치인 잔향시간 평균값을 1.1초대로 감소 개선할 수 있는 설계 방안을 제시하였다.

Fish fauna was observed off the coast of Busan (Cheongsapo) and Ulsan (Bangeojin) using underwater visual census from November 2016 to October 2017. A total of 1,486 individuals of 25 species in Cheongsapo and 3,859 individuals of 31 species were identified in Bangeojin. Dominant species in the number of individuals were Trachurus japonicus (20.9%), Halichoeres tenuispinis (12.6%), and Chromis notata (11.9%) in Cheongsapo, Siganus fuscescens (42.0%), Pempheris japonica (8.4%), and Chromis notata (8.0%) in Bangeojin. There was no significant difference in the species composition of Cheongsapo and Bangeojin but spring vs. summer, spring vs. autumn, summer vs. winter, autumn vs. winter showed a significant difference. Contribution species of seasonal differences were commonly high rates by Halichoeres tenuispinis and Parajulis poecilepterus. Of the total 38 species, 17 (44.7%) temperate, 6 (15.8%) tropical, and 15 (39.5%) subtropical species observed coastal waters off Cheongsapo and Bangeojin.

서울시 동작구에서는 동작구 지역 이미지에 부합하며, 지역문화의 수준을 향상시키고, 지역주민의 안녕을 위한 복지시설을 건립하기 위한 구민회관 및 보건소 청사 현상설계경기를 실시하여 총 8개 작품이 응모한 결과 주수일건축+소람ㆍ두가건축안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난 6월 23일 발표하였다. 이번 설계경기의 우수작은 범일건축(이수형)안이, 가작으로는 공간인식건축(양상준)안이 각각 선정됐다.
