This study aimed to identify the effect of the active aging on life satisfaction and present an improvement strategies to increase life satisfaction in elderly people. Active aging is divide into three aspects; health, participation and security. The subjects were people older than 55 years who were enrolled in Korean Retirement and Income Study. The influencing effect was analyzed by a hierarchial regression. Key factors associated with active aging influencing life satisfaction were subjective health, mental health, participation in the labor market, income, and housing while subjective health was a determinant factor that best describes the effect of the active aging on life satisfaction. On the basis of above result, this study suggests that there needs to be an effort in improvement of physical and mental health, participation in the labor market, and housing at national and regional levels.

The purpose of this study was to understand deeply the current circumstances of parents who took part in child-English Education through semantic analysis about 11 mothers' and their children's experiences in the individual depth interviews and group interviews. The obtained results of this study were as follows: First, mothers started their children's English education on the basis of the belief that English ability is an essential asset in the era of globalization, their experiences and the scheduled situation. Also they positively recognized the effect of English education when they could feel their children's learning improvements. Second, participants had experienced their children's education stress and economic burden. Third, participants had personal, social level desires for their children's proper English education. Through this study, it revealed the critical introspection about mothers' experiences and desires in child-English Education. And it alluded to necessity about continuous attention and debate in child-English Education.

인터넷에 대한 대중들의 관심과 참여가 폭발적으로 늘어나면서 웹 싸이트는 단순한 통신과 정보전달의 차원을 넘어서 문화적이고 사회적인 영향력을 행사하는 새로운 매체로 자리를 잡아가고 있다. 웹 싸이트의 방문자들은 단순히 그 곳에 들어있는 정보만을 보는 것이 아니라 그 홈페이지가 속한 기업 혹은 집단의 이미지- 기업의 문화가 사상, 성향, 역량을 보게되기 때문이다. 웹 싸이트는 또 하나의 홍보매체로서 자리를 잡아가고 있으며, 각 기업들은 앞을 다투어 이를 이용한 정보 및 이미지의 전달에 적극 참여하고 있다. 그룹 계열사들의 홈페이지는 각 사의 특징을 나타낼 수 있도록 독립적이고 자유로우면서도 단일 회사의 그것과는 달리 그룹 전체적으로 일관성을 유지하여야 한다. 즉, 기업이미지 구축 시 적용되는 CI의 개념의 홈페이지 제작 시에도 적용되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 그룹 내의 그룹내의 계열사들이 자율적으로 홈페이지를 구축할 때 하나의 표준이 될 수 있는 디자인 지침을 제시해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 홈페이지를 이루는 구성요소들과 그 요소들을 효과적으로 적용하기 위한 고려사항들을 고찰해보고, CI의 적용대상이 될 수 있는 항목들을 추출하여 이를 사례연구를 통해 적용시켜보고자 하였다.

Libraries are one of the essential living infrastructures in urban regeneration. Beyond its meaning as a basic living infrastructure, it is necessary to first understand the role, nature and forms of participation in existing urban regeneration projects in order for libraries to perform their functions and roles effectively as participants of urban regeneration. Therefore, this study investigates the contents related to libraries in the contents of the strategic plan related to urban regeneration projects, and considers them in terms of the role of the library and the form of participation. Through this, the city's library would seek to maximize its role and function as a participant in urban regeneration. As a result, the library in urban regeneration is expected to improve the quality of living environment, Urban vitality, culturally, educationally, socially/welfare role closely related to life, and the role of community as a hub. In addition, the types of library participation could be largely divided into regional and geographical libraries, hybrid libraries combined with various services, libraries based on community cooperation and linkage, and regional community hub libraries based on community participation. In the future, the library needs to promote a more active role change based on the five roles expected as participants in urban regeneration. In addition, more detailed discussions on librarians, services, and programs, which are the main subjects of library services, will be needed in developing urban regeneration plans in order for libraries to successfully fulfill their role as urban regeneration centers.

