The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the performance of New Deal under the New Labour government in Britain and examines the nature of New Deal with respect to workfare. The time difference of five years after the New Deal was put into effect shows that New Deal has contributed not only to include the socially excluded groups such as the young unemployed, the long-term unemployed, single parents, and the disabled into the labour market, but also to decrease the amount of income-based benefits providing for working generation. It can be said that the nature of New Deal under the New Labour is near to human capital development model rather than labour force attachment model. New Deal provides the opportunity of policy learning for the countries which pursue the reform of social security system to moving welfare beneficiaries being able to work into jobs. Policy learning can be summed up as follows. First, imposing mutual responsibility and obligations on unemployed person should be accompanied by implementing active labour market programmes of education and job training. Second, the delivery system which administrates workfare programmes should be decentralized in a local society. The cooperation between local government and enterprisers will be critical in implementing various employment programmes and moving unemployed person into jobs. Third, the case management for individual participating in workfare programme is necessary. The personal adviser should continue to provide employment services for the unemployed until he or she get a job and enter the state of self-reliance. Finally, the workfare programme should be firmly backed by the political leadership in order to overcome the oppositions of beneficiary groups under the existing social security system.
In Small and Medium-sized Enterprises(SMEs) compared to major, competence of CEO relatively has a large impact on management performance, so the biggest factor to strengthen the competitiveness is the competence of CEO. Meanwhile, a consultant is defined as a subject of execution that directly and indirectly participates in management by inducing objective and rational decision-making on various management issues and problems facing companies. The management expertise, problem-solving skills, communication skills, insights, and leadership that a consultant must have in order to perform his or her duties are the same as the role and capabilities that the CEO must have in enhancing the company's performance and competitiveness. Therefore, through previous studies, this study divided consultant competences of CEO into job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence and tried to understand whether those competences affect corporate's innovation performance and management performance. The survey was conducted on SMEs and the analysis techniques were reliability and validity analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation analysis. As a result, it was found that the CEO's job competence, communication competence, learning competence, and innovation competence had a significant effect on innovation performance of the company, and second, innovation performance had a significant effect on the management performance. Through, this study derived a common factor of consultant competences of SMEs CEO, and derived implications for the competence characteristics of the CEO necessary to improve the performance of SMEs.
We are making products and services that we didn't easily think or even imagine when young and living using them. Consumer needs become more diversified, markets and technologies are being constantly changed, and corporate global competitiveness is getting intensified. Now, companies that don't change nor create new values cannot survive. The cycle of new products is faster, and therefore corporations should improve previous products continuously or create new values according to such a trend. This era requires 'creativity' for companies to overcome uncertainty and survive. Corporate creativity is not easily activated as financial and physical compensation unlike the work ability or performance. When there is an environment that people with various abilities, experiences and backgrounds can express their opinions freely, it becomes possible. Despite the importance, the studies have focused on creativity education so far instead of the viewpoint of corporate business administration. In addition, most studies have dealt with job characteristics and employees' personality factors rather than the process that is connected to actual performance. In other words, the studies on environmental factors that can lead motivation as situational characteristics of the employee's company in a current non-monetary and non-physical way are very insufficient. Therefore, this study aims to comprehensively examine the process of creating creative performance in the environment inside the company that the employee could approach most closely from the corporate deinstitutional perspective. As the major variables, job characteristics and supervisor's ethical leadership were selected, and the process that is connected to the creative performance was explained by means of motivation necessary to understand creativity of the organization and creative process engagement(CPE). The summary of the verification results is following. First, job characteristics and supervisor's attitude(ethical leadership) had positive effects on intrinsic motivation and creativity process engagement. Second, intrinsic motivation and creativity process engagement had positive effects on creative performance. Recentely, the military needs to apply various technologies for the improvement of teamwork. The government should take the non-face-to-face system due to the social interest of young military members. In this study we investigated collective cohesion by helping soldiers who have difficulty expressing their feelings and delivering messages while living in groups, or who are unable to adapt to group life due to psychological disorders such as relationship anxiety. We proposed the Multi-perspective Relationship Experience program as a new VR application. We showed feeling a sense of reality equivalent to the actual situation, interpersonal tension and social distance were significantly reduced, and communication, which was difficult to actually do, was naturally achieved. In addition, positive effects were confirmed on the sense of belonging and leadership among all participants. We will be effectively used in manpower management policies that improve the collective cohesion of soldiers and support the adaptability of the military environment in line with the rapidly changing social interaction method.

