In this work, we predict a true fracture strain using load-displacement curves from tensile test and finite element analysis (FEA), and suggest a method for acquiring true stress-strain (SS) curves by predicted fracture strain. We first derived the true SS curve up to necking point from load-displacement curve. As the beginning, the posterior necking part of true SS curve is linearly extrapolated with the slope at necking point. The whole SS curve is then adopted for FE simulation of tensile test. The Bridgman factor or suitable plate correction factors are applied to pre and post FEA. In the load-true strain curve from FEA, the true fracture strain is determined as the matching point to test fracture load. The determined true strain is validated by comparing with test fracture strain. Finally, we complete the true SS curve by combining the prior necking part and linear part, the latter of which connects necking and predicted fracture points.

The purpose of this study is to design career learning program content and to suggest a development plan in order to assist in freshmen's successful adaptation. To accomplish this goal, first, we reviewed the precedent studies on the situations and problems of freshmen and education programs for freshmen. H. university freshmen's needs for support programs were analyzed. Second, a career learning program conceptual model was developed based on the results of precedent studies and program needs analysis. Third, the program contents for enhancing career learning competency were designed, and we suggested a development plan focusing on customized content, emotional support, and on-off line convergence program. It developed career learning tracks, big data analysis, and action planning as main content. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data for the development and implementation of competency-based customized career learning programs for freshmen, which will help improve the quality of career learning programs and freshmen's adaptability.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causes of career problems, which are the biggest problems of Korean university students, and to solve them by using case studies of domestic and global universities, I would like to suggest a career advisor system model for college students. It is most important to collect advice and learning data to solve the career problems of college students by utilizing information technology such as data analysis and AI. Research has not been actively pursued because the university has very limited internal data to advise on career problems. In this paper, we study the data types and methods of college students' career advice, and propose a career advisor counseling system for college students.

This study examined career maturity of primary and middle school students who were interested in teaching job and compared to those who were interested in being a doctor. Using the data from the Korean Education Longitudinal Study 2013, we examined changes in the number of students (primary 5 through middle 2) who were interested in teaching as a job as well as in being a doctor. In addition, the participants' career maturity such as self-understanding, career planing, and attitudes towards job were examined and independent sample t-tests were conducted to compare two groups of students. Overall, the students who were interested in teaching showed lower level of career maturity compared to those who expected to be a doctor. Additionally, as students advanced to higher grades, the points of career maturity had been decreased regardless of which job they were interested in. Based on the findings, suggestions will be made to broaden the pool for future teachers.

지난 4월 26일 대한양계협회 제 21대 회장이 선출되면서 이후 신임 부회장으로 육계 산란계 종계 각 위원장이 선임되었다. 육계위원장은 지난달 11일 대전에서 열린 육계위원회에서 만장일치로 오세진 위원장이 추대되면서 새로운 시작을 알렸다. 그날 자리에서 오세진 육계위원장을 만나 소감과 함께 앞으로 육계위원회 운영 방향에 대해 들어보았다.

이원진 한국어도비 신임 대표이사는 지난해까지 한국매크로미디어 지사장을 지내다 매크로미디어가 어도비에 인수 합병되면서 새롭게 어도비코리아의 리더가되었다. 매크로미디어 지사장으로 있을 당시 '뛰어난 기술력'과 '미래지향적인 비전'을 중요시 했기 때문에 앞으로의 어도비코리아의 행로에 많은 관심이 모아지고 있다. 이원진 어도비코리아 신임대표이사를 만나 앞으로의 계획을 들어봤다.
