  • 본 논문은 연구조직의 창조성을 극대화시키고 창출된 창조지식의 공유도를 전사차원으로 확대시켜, 지속적인 창조적 혁신이 가능하도록 하는 "창조지식 경영시스템"의 개념적 설계를 목적으로 한다. 본 연구에서는 우선, R&D활동 시 발생하는 기술적 문제의 해결뿐만 아니라, 새로운 혁신의 시즈탐색을 위한 연구조직의 창조성을 향상시키고, 그 창조지식을 획득, 처리, 공유하는 "창조경영시스템"을 설계한다. 그리고 이렇게 발현된 창조지식을 전사적으로 공유시킬 뿐만 아니라, "창조경영시스템"에 다양한 정보를 지원하는 "지식경영시스템"을 설계한 후, 이 두 시스템의 유기적 통합을 행한다.

  • In the present society where aesthetic designs would have product value, designs must be the ones that add flexible sensation as well as the energy of counteraction which escapes from and destroys existing concept. The 'creative expression' to reach such design objectives is one of the most important abilities which designers must possess and is an overall concept in problem solving of designing which participates in formative approach or image development as well as product concepts such as function or performance . In this research, the definition of creativity, environmental change of designing, conditions designers must possess followed by these things and creative design expressions researched in the past, etc are examined and by presenting design method for creative designing concept targeting mobile phones, it will attempt to contribute in the importance of creativity and improve creative value of designers.

  • 대부분 선진국 수산업은 국가경제에 차지하는 비중은 미미하나 해양생태 보전이나 해양식량안정 등의 중요성을 고려하여 국가개발 전략적 관점에서 큰 관심을 둔다. 그리고 인구나 식량소비 규모에 비해 수산자원이 풍부한 저개발국의 수산업은 국가경제 발전의 주요한 산업적 역할을 수행한다. 최근 한국을 포함한 일부 선진국에서는 창조경제적 수산업을 통하여 새로운 성장동력을 개발하여 수산업의 산업적 역할을 보다 산업화하는 전략적 발전을 지속적으로 추진하고 있다. 수산업의 창조경제적 발전은 주로 수산자원의 합리적 보존관리, 어업인의 소득증대와 어촌사회 복지향상뿐만 아니라 새로운 수산물 시장수요 창출 등에 주안점을 두고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수산창조지수(ICSF; Index of Creativity Space for Fisheries)를 분석하여 수산업의 지속적 개발 내지 회복에 있어 창조경제적 요인의 역할과 중요성을 평가하였다. 수산업의 창조성을 결정하는 수산창조지수(ICSF)는 기술(technology), 재능(talent), 다양성(tolerance)의 결합적 결과로 구성된다. 이를 통하여 창조경제적 측면에서 수산업의 지속적 발전 가능 잠재력을 평가하게 된다. 수산창조지수(ICSF)를 이용하여 한국 수산업이 지니는 창조성을 분석한 결과 대부분 수산분야에서 창조성을 기반으로 하는 지속적 수산업 발전 전략에 높은 관심을 보였다. 특히 한국 수산업은 보다 효과적인 자원 및 어업관리 정책의 이행을 통하여 창조경제적 편익의 증대를 모색하는 전략이 높이 평가되었다.

  • As a rapid rate of social change and competitive, paradigm of industry environment manufacturing products and services is shifted. Engineers design, develop, manufacture the products and services are strongly asked competency of different new creative practices. This means while industrial structure has been shifted from mass production to various allied production and social engineering based production, qualifications of engineers are required to individual creative competency as alternatives. In order to improve the competency, engineer become the creative people have ability to develop the professional knowledge competency and expand the competency to convergence the new product and services with sensing the life and social structure shift, human engineering, psychology, and emotion. For the competency, we develop the training program "improving convergence, creativity through Art." we intend that the program should be composed of creative engineering mechanism combined creative arts mechanism. It has been operated to the engineers for 17 weeks. we will discuss the program result and research direction and utilization in depth.

