Recently, leading edge companies use the Supply Chain Management as a competitive weapon to secure and maintain customer loyalty. As a consequence, they are concentrating resources on the company's core business and employing strategic alliances with third-party providers to ensure the company provides its customers' desired logistics service levels at acceptable costs. Under this circumstances, this paper surveys the third party logistics as a loading edge logistics industry coping with the progress of the supply chain management. The status and the type of the TPL including the Forwarder are analyzed in the view point of global logistics. Also, the development strategy of third party logistics in the future is suggested.

조기에 홍수 위험을 예측하고, 빠르게 이동 또는 진화하는 강수 사상을 추적하기 위해서는 높은 시간 해상도의 실시간 강우 생산이 필요하다. 레이더는 순간 강우강도를 측정하기 때문에, 긴 시간 간격의 관측 주기는 빠르게 움직이는 폭풍의 레이더 QPE에 상당한 샘플링 오차가 발생하기 쉽다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 레이더 관측주기에 따른 강우량의 정량적 차이에 대한 검증을 실시하였다. 본 검토는 2013-2014년 한국건설기술연구원(KICT) X-Band 이중편파레이더로 관측된 사상을 대상으로 하였다. 최소 관측주기(관측전략에 따른 최소 관측주기)를 토대로 샘플링을 하여 긴관측주기 자료를 생산하였다. 비교결과, 약 5분 관측주기에서도 5 % 이상의 차이를 보이는 경우가 상당수 있었다. 이 결과를 토대로 보면 도시홍수 관측을 위해서는 대략 1-2분 정도의 관측주기를 유지해야 하는 것으로 나타났다.

The Korean high-speed rail network has been made a remarkable growth recording the world's 4th rank passenger transportation scale during last 5 years after opening the revenue service of Kyoung-bu high-speed line in 2004. However, in spite of it's outstanding growth, Korean Rail technology should meet a demand of intensive technology development in order to prepare a severe competition with an advance parties of worldwide high-speed rail technology. In this paper, the characteristics and new trend of world's rail industry was reviewed based on the most recent statistics and papers of worldwide rail network from UIC and WCR32008. In conclusion, new R&D strategy with choice an concentration for the Korean high-speed rail industry was suggested based on an analysis on the trend of evolution of the state of the art technologies in worldwide high-speed rail system.

This paper presents the optimal design method of the train repair facility based on the simulation analysis. The train is divided into the power car, motorized car and passenger car for the simulation process analysis and train repair facility is composed of each subsystems such as a blast, dry and wash workshop. In simulation analysis, we consider the critical (dependent) factors and design (independent) factors for the optimal design. Therefore, a simulation optimization uses Evolution Strategy (ES) in order to find the optimal design factors. Experimental results indicate that simulation design factors are sufficient to satisfy the conditions of dependent variables. The proposed analysis method demonstrates that simulation design factors determined by the simulation optimization are appropriate for real design factors in a real situation and the accuracy and confidence for the simulation results are increased.

최근 기업들은 빅데이터 활용을 통해 얻은 분석결과를 고객 마케팅 및 영업 전략 수립에 적극 활용함으로써 수익성 증대 및 비용 절감이라는 기대 효익를 달성하고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 기업 내 시스템 사용자를 고객으로 두고 있는 HRM시스템 역시 인사데이터 분석을 기반으로 사용자의 기호와 요구사항을 반영한 가치 있는 정보를 제공해줌으로써 기존 기업 고객 이외에 잠재적인 고객층을 확보할 수 있는 맞춤형 HRM 시스템으로 진화해야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 빅데이터 기반의 인사데이터 분석의 필요성과 국외 인사데이터 분석 활용사례를 살펴보고 이를 기반으로 빅데이터 분석기술을 활용하여 사용자에게 가치 있는 정보를 제공해주는 개인화된 맞춤형 HRM시스템을 제안 및 설계하고자 한다.

본 논문은 범정부 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처(EA)의 메타모델을 UML 다이어그램을 이용하여 개선 연구에 관한 논문이다. 여러 공공기관과 기업에서는 '범정부 정보기술아키텍처 적용'이란 전자정부 로드맵 과제로 정보기술을 그들의 경영혁신을 위한 전략적 도구로 도입하였으며, 조직 전체의 최적화 및 통합, 조직의 진화관리, 조직업무의 효율성 및 효과성 등을 제공하는 방법으로 EA를 개발 및 적용하고 있다. 하지만 EA 프레임워크에서 제안하는 메타모델들은 단순한 네모 박스와 선으로 연결된 의미가 부족한 메타모델들을 제안하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 메타모델에 의미를 부여하는 작업으로 UML 다이어그램을 이용한 새로운 메타모델 다이어그램들을 제안한다. UML에서 사용된 의미를 가진 다이어그램을 범정부 엔터프라이즈 아키텍처의 메타모델에 적용함으로써 의미적인 메타모델의 다이어그램을 통해 보다 의미 전달이 용이한 메타모델로 사용되어 질 수 있을 것이다.

