A Refined Strategic Canvas of Blue Ocean Strategy Based on the Business Evolution (비즈니스 진화에 기초한 블루오션 전략캔버스의 개선에 관한 연구)

  • Recently, it is not sufficient that contemporary firms satisfy customers to be really successful, they must create new value. To do so, many firms focus on the blue ocean strategy. The blue ocean strategy proposed the strategic canvas as a main tool for identifying the opportunities for value differentiation. It is easy to understand and for the use, but has weakness that is a unclear procedure to make it done. To complement its weak point, this study proposes a refined strategic canvas based on the concept of the business evolution that comes from a discontinuous evolution trend of 5 stages known as customer expectation.

A Nodes Set Based Hybrid Evolutionary Strategy on the Rectilinear Steiner Tree Problem (점집합을 개체로 이용한 직각거리 스타이너 나무 문제의 하이브리드 진화 전략에 관한 연구)

  • The rectilinear Steiner tree problem (RSTP) is to find a minimum-length rectilinear interconnection of a set of terminals in the plane. It is well known that the solution to this problem will be the minimal spanning tree(MST) on some set Steiner points. The RSTP is known to be NP-complete. The RSTP has received a lot of attention in the literature and heuristic and optimal algorithms have been proposed. A key performance measure of the algorithm for the RSTP is the reduction rate that is achieved by the difference between the objective value of the RSTP and that of the MST without Steiner points. A hybrid evolutionary strategy on RSTP based upon nodes set is presented. The computational results show that the hybrid evolutionary strategy is better than the previously proposed other heuristic. The average reduction rate of solutions from the evolutionary strategy is about 11.14%, which is almost similar to that of optimal solutions.

  • Recently leading edge companies use the Supply Chain Management as a competitive weapon to secure and maintain customer loyalty. As a consequency they are concentrating resources on the company’s core business and employing strategic alliances with third-party providers to ensure the company provides its customers’desired logistics service levels at acceptable costs. Under this circumstances this paper surveys the third party logistics as a leading edge logistics industry coping with the progress of the supply chain management. The status and the type of the TPL including the Forwarder are analyzed in the view point of global logistics. Also the development strategy of third party logistics in the future is suggested.

  • 유비쿼터스 사회 실현의 핵심 기술인 RFID/USN 기술은 우리 정부의 USN구축 기본계획과u-IT839기술개발 정책에 따라 국산화, 기술 고도화 및 핵심 원천기술 개발을 전략적으로 추진하여 그 성과가 나타나고 있다. RFID/USN 기술은 가장 기본적인 사물의 식별 단계로부터, 이력 추적, 상태정보의 모니터링, 실시간 감시 및 제어, 자율형 서비스로 진화함에 따라 전통적인 RFID 및 무선센서네트워크에서 출발하여 궁극적으로 다양한 응용서비스를 지원하는 USN기술로 발전될 것이다. 향후 RFID 기술 분야는 상태정보처리 및 위치 추적 등 복합 기능과 성능 고도화로 발전되고 Item단위까지 적용하기 위한 새로운 리더, 초저가의 Printed 태그 및 불법 복제 방지 등의 새로운 기술이 개발될 전망이다. 센서네트워크 분야에서는 기존의 IEEE802.15.4와 ZigBee를 뛰어넘어 저전력, 고신뢰성, 확장성, 이동성 등을 지원하기 위해 효율적인 무선전송, 초경량의 노드, 네트워킹, Cross-layer최적화, 데이터 융합 등의 핵심기술 이 요구되고 USN 미들웨어 기술은 다양한 USN응용 서비스를 위해 공통 S/W 플랫폼을 제공하고 다양한 센서네트워크로부터 수집한 정보를 가공하여 서비스간 연계 통합하는 플랫폼으로 발전될 전망이다.

  • Cellular automata are dynamical systems in which space and time are discrete, where each cell has a finite number of states and updates its states by interactive rules among the cell-neighborhood. From the characteristics of self-reproduction and self- organization, it is possible to create a neural network which has the specific patterns or structures dynamically. CAM-Brain is a kind of such neural network system which evolves its structure by adopting evolutionary computations like genetic algorithms (GA). In this paper, we suggest the evolution strategies for the structure of neural networks based on cellular automata.