  • 현존하는 많은 기업들은 신제품 개발을 통한 제품 혁신 (product innovation) 으로 경쟁우위를 획득하려 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 신제품 개발을 위해 사용되고 있는 창조적 기법(Creative Techniques) 들의 활용이 개발관련부서뿐 아니라, 마케팅 관련 부서와도 공유됨으로써 더 효과적연 창조적 제품개발과정을 형성할 수 있음을 제안하고, 이러한 공유에 활용하기 적절한 대표적인 창조적 기법들을 제시하고자 한다.

A Concept Analysis on Creative Zone in Public Libraries as Co-working Space (코워킹 스페이스로서의 공공도서관 무한창조공간 개념 분석)

  • This study suggested that the concept of creative zone raised by the national interest of the 'Creation' should be extended in public libraries. The concept of creative zone in public libraries was analyzed on the basis of 'Con-creative structure ontology' by Rombach. As we understand a creator and creation as the relation of 'subject'-'object', The current concept of 'Creation' dilutes the possibility of 'Autogenese' that all beings as a subject possess. But 'Con-creative Structure' describes the process of 'Autogenese' through sharing and mutual communication of all beings. The formation process of Con-creative Structure corresponds to the philosophy of the library that supports the self-growth through communication and sharing. 'Co-working Space' is more suitable for the substantive image of Con-creativity than 'Makerspace'. Therefore, this study analyzed circumstances of creative zone in public libraries and Co-working Space in business areas and provided the conceptive and substantive modeling for Co-working Space in public libraries.

Policy Implications of Creative-Based Strategies and Culture-Art Creative Urban Policy in Japan: Focusing on Kanazawa and Yokohama (일본의 문화예술창조도시정책과 창조기반전략의 정책적 함의: 가나자와와 요코하마를 중심으로)

  • This study examines the characteristics of creative city policy for Japanese culture and arts creation cities and finds the implications of culture and arts city policy by reexamining the examples of Kanazawa and Yokohama from the viewpoint of creation-based strategy of the city. The policy implications of creative-based strategies are as follows. First, in terms of the governance of the creative-based strategy, Kanazawa conducted governance through a citizen-led cooperative network, while Yokohama promoted creative city policy through a local government-led cooperative network. Second, The mechanism of action of the endogenous resources of Kanazawa and Yokohama was different. Third, the territorial embeddedness in Kanazawa and Yokohama was easy for pedestrians to access to the customer center in the creation core area. Both cities have good access to domestic and international demand, and amenity is well established.

  • 모험 기업인 벤처기업의 기둥정신은 '도전'과 '창조'다. 벤처기업이 새로운 기술이나 영역 개발을 위한 창조적 노력을 등한시한다면 기존의 전통기업과 다를바가 없을 것이다. 구태의연한 이름뿐인 벤처기업이라면 짧은 기간 동안에 투자자들의 돈을 몽땅 소진시킨 채 금새 도산하고 말 것이고, 세계경제발전에는 전혀 도움이 되지 않았다는 실제 사례들을 우리는 역사를 통해 무수하게 보았다. 그렇듯이 벤처정신은 새로운 영역과 기술개발을 해내는 치밀하고 끈질긴 장인정신이 창조적인 기운과 결합한 것이어야 한다.

An Analysis on the Economic Impact of ICT Based Innovation within Creative Industries in South Korea (창조산업 내 ICT기반 혁신의 경제적 파급효과 분석)

  • While creativity and innovation is the key to drive the creative economy in the South Korea, the development of analysis framework to evaluate the size and performance is limited. The present study suggests a framework and a method to assess economic impact of the creative economy using inter-industry analysis which employs input-output efficiencies populated by the Korean Bank and empirical data from the national informatization survey conducted by the National Information-society Agency(NIA). The results indicated that, as of 2013, despite of economy downturn, the creative innovation based on the information communication technology(ICT) had been significantly led the production, value-added, and employment inducement. The effect is predominant in the creative industry in an broad sense, that is, technology intensive manufacturing industry. Theoretical and policy implications are discussed.
