산란계의 난각질은 완전 식품인 계란의 품질을 보전하는데 매우 중요할 뿐만 아니라, 소비자에게 보여지는 품질을 위해서도 대단히 중요하게 다루어져야 한다. 특히, 갈수록 까다로워지는 소비자의 욕구에 부응하여 계란의 소비를 촉진시킴으로서 지속적으로 양계산업이 발전되도록 하기 위해서는 소비자가 좋아하여 찾는 난각질을 만들어야 한다.

본 논문에서는 국가 지리정보 시스템 기술 개발 사업의 지원으로 현재 연구, 개발되고 있는 공간 객체 관리 시스템에서 래스터 형태의 공간 정보를 처리하는 래스터 처리기를 설계하고 구현하였다. 먼저 공간 객체 관리 시스템의 저장 시스템안에 저장될 래스터 정보의 데이터 구조를 정의하고, 이를 클래스 라이브러리의 형태로 구현하여 응용 애플리케이션의 작성시 사용할 수 있도록 하였다. 그리고, 래스터 정보를 추출하기 위한 질의문 작성에 포함되는 질의 연산 및 관련 모듈을 구현하여 공간 객체 관리 시스템의 질의 수행기에 삽입하여 래스터 정보의 질의를 처리할 수 있도록 하였다.

2013년부터 1~3종 대기배출사업장의 자가측정에 관한 기록과 배출시설 및 방지시설의 운영기록부를 전산에 의한 기록, 보존하도록 운영하고 있으며, 2014년에는 4~5종의 대기배출사업장에 대한 대기배출원 조사를 시행할 예정이다. 대기배출원 관리시스템(SEMS)의 전산매체를 활용한 국가 대기배출원조사와 배출시설 및 방지시설의 운영기록부 전산화 등의 대기 배출원 관리를 통해 대기질 관리의 선진화를 앞당길 것으로 기대가 되고 있다.

This study conducted a questionnaire survey for some local senior populations in Jeonbuk province, Korea, and came to the following conclusions: This study analyzed possible differences in elders' oral health beliefs and oral health behaviors depending on their general characteristics. As a result, it was found that there were significant differences in their oral health beliefs depending upon their religion, academic career and oral health conditions. It was found that high oral health beliefs group showed more significant differences in 'toothbrushing' and 'diet control' than low oral health beliefs group(p < .05). It was found that active oral health behavior group had higher quality of life than inactive oral health behavior group(p < .05), and 'regular visit of dental clinic' was a critical determinant of life quality(p < .05).

This study examined the influence of case management implementation factors on mentally ill person's quality of life based on case managers and clients who are from Mental Health Total Care voucher agencies. Hierarchical Lineral Model was used to verify client factors, case manager factors, agency factors and service providing factors. For the first time in our nation, major findings were found that case manager's career and intervention range have influence on mentally ill persons's quality of life, and that there is no influence for the caseload below 20 cases per one person. The practical implication was suggested about usefulness of case manager's career, caseload and intervention range within local social community system.

인간에게 있어 무엇보다 중요한 것은 보다 나은 삶의 질을 보장 받는 것일 것이다. 그리고 이 양질의 삶의 기초가 건강임은 두말할 나위도 없다. 따라서 건강을 위한 체육활동은 삶의 질을 향상시키는데 있어 아주 중요한 역할을 한다고 할 수 있다. 인간의 보다 나은 삶의 질을 위해 생활에서 실천할 수 있는 다양한 생활체육을 보급하는 곳에 있다. ‘91년 본격적으로 활동을 시작한 국민생활체육협의회는 현재 전국적 규모의 조직을 갖고 국민의 건강을 위해, 그리고 사회와 국가의 건강에 기여하기 위해 많은 활동을 전개하고 있다.

축산물품질평가원에서는 축산물등급판정업무와 축산물등급에 대한 제도 및 작업장 관리, 운영 등을 담당하는 축평원의 핵심부서인 평가관리처가 있다. 현재 닭 계란 오리 등급판정 운용 및 개선기준 발굴과 기준보완에 대한 사항, 자체품질평가사 양성교육에 대한 사항 등을 담당하는 평가사업본부의 주무차장인 전승엽 차장을 kape인(人) 이야기에 소개하고자 한다.

최근 무선 환경에서 객체의 공간정보를 얻을 수 있는 기술들이 발전함에 따라 이동 객체를 대상으로 하는 여러 응용 시스템들이 등장하였다 이런 응용들의 요구사항을 만족시키기 위해서는 연속적으로 변화하는 이동 객체의 공간 정보를 저장 및 관리 할 수 있어야 하며 다양한 사용자 질의를 처리해야 한다. 그리나 기존의 이동객체 데이터베이스에 대한 연구는 실세계의 사용자 질의 처리시 질의 대상이 되는 객체나 간을 제한한다는 단점이 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 연속적으로 변화하는 이동 객체의 공간 정보를 관리하기 위한 데이터베이스 구조를 제시하고 이를 기반으로 사용자 질의 처리를 위한 시공간 이동 객체 연산자를 설계한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics and implications of the quality management policy through teachers' entire life in Japan case study. This article composed of four chapters; Implication and problem situation, Backgrounds and streams of the japanese teacher reform policy, Characteristics of the main policies about managing the teacher's quality through their life, and Conclusion(Japanese characteristics and the suggestion for Korea). The main quality management policy means the various teacher recruitment and selection system, Merit system of personnel management, Effective management of a system for teachers performing unsatisfactorily, Professional development for teachers with new and 10 years' experience, and Teacher Certificate Renewal System every ten years. The method of study composed of the literature search and interview. The System Analysis[input-process-output-feedback] is used as a model of the analyze the policy process[backgrounds & T.O-quality management system-japanese teacher's reaction & implications to korea] The Central Council for Education(CCE;2012.8.28) has released "An Outline of Measures for Comprehensively Improving the Quality and Ability of Teachers throughout their career". This report can be regarded as a blueprint for the teacher reform policy in japan. As a conclusion, Ten lessons is proposed for the Korea policy improving the quality and ability of teachers(training, employment, and development).
