A Case Study on a Bar-Code System Implementation in Warehouse Mnagement (창고관리용 바-코드 시스템 구축사례)

  • 본 연구에서는 강릉에 소재한 자동차 기어 전문생산업체인 E사의 창고관리에 바-코드시스템을 구축한 사례를 다룬다. 개발된 시스템은 판매관리, 생산관리, 자재관리, 자료관리를 통합한 통합생산관리시스템에 연계되어 운영되도록 설계되었다. 바-코드 시스템의 도입으로 참고에서 입출고 활동이 발생될 때마다 그 처리는 5자리의 위치코드를 포함하는 13자리의 바-코드와 자재수량 입력에 의해 신속하고 정확하게 수행된다. 결론적으로 통합생산관리시스템과 연계된 자동창고관리시스템은 창고에서의 실제수량과 장부상의 수량를 자동적으로 일치시켜 주게 되었으며, 이것은 또한 실시간으로 자재수량의 파악을 가능하게 해 주었다.

  • It it essential to get the exact location information of products for a warehouse management. It is very hard, however, to know the location of products which change their location in warehouse frequently This causes the effective warehouse management to be almost impossible. In this paper, we suggest a new location management system for such a SKU(Stock Keeping Unit) with high mobility. The system is composed of RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification), a management terminal with wireless LAN, mobile devices (Cellular Phone & PDA), and a central management system. As a model of a SKU with high mobility, we selected a used-car stored in a large-scale warehouse. We designed and implanted used-car location management system. After analyzing the operations of each position in used-car warehouse where the system will run, we implemented each function. This research shows that an embedded system with wireless LAN is able to know the status of coming in and cut and location of a SKU with high mobility in warehouse very accurately in real time. Therefore, it makes the warehouse to be controlled systematically.

  • 외환위기 이후 우리나라 금융기관은 상대적으로 위험성이 높은 기업대출보다, 높은 수익성을 가지는 가계 대출에 관심을 기울이게 되었다. 가계대출이 증가함에 따라 개인신용평가의 중요성이 부각되고, 이에 많은 신용평가시스템이 개발되어 왔다. 하지만 기존의 신용평가시스템은 대출 신청 당시의 데이터 및 과거의 데이터를 가지고 개인의 신용을 평가하기 때문에, 미래 상황에 대한 예측은 고려하지 못한다. 시스템 다이나믹스는 시간의 흐름에 따른 각 요인의 변화를 살펴봄으로써 미래 상황에 대한 예측이 가능한 분석 방법이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹스 방법론을 활용하여 개인 신용 상태에 대한 미래의 동태적인 변화를 예측하여, 그 결과를 반영한 신용평가모델을 개발하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 먼저 신용평점 영향을 주는 변수들을 선정하고, 이 변수들 간의 인과관계를 밝혀낸 후, 인과관계를 토대로 분석 모델을 구축한 뒤, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 실행함으로써, 대출 희망자의 미래의 신용상태 변화 모양을 예측해 본다. 이러한 시뮬레이션 결과를 신용평가에 반영하게 되면, 금융기관의 신용 대출의 위험을 줄이는 데 기여할 것으로 기대된다.

Warehouse System of Parts in Variable Location by Rule-Based Module Management for Context Awareness (규칙기반 상황인식 모듈관리에 의한 가변위치 부품창고 시스템)

  • In this paper, we propose ubiWarehouse system which can efficiently manages mass and many kinds of parts such as automotive parts. First, user's work situation is defined systematically as context type of 5W1H, context-aware system is separated on function, and each module operates independently. An efficient route is selected and relevant parts frequently treated at the same time are gathered by calculating the suitability of parts and racks. If other users currently are on a visit or are supposed to visit soon, the hun of visit is changed making a concession for preventing collision. As a result, the proposed system with avoiding competition can provide users with routes for inbound or outbound parts, and can effectively use spaces of a warehouse by arranging racks to gather relevant parts to near location. Also, individual service can be offered by evaluating user propensity using history of the warehouse job, and the accuracy of stock information can be improved by processing of unexpected context and real-time renewing of warehousing and delivering.

Distribution of the Dealer and Repair Parts Management System of a Japanese Multinational Car Manufacturer in China: Focusing on the Case of GAC Toyota Motors (중국의 일본계 자동차 메이커 딜러의 분포와 수리 및 보수용 부품의 관리체제 - 광치 도요타사(社)의 사례를 중심으로 -)

  • In this study, we examined the distribution of dealers and the repair parts management system of a Japanese car manufacturer in the Chinese market in looking at the case of Toyota. We conducted our research by obtaining information from a GAC Toyota dealer about the current distribution of dealers and locations of warehouses throughout China, as well as the status of stocks and the distribution system for repair and maintenance parts. The results of our investigation showed that although GAC Toyota has 437 dealers throughout the country, there is an imbalance in distribution towards the coastal areas, after the population ratios and other measurements are factored in. Therefore, it can be said expansion towards the inland regions, where demand for automobiles has increased in recent years, has been stunted. On the other hand, there is a high correlation between gross GDP by region and the number of stores, and it can be pointed out that the company prioritizes the sale of high-priced vehicles in major coastal areas where the economy is large, rather than selling low-priced vehicles for inland consumers with a relatively small economic scale. The company also has difficulty in securing dealers that can provide sufficient after-sales service. According to the regulations of GAC Toyota, the company require dealers to have at least 1,500 repair and maintenance parts in stock. Also, when exchanging maintenance parts, GAC Toyota's emphasis is on increasing customer satisfaction by giving sufficient explanations for customers and obtaining consent from them. As a result, the company's dealers need financial resources to continue their business from a long-term perspective. However, it can be pointed out that such dealers are limited, and it is difficult to distribute profits among manufacturers and dealers.