가상환경 탐색 항해 기법을 설계했다 3차원 가상환경은 입체적 시각 정보를 통해서 사용자가 가상환경을 현실로 받아들이고 마치 현장에 위치해 있는 것과 같은 감각을 느끼게 한다. 이러한 감각에 의지해서 사용자는 진지하고도 적극적으로 가상환경에 참여할 수 있다. 3차원 가상환경이 지닌 이러한 장점은 오락프로그램의 흥미 증진, 교육 및 군사훈련의 효과 향상, 의료분야의 신기술개발 등 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 그러나 3차원 가상환경은 현실 세계에 비해 빈약한 공간 인지 정보로 인해 자신의 위치를 인지하기 못하거나 원하는 목표물을 찾는데 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구 에서는 가상환경을 구성하는 물리적인 정보와 가상환경의 외부 정보를 토픽맵(Topic Map)에서 제시 하는 기법을 사용하여 공간 인지 지식을 모델링 하였고, 현실세계에서 인간의 두뇌에서 이루어 지는 과정과 유사하게 3차원 가상환경 내에서도 길찾기기 가능하도록 인지맵(cognitive map)기법을 적용하여 처음 가상환경에 방문한 사용자라도 쉽게 목표물에 접근할 수 있는 개인화된 투어가이드 기법을 개발 하였다.

The present study attempts to (1) identify the critical dimensions that affect job performance of computer programmers and (2) clarify the specific behaviors that are related to each performance dimension, and measure them fairly and accurately. In particular, this study focus on producing a Behaviorally anchored Rating Scales (BARS) with a high level of acceptability by both raters and rates. 422 computer programmers from 8 companies participated in the process of developing the scale, which consisted of typical 5 phases. The results demonstrated that 13 performance dimensions were derived and the final job performance rating scale was made by vertically arraying 5 representative behavior anchors order by their scale value for each of 13 dimensions.

VR/AR 관련 산업은 신산업 창출, 일자리 증대, 국민 생활 향상 등을 목표로 VR/AR 산업의 육성과 활성화를 위해 부처 차원에서 진행하고 있다. 국내 VR/AR 산업은 글로벌 시장과 비교 시 기술력, 산업 현장 인력 부족, 기존 산업과의 접목 등 여러 요소가 필요하다고 평가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 VR/AR 관련 분야의 산업 활성화를 위해 최근10년 동안의 국가R&D 과제와 참여인력 정보 등을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 참여 인력은 년도 별로 증가하지만, 특정 지역에 집중되어 있으며, 석·박사 수준의 고급 인력이 부족한 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 매년 정부의 연구비 투자가 증가하였고, 기업과 대학에서 공동 연구가 활발하게 이루어지고 있었다. 이러한 분석 정보는 정부가 추진하는 VR/AR 산업 활성화를 위해 앞으로의 정부 재정적 지원, 산학연 협력관계 구축, 실무에 적합한 전문인력 양성 등 정책결정에 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze parental gatekeeping dimensions(control, encouragement, discouragement) and types of gatekeeping in the two families featured in the drama 「SKY Castle」. Of the 8 types of gatekeeping, the traditional gate blocker(high control, low encouragement, and high discouragement) most often described in the drama, creates a difficult situation for a father trying to participate in child rearing. But traditional gate blockers do not always unnecessarily limit father involvement. In father's coerecive and dictatorial environment, traditional maternal gatekeeping strategies protect her children and create secure environment. The facilitative gate openers(high control, high encouragement, and low discouragement) is the functional gatekeeping type. Because the mother's highly controlling and highly encouraging ways serve as a positive coparenting strategy, the facilitative gate maintain a high level of authority over the amount and type of father involvement.

다급한 전력화 요구를 충족시키느라 급속히 팽창한 우리 나라 방위산업은 괄목할 외형성장의 내면에 구조적인 취약성의 씨앗도 은밀히 배태하고 있었다. 따라서 방산업계는 업체차원에서 경영개선, 전략계획 등을 통해 체질개선과 경쟁력을 강화하고, 업체상호간 연대강화 모색, 해외로의 수출 및 국제적 공동개발 참여 등을 통해서, 그리고 민수겸업을 통한 군수의존도 축소, 방산 틈새시장 개척 등 근본적인 자구노력을 통해 생존과 성장전략을 능동적으로 추구해야 할 것이다.