  • 최근 문화기술(CT) 기반으로 다양한 산업의 콘텐츠화가 급속히 진행되고 있는 가운데, 융합형 콘텐츠가 새로운 성장동력으로서 주목받고 있다. 또한 상상력과 창의력 기반의 문화적 요소가 가미된 융합형 콘텐츠 산업은 '경쟁없는 시장'으로서 국가 비즈니스 혁신의 돌파구가 될 것으로 전망되고 있다. 이런 상황에서 차세대 융합형 콘텐츠 분야의 유망 전략 산업에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵 작성 및 기술기획 프레임워크(framework) 구축은 미래 기술기획 및 기술개발, 관련 산업의 활성화, R&D 투자 배분 등을 위한 사전 작업 및 방향지표로서의 의의를 가진다. 이에 본 고에서는 유망 융합형 콘텐츠 분야에 대한 산업-기술 연계 로드맵을 3가지 기술발전 경로, 즉 단위 소요기술의 향상(upgrade road), 기존 소요기술의 진화(evolution road), 단위 소요기술의 혁신(innovation road)을 반영하여 작성하는 입체로드맵으로 기술기획 프레임워크 내에서 제시 적용하도록 한다.

스마트 미디어 생태계

  • 본고에서는 스마트폰과 스마트TV 등과 같은 커넥티드 디바이스(connected device)에 관한 ICT 생태계(이하 '스마트 미디어 생태계')에 대해 알아본다. 스마트 미디어 생태계는 플랫폼을 중심으로 가치가 창출되는 생태계라는 특징을 가진다. 특히, 양면시장(two-sided market)에서 관찰되는 직/간접적 네트워크 외부성(direct and indirect network externality)에 의해 작동된다. 또한 단일 기능요소보다는 여러 사업자로부터 제공되는 기능요소들의 복합체인 플랫폼 연합체(platform coalition)로 출발한다. 이에 따라 생태계 초기에는 생태계 간 경쟁과 더불어 생태계 내에서 메타 플랫폼(meta platform)의 지위를 획득하려는 지배구조 경쟁도 전개된다. 스마트 미디어 생태계의 특성과 진화과정 및 운영원리에 대한 이해는 생태계 참여자들의 전략과 생태계 활성화를 위한 정책방향에 시사하는 바가 크다.

  • So in terms of the changing of marketing strategies, it is widely required to resort to SNS or other newly invented marketing methods capable of make up for the lack of communication with clients or the duplicity of information which could be found in the existing internet-based marketing method. Like any other businesses, real estate market has to respond to the change of conditions with marketing-oriented management.

Predicting Personal Credit Rating with Incomplete Data Sets Using Frequency Matrix technique (Frequency Matrix 기법을 이용한 결측치 자료로부터의 개인신용예측)

  • This study suggests a frequency matrix technique to predict personal credit rate more efficiently using incomplete data sets. At first this study test on multiple discriminant analysis and logistic regression analysis for predicting personal credit rate with incomplete data sets. Missing values are predicted with mean imputation method and regression imputation method here. An artificial neural network and frequency matrix technique are also tested on their performance in predicting personal credit rating. A data set of 8,234 customers in 2004 on personal credit information of Bank A are collected for the test. The performance of frequency matrix technique is compared with that of other methods. The results from the experiments show that the performance of frequency matrix technique is superior to that of all other models such as MDA-mean, Logit-mean, MDA-regression, Logit-regression, and artificial neural networks.

  • Evolutionary acquisition is an alternative to the grand design acquisition approaches. It has activities to make it possible to develop quickly and respond flexibly to changing customer needs and technological opportunities. The Ministry of Defense adopted an evolutionary strategy to acquire defense information systems. but it does not work well always. We look at problems from aspects of acquisition system and project management. We benchmark successful cases for evolutionary acquisition strategy in the DoD, the pubic and the private sector. We suggest an evolutionary strategy for defense information systems. The evolutionary strategy in this study includes an evolutionary acquisition framework, an evolutionary acquisition process, and an evolutionary acquisition guideline for defense information systems. The evolutionary strategy can help to implement evolutionary acquisition process for defense information system, and the process can increase the success rate of projects.
