Vibration Response Analysis of the Military Vehicle by Road Test (군용차량 주행 진동응답 분석)

  • Military vehicle equipped with an antenna and a shelter for operating radar has a vibration exposure during driving time. This vibration would have influence on structure of military vehicle critically. In this paper, driving stability of the military vehicle is obtained through the vibration response analysis. And, vibration level of the military vehicle satisfied the military vibration specification through analysis and comparing the MIL-STD-810G. PSD and Grms data obtained by road test can be used for vibration test specification of cabinets and electronic equipment in shelter.

  • 자동차 산업의 활성화로 인하여 차량의 연료 소비의 고효율화 및 구동모터의 고정밀 설계 기술의 향상이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 특히, LPG 차량의 연료 펌프 모터의 고속화, 저진동, 저 소음화의 추세로 인하여 기존의 Brush타입의 DC모터를 대체하기 위한 Brushless DC 모터의 개발이 증대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Brushless DC모터의 고정밀 속도제어 및 빠른 응답 특성을 가지는 제어기를 개발하였으며, 회전자의 위치를 파악하기 위하여 역기전력을 이용한 센서리스형 제어기를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 개발한 제어기는 가변속도제어범위를 가지며. 2000rpm에서 정격 속도를 가진다. 제어기의 성능 검증을 위하여 정격 속도에서의 단위스텝 응답 특성 실험을 하였으며, 각각의 게인 설정에 따른 제어 성능 실험을 하였다.

  • 이 논문은 자동차 어플리케이션 용 고출력 인버터 시스템의 개발에 대한 연구내용을 제시한다. 차량을 포함한 고출력 시스템의 젼력변환시스템의 큰 이슈중 하나가 고효율 및 고밀도화에 대한 연구이다. 특히 자동차의 경우 내부 공간이 제한적이고 전장품들의 수량이 늘어나는 추세이므로 전력변환시스템의 부피 및 고출력화에 대한 이슈와 이와 연관된 냉각 문제에 대한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 차량용 고출력밀도의 트랙션 인버터 개발에 대해 언급하고 있으며 실험을 통해서 그 결과를 확인하였다.

Clustering based Routing Algorithm for Efficient Emergency Messages Transmission in VANET (차량 통신 네트워크에서 효율적인 긴급 메시지 전파를 위한 클러스터링 기반의 라우팅 알고리즘)

  • Vehicle Ad hoc Network (VANET) is next-generation network technology to provide various services using V2V (Vehicle-to-Vehicle) and V2I (Vehicle-to-Infrastructure). In VANET, many researchers proposed various studies for the safety of drivers. In particular, using the emergency message to increase the efficiency of traffic safety have been actively studied. In order to efficiently transmit to moving vehicle, to send a quick message to as many nodes is very important via broadcasting belong to communication range of vehicle nodes. However, existing studies have suggested a message for transmission to the communication node through indiscriminate broadcasting and broadcast storm problems, thereby decreasing the overall performance has caused the problem. In addition, theses problems has decreasing performance of overall network in various form of road and high density of vehicle node as urban area. Therefore, this paper proposed Clustering based Routing Algorithm (CBRA) to efficiently transmit emergency message in high density of vehicle as urban area. The CBRA managed moving vehicle via clustering when vehicle transmit emergency messages. In addition, we resolve linkage problem between vehicles according to various form of road. The CBRA resolve link brokage problem according to various form of road as urban using clustering. In addition, we resolve broadcasting storm problem and improving efficacy using selection flooding method. simulation results using ns-2 revealed that the proposed CBRA performs much better than the existing routing protocols.

Study on Dynamic Responses of Bridges Using High-speed Railway Vehicle Models (고속전철차량모형화에 따른 교량의 동적거동에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구에서는 고속철도에서 차량·교량 구조물의 상호작용을 가능한 정밀하게 취급할 수 있는 3차원 해석모형을 개발하였다. 경부고속철도 교량형식인 PSC 박스거더 교량을 40m 단순 와 25-40-25m 3경간 연속 에 대해 뼈대요소를 사용하여 3차원으로 모형 하였으며, 궤도의 불규칙성은 정상확률과정으로 가정하고, 지수 스펙트럼 밀도함수를 사용하여 궤도의 형상을 생성시켰다. 열차는 경부고속철도 차량 하중효과가 가장 큰 동력차 만을 대상으로 17 자유도 모형과 38 자유도 모형으로 분리하여 개발하였다. 다양한 조건에 대한 분석결과를 검토하면 여러 가지 상황에서 38 자유도 모형의 필수 성이 보여지고 있다. 특히 교량의 솟음 및 장기 처짐에 의한 궤도형상변화가 있는 경우에는 반드시 38 자유도 모형이 적용되어야 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 제동하중이 작용할 때 쏠림 효과에 의한 영향이 큰 것으로 평가되어, 제동에 의한 교량의 동적 거동은 종변 위에 대한 자유 도를 고려할 수 있는 주행차량모형으로 해석되어야 함이 규명되었다.