본 논문은 메타버스 환경에서 문제가 대두되고있는 AI 윤리(ethic)를 배경으로 인터랙션을 통해 사람들의 온라인과 오프라인의 결정요소에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 대화형 AI가 어떻게 윤리적으로 진화될 수 있을지에 대한 공학적 솔루션을 UX 관점으로 찾아보는 기술 전략 연구라고 할 수 있다. 연구의 가설은 AI 의 머신러닝과정에 개별 사용자 그룹의 경험데이터가 반드시 포함되고 고려되어야 AI 는 오류값을 줄이고 윤리적으로 대응할 수 있다는 전제이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문은 기존의 머신러닝과 대화형 AI 의 UX 관점의 다이아로그 플로우 등을 연구 분석하고 사용자 데이터들을 실험하여 메타버스 서비스 환경에서의 기존에 논의되고 있는 컨택스트기반의 AI 머신러닝 과정에 사용자의 정성적 경험데이터를 추가한 윤리적 UX 접근 개념 모델을 제안 하였다. 아직은 개념모델 단계이고 시스템에서는 지금까지 다르지 않았던 비정량적인 감정과 융합적경험을 어떻게 문화적으로 코드화 하고 시스템적인 랭귀지와 연결시킬 수 있을지에 대한사용자 연구가 후속연구로 진행될 예정이다.

방통융합기술이 급격히 발전하고 이에 따른 서비스가 진화함에 따라 기존 미디어 환경은 실감화, 지능화, 연결화, 융합화 되는 스마트미디어 시대로 진입하면서 인간 생활에 혁신을 가져오고 있다. 기존 교육 환경이 학교의 틀에서 일방향의 형태로 지식을 전달하는 체제이지만, 4차 산업혁명시대에 진입하면서 사회는 굳은 조직과 질서의 틀을 벗어나 빠르게 다변화 하고 복잡해지는 사회 구조가 되어 가고 있어 지식을 쌓는 전통적인 교육보다는 당면한 문제를 주도적으로 해결할 수 있는 창의적 역량을 키워주어야 사회에서 적응할 수 있는 시대가 되었다. 따라서 이러한 스마트미디어를 교육 시스템에 활용하면 4차 산업혁명시대에 적합한 창의적 역량을 발휘할 수 있을 것이며 학습의 성취도, 만족도, 몰입도 등에서 상당한 효과를 얻을 수 있을 것이다. 본 논문은 현재와 미래의 융합미디어 환경에서 바람직한 교육정책을 제안하고자 한다.

기업의 국제화와 해외시장에서의 마케팅 활동의 진행을 설명하는 점진적 모델은 국제마케팅 전략 변화의 기초가 되는 국제시장에서의 몰입수준의 변화가 증분적으로 진화한다고 보고 있다. 그러나 이 모델은 자체적으로도 여러 문제점을 안고 있으며 최근 정보기술의 발달에 의한 인터넷환경에서 과거의 점진적 모델이 그대로 적용가능한가에 대해서는 재고할 필요가 있다. 새로운 인터넷 환경하에서는 과거의 영향요인들은 이제 더 이상 제약 내지 위협 요인으로서 작용하지 않게 된다. 자원이 적은 기업도 국제화를 빠른 시간에 진전시킬 수 있으며 시장 선택, 시장 확장, 진입 시기 및 방식에 있어서 인터넷을 중요한 수단으로 이용하여 국제화의 몰입수준을 높일 수 있다. 정보가 중요한 상황에서는 자원보유의 유무보다도 정보를 이용해 자원을 동원할 수 있고 이를 국제마케팅에 적극 활용하는 것이 기업의 국제화의 성패를 결정하는 요인이 될 것이다.

Why has India become a key actor in the maritime-configured Indo-Pacific region? There are some external factors, but for India, its geo-strategic frontier encompassing its geopolitical and maritime interests is expanding rapidly beyond its territorial space across both the Indian and Pacific oceans amidst an increasingly arduous geopolitical and security environment. India must, therefore, acquire the ability to influence events within this strategic arena using all facets of national power, including maritime-military power. Lately, therefore, New Delhi has invested much intellectual capital to review its maritime-security strategy. India's new strategy is premised on the concept of holistic security involving the 'softer' aspects of maritime-security, and a rekindling of maritime consciousness in India, a nation that has traditionally been beset by 'sea-blindness'. The strategy adopts a region-wide, inclusive, and a more proactive approach than hitherto, as is evident in its title 'Ensuring Secure Seas: Indian Maritime Security Strategy'. While it deals with the growing concern of new non-traditional threats in the Indian littoral and the need for military deterrence and preparedness, it also addresses the imperatives for India to seek a favorable and rules-based benign environment in its immediate and extended maritime periphery, including through multi-vectored strategic partnerships dictated by its enduring principle of strategic autonomy. For a more profound and comprehensive understanding of India's maritime-security strategy, this paper examines the key unstated and implicit factors that underpin the strategy. These include India's historical and cultural evolution as a nation; its strategic geography; its geopolitical and security perceptions; and the political directions to its security forces. The paper deals specifically with India's response to maritime threats ranging from natural disasters, crime and state-sponsored terrorism to those posed by Pakistan and China, as well as the Indian Navy's envisaged security role East of the Malacca Straits. It also analyzes the aspects of organizational restructuring and force planning of India's maritime-security forces.
