주택부족 문제의 효율적 해결방안의 하나로 보급되기 시작한 아파트는 다양한 문제의 표출에도 불구하고 '좁은 땅에 많은 주택 공급'이라는 한국 현실에 가장 적합한 주거유형으로 정착되고 있다. 본 연구는 아파트를 비롯한 여러 유형의 집합주거가 어떤 계층의 가족에 의해 선호되고, 나아가 이상적인 주거유형 규범으로 인식되고 있는지 규명하기 위한 것이다. 모델에 포함된 변인중 가장의 연령과 학력은 현재 거주하는 주거유형 및 집합주거 선호에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현재 집합주거에 거주하는 가정일수록 높은 집합주거 선호를 보였다. 집합주거 규범에 관한 분석에서는 집합주거 선호 변인만 유의적인 영향을 주어, 집합주거를 선호하는 가정일수록 이를 한국 사회의 주거유형규범으로 생각하는 경향이 많은 것으로 해석할 수 있다.

본 연구는 현대 집합주택의 개발의 실험적 토대가 되었던 1960년대 이후 1990년대 초반까지의 서울지역 아파트단지들을 중심으로 단지의 측면과 단위평면의 측면에서 시대적 변천과 유형별 특성을 분석하여 국내 집합주거의 양상이 어떻게 전개되어 왔는지를 인식하고, 국내 집합주거의 질적 향상을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 하는 추후 연구의 한 준거를 제시토록 한다. 이를 위하여 집합주거의 생성과 현황에 대하여 일반적인 고찰을 진행하여, 국내 주거양식이 점차로 고층, 고밀화되어가는 과정을 살펴보고, 이러한 주거양식의 집합화가 점차로 정책적인 차원에서 더욱 고려되어지고 있음을 현대에 이르기까지의 시대적 틀 속에서 고찰해 본다. 이와 함께 집합화되는 주거양식이 단위평면속에서는 어떻게 변천해 왔는지를 규모와 제실구성, 설비 및 구조방식, 내부공간 구성방식등으로 나누어 분석한다.

If we think about the form of housing architecture, we can find a general or typical type has been through the architectural history. because the formal transformation in housing architecture is very difficult. Recently, there are many housing works in powerful ocean state, netherlands that was different from the typical type in the form of housing architecture. This study focusing on the formal characteristics in such works. Such distinctive works in netherlands is the result from an attempt to fulfill the diverse needs of our contemporary society and in an effort to refuse the typical type of the modern architecture. The main purpose of this study is to reveal the meaning of typological transformation in the contemporary' housing architecture.

The Study aims at carrying out basic research on the future housing culture plan by the aging and low fertility phenomenon which is the most serious problem that Korean society faces today. In the future, the housing culture will be transformed into a 'convergence housing complex's residential culture' that can be coexisted with households with various members, rather than a housing type represented by apartments today, due to the phenomenon of nuclear family and the increase of one resident. In this regard, this study is a basic study on the housing complex culture of Korea. It is not that the hosing complex culture has been imported from the western society today, but the Korean traditional housing complex's culture proposed by Korean first developer Segwon Jeong has already existed in Korea urban and architectural perspective. In the early 20th century, Segwon's improved Hanok planned to complement the disadvantages of the existing hanok and the modernization of hanok such as the standardization of hanok, moreover the most important point is the beginning of the Korean style housing complex by modernization of the inner space of hanok. It is expected that this study for Segwon's housing complex of improved hanok will provide important basic data for the Korean-style convergence residential culture plan needed for our society in the future.

The supply of housing can be understood through a close relationship with the urbanization phenomenon. Through industrialization and urbanization, many cities have implemented systems and policies for housing supply due to population concentration in cities, poor housing quality, and lack of housing. In the case of the Netherlands, the Housing Act was enacted in 1901 to improve the residential environment during the period when the population was concentrated in the city, and various efforts were made to expand the housing supply. Through this process, we understand the background of collective housing types in the Netherlands and analyze the application stages of contemporary residential housing planning in Rotterdam and Amsterdam. On the other hand, through the experience of Western society, we examine how to view the problem of multi-family housing types in our society, where the proportion of apartments is continuously increasing.

The purpose of this study is to get preeminent data from comparative analysis of multi-family housing unit plans between Korea and China nowadays. Even though Korea and China belong to common cultured band in Asia, there are many different Housing aspects and unit plans. Through this study we want to grasp the characteristics of both nation's apartment unit plans and to contribute for advance into the China apartment market. Analysis target is constructing and lotting out apartment at South Korea and China in 2004, and the space syntax model is used as an analysis tool. First, analyze kind, number and special quality of each room by use area, and second, analyze area and scale of the rooms. Through the integration analysis we know the grade of rank and centrality of each rooms, and search difference of South Korean and Chinese apartment.

본 연구에서는 일본의 워터프런트 니시노미야하마의 거주자를 대상으로 앙케이트 조사를 실시하여 속성, 주거 내외 총합평가, 친수 활동 등에 대해 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 향후의 워터 프런트에 입지하는 집합주택 거주자들의 거주환경에 대한 상이점을 알 수 있었다.또 워터프런트지역에서 "방의 넓이" "통풍" "전망 채광" "프라이버시의 확보"등 워터프런트에 입지하는 집합주택의 계획수립 시에 상기한 거주환경의 조성이 거주자들의 주거의식에 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있었다.

This study focuses on the social problems such as aging and nuclear family in our society, and aims at carrying out basic research for the new residential culture plan corresponding to this socail phenomenons. The subject of this study is $Unit{\acute{e}}$ d'Habitation in Marseille, a French public collective housing designed by architect Le Corbusier. Among the important national ideologies that the French government has built through the long history and cultural growth, the theme of 'Residence' is not only a residence but a foundation of citizen welfare. In this context, the value of $Unit{\acute{e}}$ d'Habitation as common collective housing is very high because it presents the spirit of citizen welfare pursued by the country as residential community where various generations of households can coexist together. It is expected that the study on residential community, which is the subject of this study, will positively influence the presentation of a new residential culture for various subdivided generations of our society.

The purpose of this study is to grasp the foundation and development of perimeter block housing in Berlin. The results of this study is as follows : Perimeter block housing in Berlin have been developed from small laborer house to gradually large- scale housing. The court used for natural lighting and draft, have been developed to a space for resident community or individual garden.