As our current society is increasingly demanding a Home Economics Education curriculum that projects the recent changes around us, in this study we hope to present which fundamental materials would be needed in Home Economics Education to satisfy the needs of learners in schools and to Provide actual practice and information crucial to live in the future society. A reform of the present Home Economics regime is needed, and as a result of critical analysis on the subject we found that it did not portray the plurality of family relations and cultures owing to the sudden changes in society, nor did it present an active curriculum that could be applied to the changes in social environments. This was partly because of the matter of establishing a proper academic identity of Home Economics Education, the matter of specializing curriculums and general methods of applying them, the academic conservatism in the field of Home Economics, and ineffectiveness of teacher reeducation as well as a lack of leadership on the part of administrative departments. The objective and content structure of Home Economics Education should be reformed to adjust to the current society by taking an approach focused on family and the consumer. In the family part, curriculums should include the formations of various family structures and home cultures to portray a more open concept of family, which should promote gender equality in matters of child upbringing and housework. From a humanitive perspective, Home Education should he dealing with the mediation and decision-making of individuals caught between social advancement and household functions. their communication skills in choosing and deciding, and furthermore their participation in their living communities which may present more material basis of critical scientific philosophies to be discussed in class. Additional themes such as sustainable consumption for earth environment and resource preservation and ways of application to rebuild our diminishing society must also be included in the education curriculum. We should look to find a more integrated approach to Home Economics Education rather than the present field based and specialized regime.

The continued development of smart devices representing smart phones and tablet PC has made significant changes to the ICT ecosystem. Along the development of smart devices, consumers' needs are also becoming increasingly diversified in addition to their rising expectations. Thus, in order to fulfill the changing customer needs, corporations in the ICT ecosystem have recently focused on appcessory products that are interlinked and utilized in existing smart devices. This study particularly analyzes the two corporations, Samsung Electronics and SK Telecom, which recently plunged into appcessory business. By the case study of these two companies based on the theories of ecosystem and platforms, this study analyzes the current status of the appcessory market, the potentials and significances of the business, business background of the two corporations, and the status of leadership competition in the appcessory market. In the case of Samsung Electronics and SK Telecom, the study shows that both corporations acquired new growth powers in the appcessory market with their entry into existing or other relating markets. Also, since the appcessory business is highly related to their existing businesses, each company was able to take advantages based on the capability that they already possessed and this relationship had positive effects on their overall businesses. In addition, the two corporations had common strategies in increasing their competitiveness by identifying internal weaknesses and building external cooperations. On the other hand, since the two companies have different business areas, their business background, business strategies, and the effects of expectations varied to each other. Thus, this study identifies commonalities and differences between recent smart platforms and corporations' engagement in the fierce leadership competition in the appcessory market.
The Purpose of this study was to examined the relation between Belief and Actual Practice of Instructor according to education in Taekwondo Personality. To get the purpose participants was selected 286 Taekwondo instructors. Selected data were analyzed for descriptive statistic, pearson relation analysis, and multi dimensional analysis with SPSS/PC 18.0. The result was as followed. First, there were different on frequency of important factors between belief and practice of Taekwondo personality based on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive. The order of ethological important factors on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive were manner, confidence, love, perseverance, bravery. But The order of ethological important factors on Taekwondo instructor's practice were manner, confidence, perseverance, leadership, honestly. Second, belief of Taekwondo personality based on Taekwondo instructor's cognitive has positive relationship with practice of Taekwondo personality in a part. There were positive relationship among factors of belief of Taekwondo personality but were lower positive relationship among factors of practice of Taekwondo personality. Taekwondo instructors' determination on teaching belief has positive effect on guidance factor, practical factor, variety factor, if the teaching belief has higher score then the teaching practice has higher practical teaching.

The purpose of this research was to identify how service composition factor impact organizational performance of long-term care facilities for elderly people. The target population was the staffs who were working at long-term care facilities for elderly people in urban areas of Seoul, Inchon and cities in Kyonggi-do as of September 2012. Independent variables, main factors for organizational performances, are leadership, educational training, compensation, initiative, and service quality. Dependent variables are selected as duty satisfaction, job performance, financial aptitude and beneficiary-oriented policy. SPSS ver18.0 statistical computer program was conducted in order to analyze the multivariate statistical data. The results are examined in detail in terms of the influence of two managing systems in the senior-care service on the organizational performance and the evaluations of the relation and difference caused by the input variables in two managing systems. In one case of the influence of two managing systems in the senior-care service on the organizational performance, the findings show 1) the influence of the service managing factor is clearly related to duty satisfaction with the result of 0.001 (F=37.429) regression data, 2) the influence of the service managing factor is clearly related to job performance with the result of 0.001 (F=55.099) regression data, 3) the influence of the service managing factor is closely related to financial aptitude with the result of 0.001 (F=56.904) regression data, and 4) the influence of the service managing factor is also clearly related to beneficiary-oriented policy with the result of 0.001 (F=61.367) regression data.
