Due to the continuous expansion of the highway, the opening of the high-speed railway(KTX), etc, the demands of domestic air transport decreasing. In the circumstances, airports and local governments are spending themselves in taking a measure to activate local airports. In this aspect, this study seeks the smooth flow of human movement through the activation of Daegu International Airport by analyzing the present condition of Daegu International Airport in relation to the appearance of the high-speed railway, deducing plans for activating airports, and presenting the roadmaps for long-, mid- and short-term roles for the development of Daegu Airport, and Presents substantial fulfilling plans to secure the competitive power of Daegu International Airport by speeding up the flow of air goods of the area for the long run. It is suggested in the study that by setting up an organization exclusively responsible for activating Daegu International Airport in the city of Daegu, supporting local travel agencies to promote consistent demands, supporting aviation companies to employ Daegu International Airport as a major air base, establishing airlines with priority for airports that open newly in local cities of Japan and establishing and expanding airlines in China areas be promoted actively. Ministry of Construction & Transportation makes it a means of main airport Policy to only support Incheon International Airport to be a hub. However not only Incheon International Airport should be an amok representing the country, but also the wide Metropolitan area should supply the demands, and airports based in the West and East Coast areas need to be developed in the future. It is suggested that since air demands of domestic local airports are based on the demands of the of gin destination in neighboring region, multiple bases need to be developed. It is suggested that by developing not 1 in mega hub (Incheon International Airport) but 1 in mega hub. 2 in regional hub (the West and East Coast) and Jeju foy the tourism hub in our developing airports system.
This study would be research for correlations between ethical factors and company's competitiveness of small and medium enterprises thorough recognizing of important company ethic and approaching to them theoretically. This study has collected all information which small and medium enterprises around Seoul and Kyounggi province and employing more than 5, which 134- survey are used totally. Study reveals that firstly customer and social responsibility provide Positive effects on the organization Dust, secondly CEO's views serve those positive effects as well, thirdly it is not preyed that ethical capacity of company have a positive effect on organization trust. Fourthly, organization trust has good effects on competitiveness of product and price. This results lead to some suggestions as follows. First of all, company should serves systemized value to customers and their societies. For that, it is necessary to analyse their needs and to reflect them into corporate management to build close relationship with customers and reliable marketing activities, efforts to enhance corporate images. This chain of work can make employees feel proud themselves. Secondly, supervisors including CEO should set the pace with high-consensus for ethical behaviour. Thirdly, ethical factors should be improved for improving organization trust simultaneously. Every customer, no matter they are inner or outer, should have highly required ethical understandings for their networks. Furthermore, they have to enhance organization trust and to strengthen company competitiveness through stimulating employee's courages and contribution.
This study empirically analyze the effect of government R&D investment to find out whether it complements or substitutes for the firm R&D. In order to do it panel data set was constructed for the period of three years from 2012 to 2014 based on the number of 1301 data by utilizing national technology information service(NTIS) and publicly announced financial statement. Analysis was implemented in consideration of size of the firm(large corporation, small and medium sized firm) of which sample was obtained from only listed company. The result of two-way fixed effect model and two-way random effect model is as follows. In case of large corporation, government R&D investment has an effect of substitute for the company's R&D on the other hand, small and medium sized firm shows an complementary effect. It verifies that current R&D policy is appropriate. Therefore government's direct subsidy is expected to be successful to fertilize firm's innovation by allocating government R&D budget efficiently.
This study is focused on the job condition, the morale and the job leave of the private security. The private security industry in korea has been grown rapidly in its quantity, but the quality is not followed with it. So The reality on the private security Industry is in the low income and the negative morale, and it leads to leave the job openly. The job leave and the morale of the private security depend on the given job condition. Therefore to improve their job satisfaction and job condition the related parties should have concerned the quality for them. Because the output of their job performance depends on the private security's job morale, In this point of view the morale in the job and job leave have very relationship. The survey on the job condition, the morale and the job leave of the private security has the followings; 1) The male is more unsatisfied than the female in their job condition, and the female is more satisfied than the male in their income. 2) The male is more higher than the female in job leave intention, especially 20s are most higher and 40s are most less. 3) The positive morale in the private security would be grown if the income and job satisfaction would be made in certain level and the fair promotion would be promised. 4) To improve the stability and effectiveness in the private security system the rate of job leave should be reduced and the proper job would be distributed.
Nowadays, national criminal policy focuses on "specialization", "advancement", and "choice and concentration" to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of public peace services. Consequently, the space that a nation manages diminishes and there appears vacant space of security. For that reason, in most developed countries including South Korea, there has been a significant expansion in the size and role of Private Security(PS). From this point of view, the Japanese government has adopted the PFI(Private Finance Initiative) system in private prisons. These cases clearly show the role and significance of "PS". By applying know-how of the private sector, these PFI prisons make efficient use of installation by the united efforts of government and people. Criteria such as solution for risk baring, regional coexistence, preservation of public security, response management and operating skills are considered important particularly in Kitsuregawa and Harima prisons. Thus, this study examines the implications and applicability for the expansion of PS in South Korea.
