  • 최근 4차 산업혁명이 가속화되면서 IT 기반 산업들이 제품 중심 사업에서 서비스 위주의 사업으로 변화하는 양상을 보인다. 그에 뒤 받침 하듯이 세계 스타트업 기업 가치를 측정해 보았을 때 1위부터 4위까지 모두 IT 기반의 사업이라는 것을 확인할 수 있다. 그중 750억 달라 가치를 가진 Uber, 560억 가치를 가진 디디추싱은 모두 차량 공유 시스템을 서비스를 기업으로, 세계 각국의 사람들의 현재 차량 매칭 서비스에 관심이 집중 되어있다. 이러한 차량 매칭 서비스는 사용자들 실시간 매칭을 해주기 때문에 많은 사람들이 서버에 접속하여 인증을 요청하게 된다. 또한 기업은 많은 사람들의 실시간 인증을 처리해야하기 때문에 다수의 요청을 처리하는 것은 시스템 사양을 결정하게 되는 중요한 요소가 된다. 이러한 서버 기반 인증 방식은 메모리에 부하가 걸리는 문제가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 다수의 사람들이 들어오는 차량 매칭 서비스에서 토큰 인증 기반 방식인 JWT를 활용하여 기존의 서버에 사용자의 정보를 저장하는 세션 인증 방식보다 좀 더 효율적인 인증 방식을 제안하고자 한다.

  • In this paper, we study whether customizing at the self-driving shared vehicle boarding stage can satisfy ownership satisfaction. To this end, a preliminary survey was conducted on the general public on the factors of satisfaction/uncomfortable in the current shared vehicle use along with a prior research survey. Subsequently, we validate the preference for customizing elements and their impact on ownership satisfaction through CVT. Pre-investigation has shown that olfactory and interaction elements give greater satisfaction to ownership satisfaction, and CVT results show that the customizing of boarding elements will enable the satisfaction of ownership satisfaction.

  • The automotive industry is facing a paradigm shift, changing from owning to sharing and from manufacturing to service. However, it is hard to conclude that the economic value of smart mobility service is always positive to users. Cost related to owing or share a vehicle is very hard to estimate from the perspective of potential users as well as the benefit of the service. Focusing on the cost side of the story, this study develops a cost estimating model based on three main factors: electrification, advanced driving assistant systems (ADAS) function, and participation of ride-sharing service. As a result of the model analysis, low cost was estimated as a result when receiving cost benefits such as electrification and ride-sharing participation. Various factors were analyzed through sensitivity analysis also. These results can provide useful insights into the cost prediction and strategies for potential users and manufacturers on smart mobility service market.

  • Car-sharing services are one of the successful model of sharing economies. The car-sharing service is a kind of car rental service that can pay the cost per minutes, also can makes it easy to book and return by smart phone at any time. Experts predict that the car-sharing services will likely dominate the auto market in the future by reducing the burden on consumers' purchasing cost of car and resolving the environmental issues caused by the vehicle. Therefore, a differentiated service strategy is needed to establish a competitive caching service among these companies. In this study, we surveyed differentiation cases by comparing and analyzing domestic caching companies, And customized service tailored to the situation and effective vehicle type infotainment. As a result of this study, the proposed service method change, customized service provision, and new platform application are expected to be detailed and in depth.

  • With recent dispersion of sharing economy, consumption culture of sharing, instead of ownership, gets wide spread in the age groups of 20-30. Even though the market of car sharing expands rapidly, little research has been done in the area of service quality and consumer behavior regarding car sharing services. Given that future market potential gets larger, it seems highly meaningful to conduct research on customer satisfaction and their usage behavior regarding car sharing services. This paper intends to analyze main factors affecting overall customer satisfaction on car sharing services; satisfaction on service quality, satisfaction on service product, and satisfaction on service experience. Each dimension of the three factors is also analyzed to see if there is any differences between major three brands. Further analysis has been done for checking any effects of gender and usage purpose of customers on the overall customer satisfaction. Key results of the analysis show all the three main factors have significant effect on overall customer satisfaction. Each dimension of service quality has significant effect on satisfaction on service quality. Dimensions of parking lot accessability and vehicle maintenance in service product evaluation, have greater effect on satisfaction on service product. In service experience, positive affect have greater effect than negative affect on satisfaction on service experience. Women users perceive larger overall customer satisfaction on car sharing services than men users. On the types of usage purpose, Users with purpose of tour and dating/meeing friends perceive larger overall customer satisfaction on car sharing services than user without it. Further managerial implications of car sharing services are also provided.