The purpose of the study is to examine righteous army activity and combat in Hapcheon during the Imjin invasion period. The resulting conclusions are as follows. First, Chung In-hong raised a righteous army in Hapcheon and Kim Myeon raised an army in Goryeong. Chung In-hong commanded the army and fought against Japanese army with a leadership of knowing the enemy and himself, and Kim Myeon commanded the army and fought against Japanese military with a leadership of harmony. Second, battles of Chung In-hong's righteous army are the first Mugye battle, the ambush battle in Sawon-dong, the Chogye Majin battle, the Aneon battle, and the third Seongju Castle battle. Battles of Kim Myeon's righteous army are the Yeongang battle, the Gaesanpo battle, the second Mugye battle, the Ucheok-hyeon battle, the Jirye battle, and the Sarangam battle. Battles that Chung In-hong and Kim Myeon united and fought are the first and second Seongju Castle battles. In Jeongyu Jaeran, Chung In-hong played a role of Jodosa who takes charge of provisions in the right area of Gyeongsang. In addition, Hapcheon was the access road and transport route where Japanese army entered Jeolla-do. Third, participation and role of Ming troops are part of restraint device against Japanese army with military tactics of ii chei(using foreigners to control foreigners) to remove Japanese army from Joseon and defend Yodong. After a victory of Li Rusong in Pyeongyang Castle in January, 1593(the 26th year of Seongjo), Ming troops pursued practical interest through peace talks rather than active battles. When there was practically Siege of Jinju, Yujeong troops of Ming entered with hand-to-hand martial arts of Sacheon soldiers in late June, 1593, but did not participate because they should wait for orders of Gyeongnyak Song Eung-chang and Admiral Li Rusong. Fourth, in the Imjin invasion period, Joseon suffered terrible damage such as ruin of the whole country by invasion of Japanese army and in need of aid of military rice from Ming troops, but righteous armies and the royal forces in each area cooperated so defeated Japanese army. It is understood through a case of Hapcheon in the right area of Gyeongsang. Especially, Joseon did not succumb to pressure of Ming troops that used full powers to two aspects such as settlement and battle with Japan during the war, and did not lose national confidence and pride by showing a fighting will to fight against Japanese army to the end with independence. Such a spiritual culture originated from homeland protection and loyalty to the king, and is national spirit of resistance that sublimates the united mind and spirit of community to protect a country against foreign invasion.

As artificial intelligence (AI) technology is recognized as a key technology that will determine future national competitiveness, competition for AI technology and industry promotion policies in major countries is intensifying. This study aims to present implications for domestic policy making by analyzing the policies of major countries on the start-up of AI companies, which are the basis of the AI industry ecosystem. The top four countries and the EU for the number of new investment attraction companies in the 2023 AI Index announced by the HAI Research Institute at Stanford University in the United States were selected, The United States enacted the National AI Initiative Act (NAIIA) in 2021. Through this law, The US Government is promoting continued leadership in the United States in AI R&D, developing reliable AI systems in the public and private sectors, building an AI system ecosystem across society, and strengthening DB management and access to AI policies conducted by all federal agencies. In the 14th Five-Year (2021-2025) Plan and 2035 Long-term Goals held in 2021, China has specified AI as the first of the seven strategic high-tech technologies, and is developing policies aimed at becoming the No. 1 AI global powerhouse by 2030. The UK is investing in innovative R&D companies through the 'Future Fund Breakthrough' in 2021, and is expanding related investments by preparing national strategies to leap forward as AI leaders, such as the implementation plan of the national AI strategy in 2022. Israel is supporting technology investment in start-up companies centered on the Innovation Agency, and the Innovation Agency is leading mid- to long-term investments of 2 to 15 years and regulatory reforms for new technologies. The EU is strengthening its digital innovation hub network and creating the InvestEU (European Strategic Investment Fund) and AI investment fund to support the use of AI by SMEs. This study aims to contribute to analyzing the policies of major foreign countries in making AI company start-up policies and providing a basis for Korea's strategy search. The limitations of the study are the limitations of the countries to be analyzed and the failure to attempt comparative analysis of the policy environments of the countries under the same conditions.