  • 화재발생 시 인명 안전을 위하여 초기의 화재감지가 매우 중요한 요인이다. 기존 연기감지기의 경우 일정한 조건만 맞으면 작동하기 때문에 비화재보의 우려가 높다. 특히 차량 매연도 연료가 연소되어 나오는 연기이므로 차량정체 시 트럭 등에서 발생하는 심한 매연에도 반응하여 오작동의 가능성이 높다. 이러한 기존 화재감지기의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 다양한 IR 레이저 기반 연기검출장치가 활용되고 있다. 하지만 IR 레이저 기반 연기검출장치는 100m 거리가 이격된 레이저 발광부와 수광부 구조에 따라 발광부 레이저광선의 각도변화에 따른 수광부 레이저 포인트 위치가 매우 민감하게 변화함에 따라 초기 레이저 포인트의 초점을 정확히 정합하고, 이후 보정하기 위한 고정밀 자동 초점 정합장치가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 레이저 투광부와 수광부를 분리하여 레이저 송신기, 수신기로 구성되는 고정밀 자동초점 정합장치를 설계하고자 한다.

A Study on the Benefit of Driving Amenity Based on Highway Density (도로 밀도에 따른 운전쾌적성 편익에 관한 연구)

  • Normally the benefits concerned in the feasibility study for highway constructions are travel time saving, vehicle operation cost, etc. which can be calculated using the simulation tool(EMME3). However, there must be extra benefits of driving amenity improvement that drivers can perceive through decreasing driving fatigue and improving driving comfortability. In this study, the definition of driving amenity was established and a method of estimation for the benefit of driving amenity improvement was developed. Highway type (urban/rural highway) and highway density was considered to estimate the driving amenity. And Double-bounded Dichotomous Choice among Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) was applied to survey the willingness-to-pay of drivers when highway density decreases. Finally the value of driving amenity was estimated using the results of survey and logit medel. As the existing highway density is high, willingness-to-pay increases in both urban and rural highways. Even though the changing rates of highway density are same, willingness-to-pay is different based on the existing highway density.

Vision-Based High Accuracy Vehicle Positioning Technology (비전 기반 고정밀 차량 측위 기술)

  • Today, technique for precisely positioning vehicles is very important in C-ITS(Cooperative Intelligent Transport System), Self-Driving Car and other information technology relating to transportation. Though the most popular technology for vehicle positioning is the GPS, its accuracy is not reliable because of large delay caused by multipath effect, which is very bad for realtime traffic application. Therefore, in this paper, we proposed the Vision-Based High Accuracy Vehicle Positioning Technology. At the first step of proposed algorithm, the ROI is set up for road area and the vehicles detection. Then, center and four corners points of found vehicles on the road are determined. Lastly, these points are converted into aerial view map using homography matrix. By analyzing performance of algorithm, we find out that this technique has high accuracy with average error of result is less than about 20cm and the maximum value is not exceed 44.72cm. In addition, it is confirmed that the process of this algorithm is fast enough for real-time positioning at the $22-25_{FPS}$.

Development of a Real Time Video Image Processing System for Vehicle Tracking (실시간 영상처리를 이용한 개별차량 추적시스템 개발)

  • Video image processing systems(VIPS) offer numerous benefits to transportation models and applications, due to their ability to monitor traffic in real time. VIPS based on wide-area detection, i.e., multi-lane surveillance algorithm provide traffic parameters with single camera such as flow and velocity, as well as occupancy and density. However, most current commercial VIPS utilize a tripwire detection algorithm that examines image intensity changes in the detection regions to indicate vehicle presence and passage, i.e., they do not identify individual vehicles as unique targets. If VIPS are developed to track individual vehicles and thus trace vehicle trajectories, many existing transportation models will benefit from more detailed information of individual vehicles. Furthermore, additional information obtained from the vehicle trajectories will improve incident detection by identifying lane change maneuvers and acceleration/deceleration patterns. The objective of this research was to relate traffic safety to VIPS tracking and this paper has developed a computer vision system of monitoring individual vehicle trajectories based on image processing, and offer the detailed information, for example, volumes, speed, and occupancy rate as well as traffic information via tripwire image detectors. Also the developed system has been verified by comparing with commercial VIP detectors.
