본 논문에서는 우편사업의 효율적 운영을 위해 추진중인 우편집중국의 건설과 관련하여 기존에 발표된 우편집중국의 건설에 관한 연구보고서 등을 통해서 우편집중국의 운영에 관한 연구 둥을 분석한다. 또한, 우편집중국간의 우편수송경로결정 의사결정지원 시스템을 개발하기 위해 우편물 수송모델을 수송수단에 따른 복수계층 네트워크(Multi layer network)로 구성하여, 이를 다품목네트워크 흐름문제로 수송모델을 정의하고, 정수선형계획문제로 정식화하여 최적화 S/W LINGO를 이용하여 구한 해의 결과를 분석하여 향후 우편수송경로결정을 위한 의사결정지원시스템의 기본으로 활용하고자 한다.

Recently, many researches has performed on human brain wave actively. In order to analyze these brain waves using EEG(electroencephalography) sensors collect EEG data and EEG can be analyzed by using a frequency analysis of the EEG. In this paper, we performed EEG analysis that NeuroSky's mindwave mobile EEG sensor collects brain wave data and analyze the delta, theta, alpha, SMR, beta wave using a frequency analysis of collected EEG. Target of this study is analysis of what kind of relationship between concentration and brain wave in frequency domain. By these analysis, we can analyse not only the commonly known close relationship between concentration and beta wave but also analyse correlation of other frequency components. Furthermore our research result will be contribute to studies to be more advanced form of brain wave analysis.

This study has extracted observation data by spatial factor for the analysis of subjects' selective attention with the objects of public space at the entrance of subway stations. The methods extracting observation data can be summarized as the following. First, the frequency analysis by lattice was prevalent for those methods, but there is a limitation to the analysis of the observation data. On the contrary, the method extracting observation data by factor applied in this study can make it clear if any sight is concentrated on any particular factors in a space. Second, the results from the extracted data corresponding to the observation area can be objectified while the method setting up the observation area by applying the radius of fovea. Third, time-sequential trace of observation results of relevant factors was possible through hourly analysis of spatial factors. The consideration of the results of "corresponding spatial scope" which is the object of this study will reveal that the more the observation time, the less the degree of attention it receives. Fourth, the frequency of observation superiority was applied for the analysis of the sections with selective attention by time scope; this revealed that men and women had intensive observation in time scope I (52.4 %) and in time scope IV (24.0 %), respectively.

일반적으로 한반도에 발생하는 호우 피해의 발생원인은 태풍과 집중호우로 대표 할 수 있다. 그러나 수공구조물의 설계시에 호우의 발생원인 별로 치수대책을 마련하는 경우는 거의 없으며, 태풍에 의해서 발생하는 호우사상에 대한 분석은 종종 이루어졌으나, 집중호우로 인한 호우특성을 분석한 경우는 거의 없는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 강우의 발생 원인을 태풍과 집중호우로 구분하여 각각의 기간에 발생한 강우자료로부터 년최대 시계열을 작성하여 분석하였다. 또한 우리나라에 큰 피해를 줬던 태풍 루사의 발생 전과 후의 변화를 알아보기 위하여 자료기간을 관측개시일부터 2001년까지와 2009년까지로 구분하여 비교하였다. 빈도해석 결과 우리나라 동해안과 남해안은 태풍의 영향을 크게 받고 서해안과 내륙은 집중호우의 영향을 크게 받는 것으로 분석되었고 태풍이 오기 전과 후의 영향이 크게 변화하진 않았으나 확률강우량 값의 증가와 약간의 분포의 변화를 확인 할 수 있었다. 그리고 빈도해석 자료를 이용하여 호우의 발생 원인에 따른 강우강도를 산정하고 각각의 IDF 곡선을 비교분석하였다.

최근 기상이변 및 이상기후로 인해 예상치 못한 극치사상이 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 이로 인한 수자원관리 측면에 있어 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 특히 집중호우나 태풍 사상과 같이 단 시간 내에 많은 양의 강수량을 동반한 경우 댐과 같은 대형 수공구조물의 파괴로 인해 인명 및 재산피해의 가능성을 증가시키고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 우리나라에 발생하는 시간강수량에 대한 평가를 하기 위해 우리나라에 발생하는 시간강수량과 수문기상인자인 해수면 온도 및 습윤지수와의 상관관계 분석을 통해 수문기상인자가 우리나라 강수량에 미치는 영향을 평가하였다. 또한, 우리나라에 발생하는 극한강우를 발생 원인별로 태풍 사상과 집중호우 사상으로 구분하여 수문기상인자와의 상관성 분석 결과를 바탕으로 Empirical Simulation Technique 기법을 적용하여 집중호우와 태풍으로 발생하는 강우의 특성을 평가하였다.

