본 연구에서는 신도시개발에 따른 원도심 쇠퇴의 현상과 관련하여, 천안의 원도심인 천안역지역의 쇠퇴에 관한 문제의식에서 시작되었다. 천안역지역의 쇠퇴원인을 찾기위하여 인근 천안터미널 지역과 대비하여 두 지역의 문화컨텐츠를 크게 놀거리, 먹거리, 즐길거리로 나누워 각 요소별로 비교 및 분석하고, 또한 천안역과 천안터미널의 문화 컨텐츠의 특징 및 요소들을 같이 비교분석 하였다. 이를 위하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 설문내용의 분석을 통하여 이용행태를 이용 연령대별, 이용장소별, 이용현황별, 이용불만현황별로 정리하여 향후 천안역의 문화적 컨텐츠의 발전방향을 제시하고자 하였다.

In a recognition of regional innovation system approach for a co-development effort of the Cheonan-Asan area, Chungnam, this research conducted a survey from the local leaders of these two cities. The results of the survey show that most local leaders strongly agree with the necessity of co-development efforts, that some suggest a merge of two cities, and that some suggest industrial development programs in the city border. The local leaders expect that public officials should play a major role in co-development of the two cities while local leaders are disappointed with the public officials activities. They also highly expect that civilian leaders (NGOs) and professors should play important roles in this matter. Upon these results, the research suggests to formulate a cooperative regional innovation system for the co-development of the two neighboring cities by three steps.

Recently Internet addiction problem comes to fore as social issues. The phenomenon is increasing rapidly at elementary school life. In our paper, we are going to analysis the interrelation of the state of Internet addition and the school life. We make progress our research for elementary students in Chonan City. According to the poll, 45.4 percent of respondents were disrupted their studies from Internet. Also, 48.3 percent of respondents have difficulties related to the internet addiction.

The aim of this study is to analyze the general satisfaction of the commercial areas near Cheonan central bus terminal and the rail-station and to extract various environmental factors of the city center which give effect to the user satisfaction of commercial area. As the result of the analyses, the environmental factors of the city center make a difference between the commercial areas of Cheonan central bus terminal and of the station in the aspects of user satisfaction. The user satisfaction of the commercial areas is appeared highest in 'comfort of walking environments' and 'convenience of commerce business transaction' which were environmental factors of the city center. For reactivation of the commercial area near Cheonan rail-station are needed improvement of walking environments and relocation of facilities as complex mall and bank etc.

본 논문에서는 최근 충청지역의 농촌마을에 발생한 수해 피해 현황을 살펴보았고 그 중 천안시 ${\bigcirc}{\bigcirc}$리 마을 실태조사를 실시하여 피해유형 및 특성을 분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 농촌지역 수해 피해유형에 따른 재난안전시설 설치 방향 및 개선방안을 검토하였다.

In order to select the best varieties and cultivation methods for the production of domestic wheat for Hodugwaja(a walnut shaped confection), we carried out a 3-year experiment (2015~2017) to investigate the effect of different factors (crop variety, planting date, nitrogen fertilization) in a double cropping system (wheat then rice) on crop yields in the Cheonan area. Rice is the second crop in the system, and requires an accumulated temperature for 40 days of about $840{\sim}930^{\circ}C$ to ensure ripening. Transplanting dates for rice between June 29 and July 6 were suitable; transplanting on or after July 13 does not ensure ripening. The daily hours of sunshine ranged from 6.3 to 6.5 hours, which were slightly higher than the optimum of 6.0 to 6.1 hours. The higher the nitrogen fertilizer treatment, the higher culm length, and spike length of wheat. The yield of wheat per 10a tended to increase as the amount of nitrogen fertilizer increased. Wheat yields were highest for the Sooan variety, followed by Goso, followed by Keumgang. The number of days from transplanting to heading of rice were shortest for the Jopyeong variety followed by Unkwang, followed by Haedam. The yield of milled rice per 10a increased as the transplanting date was earlier and the transplanting date of June 9 showed the average yield of more than 500 kg in three varieties. From the results of the experiment, we recommend the Goso wheat variety and the Haedam rice variety for growing in a double cropping system under the climatic conditions of the Cheonan area.

공주대학교는 2005년 3월 천안공업대학과의 통합을 완료함으로써 정부의 구조개혁을 통한 대학 특성화 및 경쟁력 강화 정책을 시행에 옮긴 최초의 대학이 되었다. 통합 이후 지역 인재 양성과 지역 발전을 선도하는 충남 지역 중심대학으로서의 역할을 담당하게 되었다. 또한 통합을 통해 정원 감축, 교육 여건 개선, 중복 투자 감축 효과 등 대학경영의 효율성 제고를 통한 대학경쟁력 향상의 결과를 기대할 수 있게 되었다. 향후 통합이 안정화되어 시너지 효과를 발휘하기 위해서는 천안캠퍼스 공간문제 해결, 교육 및 연구 인적 인프라 정착을 위한 구성원 간의 조화, 행.재정 조율, 우수 신입생 유치, 공주캠퍼스 공과대학의 이전 완결, 계획된 발전계획의 가시화 등의 문제점이 있는데 공주대학교는 이를 극복함으로써 통합의 진정한 완성을 통한 대학 발전의 극대화를 위해 전력을 기울이고 있다.
