노년기를 더욱 의미 있고 창조적으로 보낼 수 있도록 돕는 교육의 필요성이 제기되면서 노년층의 평생교육의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 평균수명의 연장은 노인의 삶의 질에 대한 사회적 관심을 촉발시켰고 특히, 문화예술관련 평생교육은 노인의 감수성과 삶의 질을 향상시킬 수 있다는 점에서 중요하다. 평생교육은 우리나라에서 2000년 3월부터 시행하였다. 본 연구는 노년층의 문화예술 평생교육기관 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다. 노년층의 문화예술 평생교육기관의 교육서비스 품질, 행정서비스 품질, 환경 품질 요인에 따라서 이용자들의 만족도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하고자 한다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 고령화 사회에서 평생교육이 노인문제해결에 요한 분야가 될 수 있다는 데에 의미를 부여하고 노인평생교육에 한 인식과 질 제고를 한 정책시사를 제공하고자 한다

The importance of the creative class has been emphasized as the industrial structure changes. However, there are only a few studies on gender wage difference in the creative class. The purpose of this study is to analyze the various factors influencing the gender wage gap in the creative class by using labor panel data. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that the wage of the male creative class is higher than the wage of the female creative class. Second, there were different factors affecting wages depending on the gender of the creative class. Third, female workers in the creative class suffer wage discrimination due to differences, but a larger part is due to gender discrimination. Fourth, compared to the non-creative classes, the gender wage gap of the creative classes was small. The gender gap caused by discrimination was the highest among the younger generation.

Narrative art is primarily narrative fiction realistic possibility for human figures into the contents of the work to build the core structure of the narrative, and the most important factor. Constitute the narrative structure of the story, while leading configuration is the subject of the act. Portrait of the artist's work presented in this perspective is the default attitude that gives the order to the drama itself, because it is the drama of aesthetic structure will eventually work through the people in the know. Mixture of aesthetic pleasure and aesthetic understanding of the regular drama is when you think that consciousness is through characters in his works is a shortcut to identify the writers think about the narrative structure.

North Korea classify literature and art according to some concepts and standards. First, as concepts, North Korea classify Literature and Art in a species and a type. But in 1996, North Korea added third concept, a kind of Genre, Galae. This shows us that North Korea attempts to subdivide Literature and Art in classification. But there are not fixed contents in each type. So we can say that North Korea emphasis on principles of classification and at the same time they have a flexible attitude. Second, as standards, North Korea in 1987 used manner depicted, medium employed, capacity, a literary style, figured plot, quality and in 1992 used manner depicted, medium employed, object depicted, a mission, a function and in 1996 used manner depicted, medium employed, object depicted, a form of plot and in 2007 used manner depicted, medium employed, a scale and a capacity of work, a quality of materials and contents, emotional color of works, and so forth. So we can say that North Korea regard classification as an important thing as a basic work for developed Literature and art in future. And to South Korea, classification means that it could suggest a way for creative work for Literature and Art.

전시 중심의 단기적 활용을 벗어나 일종의 문화유산으로 시각예술 아카이브를 관리하려는 움직임이 국가단위 또는 주요 기관간 컨소시엄의 형태로 활발히 진행 중인 해외 문화선진국의 사례와는 달리 국내 시각예술계는 아카이브 기반 전시나 프로젝트의 인기를 넘어서지 못하는 단편적 접근방식으로 아직 국가차원의 종합적인 비전이나 장기적인 전략을 창출해내지 못하고 있는 것이 우리의 현실이다. 국내 디지털 인프라의 선진성에 의지한 공공기관 주도 디지털 아카이브 사업에 대한 낙관적 전망도 몇몇 기관의 디지털 아카이브 구축 및 운영 경험을 통해 그 불투명성 및 위험성이 노출된 바 있다. 새 정부 출범 이후 국가정책을 지배하고 있는 창조경제 화두를 관통하는 핵심 키워드 중의 하나로서 시각예술 콘텐츠 자산의 근간인 국내 시각예술 아카이브의 경쟁력은 전면적으로 검토될 필요가 있다.

미디어아트의 최근 흐름을 살펴보면, 과학적인 성과 자체를 예술로 표현하는 사이언스아트가 부상하고 있다. 본고에서는 Ars Electronica, ZKM, IRCAM, NTT ICC 등 대표적인 미디어아트 센터와 MIT 미디어랩, Le Fresnoy 등 연구교육기관의 사례에서 사이언스아트의 트렌드와 특징을 분석하였다. 우리나라도 하루빨리 미디어아트 센터나 연구교육기관을 설립하여 창조와 융합의 활성화를 통해 창조경제의 기반을 다져야 할 것이다.

In these days it can be said that knowledge based society has been passed through and creative society is approaching, and the important keywords to the coming creative society should be the knowledge, the creativity, and the convergence. In order to make preemptive responses to this 21 century's new creative society, cultivation of gifted students with integrated prototype is also an imperative reason to prepare. With this historical background Korean Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology announced "a general plan on invigoration of elementary and middle school level art education for cultivation of creativeness and humanity" containing the acting curriculums of science and art integrated on June 2010, and also announced "the second general plan for support on development of science and technology professionals" including STEAM education for elementary and middle school level at January 2011. In this paper we developed a strategy appliable to establish an education institution for gifted students specialized on promoting the students to the convergence type gifted students. For the purpose, we derived the necessity for convergence education for the gifted and the implication points through analysis on the examples, and developed a strategy to establish an education institution for gifted students.

Science Revolution, which stands for new paradigm in an era as a transfer, usually is accompanied with a change in intellectual sphere. Futhermore, as there is an indissoluble connection between science and an, so the correlation of two realm lead to mutual prosperity in coexistence. Recently, concerns for the phenomena of non-linear dynamics in science and its quick adaptation in art made .it possible. What is important agenda for science and art is to suggest the process of creative evolution and its method, I believe. In order to attain these, different and contra way of thinking, spirit of research and venture for unpredictable things out of daily routine should be indispensible. In this study, I am offering and reviewing the space design based upon phenomena of nonlinear dynamics, drawn from concept of chaos in physics and mathematics. This study places a great emphasis on nonlinearity which should be understood as a whole, not partially, that enable a designer to find new cosmos and principles of creation. In addition to these, I wish that a designer would stop trying partial apply in nonlinear space. In fine, I hope this study enables a designer to adapt and generate nonlinearity as creative attribute in space by understanding of phenomena of nonlinear dynamics and its process as a whole.

Recently performing arts pursue a new rootage of the collective intelligence that seeks experimental thinking and diversity in creative convergence. Understanding in this way the concept of artist's horizontal creation structure and individual communication of the public, this study tries to analyze ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$, an example of convergent performing art. The result of analysis is as follows. The convergence in performing art could be approached through experiential thinking and diachronic of artists by genre, and the interpretation and its value of the result of work be shared horizontally. ${\ll}God's\;Eye\;View{\gg}$ express a dynamic communication and meaning of poetic image, and shows the experimental creation of convergence and the individual communication ability of collective intelligence as a new value of convergence.
