The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of adolescents´ perception of the fathers´ child-rearing on their self-efficacy and achievement motivation. The subjects of this study were 456 adolescents from 3 middle schools located in Seoul and GyeonggiDo. The main results are as follows. (1) There was a significant correlation between the father´s child-rearing involvement and the adolescent´s self-efficacy. The father´s ‘day-to-day guidance’ was the best predictor of the adolescent´s self-efficacy. (2) There was a significant correlation between the father´s child-rearing involvement and the adolescent´s achievement motivation. The father´s ‘day-to-day guidance’ was the best predictor in predicting the adolescent´s achievement motivation. In conclusion, the adolescent´s perceived father´s child-rearing involvement were found to be significant variables in predicting the adolescent´s self-efficacy and achievement motivation.

Red spots symptoms were observed on the leaves of Rumex japonicus Houtt. in Goesan, Korea, in May 2019. Diseased leaf showing red spot and white-colored sori were found behind of diseased leaves. Aeciospores were confirmed and observed using a stereomicroscope, light microscope, and scanning electron microscope. They were globose or ovoid and measured 19.0-24.4×19.0-24.5 ㎛, with verrucae ornamentation. For the phylogenetic analysis, partial of large subunit rDNA region and cytochrome c oxidase subunit III were sequenced. As a result, the isolated fungus species showed high similarities with Puccinia prizeliana. Based on the previous report, morphological characters, phylogenetic analysis, it was confirmed as Puccinia phragmitis which have not been reported in Korea, and we firstly report this fungal agent on R. japonicus as P. phragmitis in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to find the relationship of academic self-efficacy, motivation, computer learning attitudes on the learning through game making activity. Through this study, it was confirmed structural relationship of the variables for learner's participant and academic goal achievement in learning with digital games. The structural equating model in this study, also indicates that academic self-efficacy, which was consisting of assignment level, self-efficacy, confidence affects meaningfully on motivation and computer learning attitudes. It is important factor that Learner's attitudes for the task and regulate of learning process in learning with digital games, which was focused on learning by doing.

Traditional Shewhart control charts assume that the observations are independent over time. Current progress in measurement and data collection technology lead to the presence of autocorrelated process data that may affect poor performance in statistical process control. One of the most popular charts for autocorrelated data is to model a correlative structure with an appropriate time series model and apply control chart to the sequence of residuals. Model parameters are estimated by an in-control Phase I reference sample since they are usually unknown in practice. This paper deals with the effects of parameter estimation on Phase II control limits to monitor autocorrelated data.

This study is to find ways to improve the life satisfaction of people of disability through disability acceptance and self-efficacy. 1,505 out of 4,400 of Penal Survey of Employment for the Disabled 2nd Wave were applied for the study. Regression analysis, descriptive statistics and correlation analysis by SPSS 23.0 were applied. The study show that the disability acceptance had a positive effect on self-efficacy and life satisfaction. Self-efficacy influenced positive effect to life satisfaction and played a mediating role between disability acceptance and life satisfaction. Base on the result, this study made suggestions for necessity to operate rehabilitation and Psychological cognition integral programs and to find and attend the various programs for people of disability.

최근 4차산업혁명으로 산업계에 전반적으로 확산하고 있는 디지털트랜스포메이션과 코로나19로 인한 장기적인 경기 불황의 여파로 대응 역량이 제한적일 수밖에 없는 중소기업의 어려움이 갈수록 심화하고 있다. 중소기업은 기업의 성과를 높이기 위해 경영혁신과 함께 조직구성원들의 역량을 강화하기 위한 다양한 노력을 지속하고 있다. 이러한 중소기업의 성장과 조직구성원의 역량 향상은 국가 경제에 매우 중요한 의미를 가지고 있다. 이에 조직구성원의 자발적인 참여와 동기부여를 통해 직무만족도를 높이고 조직성과를 창출하려는 관심이 날로 높아지고 있다. 본 연구의 목적 역시 중소기업의 조직문화와 조직구성원의 자기효능감이 직무만족도와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 잡 크래프팅의 매개 역할 여부를 분석하는 데 있다. 본 연구에서는 조직문화와 자기효능감이 중소기업의 잡 크래프팅을 활성화하고, 활성화된 잡 크래프팅이 직무만족도에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 관계를 검증하고자 한다. 불확실한 경영환경 아래서 중소기업의 지속적인 생존과 성장을 위해 자기주도적으로 새로운 변화에 빠르게 대응할 수 있는 잡 크래프팅을 매개변수로, 그리고 조직구성원의 핵심 역량으로 요구되고 있는 직무만족도를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

본 고에서는 사용자의 자기 정보 통제권을 강화시키는 전자 ID 지갑 시스템을 기술한다. 전자 ID 지갑 시스템은 ID 정보 제공자로부터 ID 정보 소비자로 유통되는 사용자의 정보를 사용자가 직접 제어할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다. 또한 전자 ID 지갑 시스템은 사용자가 가입한 사이트, 사용자의 크리덴셜 및 사용자의 데이터 공유 정보 등을 사용자에게 모두 카드-기반의 인터페이스로 제공하여 사용자에게 편리함과 일관성을 제공한다. 전자 ID 지갑 시스템은 현재의 웹 환경뿐만 아니라 사용자의 참여와 공유가 더욱 더 중요해지는 웹 2.0 환경에 적합한 사용자 중심 ID 관리 시스템이다.

조합원을 위한 조합이란 소박한 이념으로, 스스로가 자기 자신을 지키기 위한 방편으로 자생한 조직이 협동조합으로 발전한 것이다. 우리 나라에는 협동조합의 조직에 있었으나, 자금 조성면에서 관의 힘이 너무 커지다 보니 그 운영면에서도 자주성을 행하기에는 미흡한 점이 많을 수 밖에 없다. 종합 농협에서 전문 조합으로 분리 조직을 서두르고 있는 것은 지극히 당연한 소치라 할 것이다. 새로히 발족하는 축산협동조합중앙회의 조직과 운영면에서 보다 큰 조합원의 이해와 참여와 더욱 절실히 요구되는 까닭에 다음 몇 가지를 제언하는 바이다.

1979년 설립된 (주)한창(대표이사 허남걸)은 에어컨, 전열교환기, 차량용 닥터바이러스, PDP TV classis base, 산업용에어컨, 온수기, 프레스 부품, 열교환기 부품 등을 주생산품으로 하고 있는 기업이다. (주)삼성전자에 OEM방식으로 거래하고 있으며, 현재 수원을 필두로 하여 아산공장, 인도공장 등을 가동하고 있다. 전체 직원은 약 500여 명에 달한다. 이곳은 '참', '앎', '온'이라는 사훈 아래 '내실경영', '인재경영', '사회적 책임'의 경영방침을 펼치고 있다. 내부인력에 대한 자기개발 강화, 그리고 안전에 대한 회사의 역할 강화 등으로 사회적 책임을 다함으로써 작지만 강한 기업으로 성장해 나가고자 한다.

The purposes of the study are to investigate the effects on academic of the self-directed learning and in-depth interviewing program in engineering underachieved students. 17 students participated in program and the grade points average(GPA) of participants are less than 2.5. First, we focus on the change of academic achievement after the self-directed learning and in-depth interviewing program. According to results, it is very effective not only in improving academic achievement of the participation subject but also in increasing GPA. Second, the pre-survey and the post-survey were conducted to the participants. We found some facts from the difference between the pre and post surveys. The expectation and satisfaction about learning have improved after self-directed learning, and the participants' recognition showed the meaningful change in important factors about learning.