  • 카 하이어링 서비스는 개개인간의 차를 공유할 수 있는 환경을 제공해주는 서비스 플랫폼이다. 카 하이어링 서비스에서는 일반적으로 웹 서버를 구축하여 자차의 대여를 원하는 개인이 해당 차량의 지역 정보, 등록 정보 등을 기입 저장한다. 이후 웹 서버를 통해 일련의 인증과정을 거친 사용자가 해당 지역에 등록되어 있는 차량의 이용을 원할 때, 서버로 본인의 유저 정보를 송신하여 차량을 대여할 수 있도록 서비스를 운영한다. 우리는 본 연구에서 비콘 기술과 영상처리를 통한 PSNR 검출을 사용하여 개인 간의 차량 대여에서 발생하는 보안성과 신뢰성 문제를 보완 향상시켜 카 하이어링 서비스를 활성화 할 수 있는 기반을 구축하고자 한다. 이를 위해 웹 서비스 구현, 인증된 사용자만이 차량을 이용할 수 있는 인증키 생성 및 암호화 알고리즘, 라즈베리파이를 비콘 스캐너로 활용한 인증키 검증 절차, 카메라 영상처리를 이용한 차량 동작 감지 방법의 구현으로 보안성을 강화한 시스템을 구축하였다.

  • 현재 컴퓨팅 환경은 분산, 이동, 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경으로 진화되고 있다. OSGi는 유비쿼터스 환경에서 디지털 이동 전화, 차량, 임베디드 가전, 가정용 게이트웨이, 데스크탑 컴퓨터, 고성능 서버에 이르기까지 그 적용범위가 확대되고 있다. 따라서 서로 다른 장비에 탑재된 OSGi 프레임워크의 서비스들을 서로 연동하여 원격 OSGi 서비스들을 공유하여 상호 운용할 수 있는 기술이 필요하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 분산 OSGi 프레임워크에서 원격 서비스의 상호운용을 지원하기 위하여 분산 미들웨어 기술인 RMI 패러다임을 적용한 원격 OSGi 서비스 상호운영 방안을 제안한다. 제안하는 원격 OSGi 서비스 상호운용 방안은 OSGi 표준 기술을 활용 및 확장하여 OSGi 아키텍처에 부합하는 원격서비스의 등록 및 발견, 접근 방법을 제공한다. 또한 동적으로 프락시 번들 및 프락시 서비스를 생성함으로써 원격 OSGi 서비스의 위치 투명성을 지원하는 특징을 가진다.

  • 자동차 IT 융합의 흐름에 따라 차량용 엔스크린 관련 기술이 본격적으로 상용화되고 있다. 정보 제공과 콘텐츠 공유를 주요 특성으로 하는 차량용 엔스크린 관련 기술들은 기기간 연동 이슈가 해결되면서 본격적인 서비스를 예고하고 있다. 차량용 엔스크린의 범위는 주요 이슈인 헤드유닛과 스마트폰의 연동 뿐만 아니라, 넓게 보면 블랙박스, 카메라, 뒷좌석 디스플레이, 클라우드 서버까지를 포함한다고 볼 수 있다. 산업적으로는, 헤드유닛을 중심으로 융합을 가져가려는 자동차 업체와 스마트폰을 중심으로 융합을 주도하려는 IT업계가 주도권을 잡기 위한 다양한 경쟁과 협력이 이루어지고 있다. 본 고에서는 차량용 엔스크린 서비스와 관련된 경쟁 동향을 정리하고 관련 기술 동향 및 발전 방향에 대해서 살펴 본다.

Development of a Vehicle Relocation Algorithm for the Promotion of One-way Car Sharing Service (공유차량의 효율적 단방향 서비스를 위한 차량 재배치 알고리즘)

  • In modern society, the transportation sector is having difficulties with mobility, safety, energy and environment issues so that solutions should be prepared progressively. Recently developed countries are paying greater attention to car-sharing systems as alternatives for relieving problems caused by increasing number of vehicles. Car-sharing systems are believed to keep the number of personal vehicles down and traffic congestion due to the fact that this system induces efficiency of vehicle operation. In this study, authors focused on solving the imbalance problem of car-sharing systems dynamically, to specifically improve one-way car sharing service. Therefore vehicle relocation algorithm was designed for maximizing profit of car sharing operators. For the application of the vehicle relocation algorithm among rental offices, we selected Haeundae-gu, Busan as the area of study. Rental offices have been designated to the zone centroid and we calculated the shortest path between rental offices by using TransCAD. In the study, we adapted MATLAB for the application of vehicle relocation algorithm. As the results, the total vehicle relocation time was estimated as 59.9 minutes. In addition, vehicle relocation algorithm was verified successfully by using Decision Tree method.

  • Vehicular cloud computing is a new emerging technology that can provide drivers with cloud services to enable various vehicular applications. A vehicular cloud is defined as a set of vehicles that share their own resources. Vehicles should collaborate with each other to construct vehicular clouds through vehicle-to-vehicle communications. Since collaborating vehicles to construct the vehicular cloud have different speeds, directions and locations respectively, the vehicular cloud is constructed in multi-hop communication range. Due to intermittent wireless connectivity and low density of vehicles with the limited resources, the construction of vehicular cloud with multi-hop communications has become challenging in vehicular environments in terms of the service success ratio, the service delay, and the transmitted packet number. Thus, we propose a multi-hop vehicular cloud construction protocol that increases the service success ratio and decreases the service delay and the transmitted packet number. The proposed protocol uses a connection time-based intermediate vehicle selection scheme to reduce the cloud failure probability of multi-hop vehicular cloud. Simulation results conducted in various environments verify that the proposed protocol achieves better performance than the existing protocol.