Recently, technology acquisition through technology trade plays a critical role in obtaining national competitiveness in a global era. However, current studies mostly focus on grasping the characteristics or macro status of technology trade and analyzing the impact of technology acquisition through the technology transaction, leading to the failure of providing a theoretical and practical background of national policy-making. Therefore, this research aims at investigating the concentration rate of technology, companies and countries where Korean companies obtain technological capability on the basis of the Bank of Korea's data related to 'loyalty payment in technology licensing', additionally analyzing the types of exported technology and loyalty payment. From these analyses, the degree of concentration that pre-defined 31 technology classifications depend on specific technologies, companies and nations are examined and the characteristics of technology trade types are investigated. The results of this research can be used to make a technology policy and analyze the characteristics of technology innovation of Korea industries.

하천의 유출은 매우 다양하고 복잡한 형태를 나타내므로 홍수조절 등 수자원의 효율적인 활용을 위해서는 강우-유출과정에 대한 정확한 해석과 정도 높은 유출량 산정이 필요하다. 이 연구의 목적은 한국수자원공사에서 다목적댐의 홍수분석에 사용하고 있는 집중형 모형(Kwater 홍수분석모형)과 분포형 모형(KIMSTORM 모형)의 비교분석을 통해 두가지 모형의 문제점과 향후 적용성을 연구하는데 있다. 본 연구의 공간적 범위는 남한에서 산지가 많고 다우지역에 속하는 남강의 상류 지역인 남강다목적댐 유역($2,285km^2$)를 대상으로 하였으며, 시간적인 범위는 남한에 많은 홍수피해를 발생시킨 주요 태풍(2002년 루사, 2003년의 매미, 2006년 에위니아)을 대상으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 분포형 모형이 집중형 모형에 비해 더 정확한 강우-유출 현상 모의가 가능한 것으로 분석되었으며, 향후 분포형 모형의 적용성 확대를 위해서는 다른 유역에 대하여도 연구 검토가 필요가 있는 것으로 판단된다.

최근 금융 분야에서는 빅 데이터를 이용하여 주가예측 모형을 만들어내고 있으며, 특히 금융 시계열 자료의 변동성 집중 현상을 금융 빅 데이터를 이용하여 분석함으로써 세계 주식시장의 동조화 현상을 분석하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 한국과 중국의 일별 주가지수수익률과 일중 주가지수수익률을 이용하여 이들 2개 국가의 대표적인 주가지수 시계열 데이터에 변동성 집중 현상이 존재하는지를 보다 세밀하게 추적하여 양국 주식시장의 동조화 현상을 분석한다. 분석 결과, 한국의 KOSPI와 중국의 Shanghai 종합주가지수의 지수수익률 시계열 자료는 단위근이 존재하지 않으며, 변동성 집중 현상을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 한국보다는 중국 주식시장의 변동성 집중현상이 보다 강하게 나타나며, 이러한 현상은 일중 주가지수수익률 시계열 자료에서 보다 두드러지게 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 주행 중 운전자의 운전작업 중 전방 주의집중 여부를 모니터링하는 연구 방안들을 조사하고 최신 연구 동향을 분석하였으며, 자율주행자동차에서 운전자의 주의집중이 필요한 상황들에 대해 사전에 안내하는 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 연구 동향을 조사한 결과 대부분의 방법은 시각 자료 기반과 생체신호 기반으로 진행하고 있다. 연구분석 결과를 바탕으로 두 가지 방법 중 본 연구에서는 시각 자료 기반 연구 방법에 초점을 맞추어, 자동차에 설치된 카메라를 통해 수집된 영상에서 운전자의 운전작업 주의 여부를 식별하는 방법들에 대해서 분석을 진행하였다. 주행 영상에서 HoG(histogram of oriented gradients) 특징과 딥러닝 학습을 통해 운전자의 주의집중 여부를 모니터링하는 방법이 효과적임을 제시한다. 본 연구조사를 통해 분석된 운전자 모니터링 방안들을 자율주행 자동차에 적용하기 위한 운전자 주의 태만 경고시스템에 적용이 가능함을 제시한다.

Prior literature shows that audit market concentration which is measured as the Herfindahl index is negatively associated with audit quality in Korea. This study analyzes whether characteristics of an audit committee have effect on the relation between audit market concentration and audit quality. This is because it is expected that effective audit committees restrict the tendency of dominant auditors to neglect their duties. The empirical results of this study using the sample firms having an audit committee listed in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index market for 2006-2015 are summarized as follows. First, consistent with prior research, audit quality decreases as audit market concentration increases. However, audit quality is not lowered as audit market concentration rises only when the audit committee has financial expertise among representative characteristics of an audit committee - independence, financial expertise, and activity. This research finds contributions in that it explores the effect of audit committee characteristics on audit quality in consideration of audit market concentration and utilizes the differential types of the characteristics of an audit committee at the same time.