Recently there are growing needs and demand to enhance 'Unity of knowledge' as the concept of "Creating new value through integration and convergence" is developing rapidly in many different areas in the society. This also has significant implication to education. Especially, it requires paradigm shift in terms of required capabilities and qualifications for the students with science major. To accommodate this trend, Natural Sciences and Engineering's College has been increasing convergence education which focus on cultivating creative and cooperative learning capabilities as well as acquiring fundamental knowledge of individual majors. However, convergence education developed and implemented by Sciences college or liberal education so far has been mechanical combination of knowledge from different academic fields - not effectively integrated and interdisciplinary education. Given this situation, this research is to develop and propose a "convergence education program based on the development of scientific and cultural contents" as an education tool to enhance capabilities to apply and re-create integrated knowledge as well as acquire and learn existing knowledge. Education program developed in this research aims to achieve two different and sequential capabilities. First is to understand 'Science and Technology' and 'Cultural Archetype' which would be essential and useful to create cultural contents. Second is to develop capabilities to convert this understanding into cultural contents - a storytelling capability. This education program is differentiated in that it defines cultural contents as a medium to converge and integrate science and technology and humanities. By leveraging the concept of cultural content and storytelling, this education program would be able to overcome restrictions of existing interdisciplinary approach. Also, this program would encourage students to try in-depth research and new applications, and develop logical and creative thinking.
There is a general consensus that fate of the differentiated welfare state had fallen into the brink of demise during the 1970s while the integrated welfare state model has emerged instead. Indications are all that such trend spotlights occupational welfare which has been relatively neglected, especially, in the field of social welfare. Nevertheless, the occupational welfare system in Korea faced crisis due to two major incidents. One is the IMP crisis which necessitates massive scale of restructuring of the general fabric of the Korean business and industry. There is little doubt that the economic crisis will surely cut down occupational welfare expenditure substantially. The other is a report released by the Korean Labor Research Institute which argus that there is no correlation between the Korean occupational welfare system and labor productivity. Thorough investigation of the Korean occupational welfare system suggests that current system is so outdated that it doesn't meet needs of the industrial workforce which, in turn, fails to enhance workers productivity. Consequently, a need for new paradigm and system arises and employee assistance program(EAP) emerges as a viable alternative. EAP is thoroughly delianeated of it's definition, motivations, functions, ingredients, historical background as well as cost-effectiveness. But major tasks center around an investigation and an analysis of it's applicability. In-depth analysis was carried out on the issue of it's indispensable natures and stumbling blocks on the way to lay it's root in the Korean industrial environment. It seems harder than the herculean task. However, EAP is not simply an alternative but is rather a pressing imperative for the present occupational welfare system in Korea which stands at the crossroad.

In this study, we analyzed the effect of entrepreneurial spirit of the start-up real estate founder gives to management achievements, founding education and it was confirmed whether they have a regulatory effect between them. For this reason, we conducted a questionnaire survey of real estate founder of start-up, were analyzed using the SPSS 18.ok. To summarize the research results are as follows. First of all, prefer achieve desire and venture start-up founder, it has become a direction of a significant and positive and management achievements of the dependent variable (+). This can be seen to affect the establishment go management achievements prefer to achieve desire is higher or of the venture. Second, the satisfaction of the business with the contents of the management achievements, may be mentioned whether the business recommendation, factors of these management achievements, each of the major contents of the management outcomes can be seen as an impact to some extent. While factors of independent variables were clearly private that there is a difference on the basis of its founding education as an adjustment variable in relation to the impact on business performance, some the only adjustment variables, such as whether to recommend satisfaction and business of business it was confirmed that shown. In this study, which provide us with the knowledge of information that can be derived to provide the basic information of implementation and policy-making that it is possible to promote the success activation of the start-up real estate in the successful establishment and operation of the business It is expected.
Recently the demand for civil bodyguards and security guards shows rapid growth with social development that lead the social structure environment. In recent years, the security industry and market seems to be increasingly affected by new social environment changes. In addition to that, efficient management for the private security needs to many security managers. So, the management for the private security is a matter of primary concern to all security managers. The purpose of this research is to apply efficient management for the private security and how security managers leadership type effects on working attitude for guards. Then, this study is composed of the introduction in the first chapter, theological consideration of leadership and working attitude in the second chapter, research application in the third chapter and finally the conclusion in the fourth chapter. For the security managers, the organization can be altered its efficiency by organizing groups applying what kind of leadership to how it wed. Considering to its characteristic of security organization, the leadership is not only important factor effecting on outcome of organization but also core activity achieving the goal of organization to private security managers.

Recently, in OECD countries, youth unemployment has become one of the most serious problems in society. Entrepreneurship creates innovative new companies that create more jobs than big traditional companies. In addition, entrepreneurship develops creative human resources leading to fertile ground for new technology and business innovation. Recently, regulatory theory has drawn a lot of attention and interest in the literature of psychology and marketing management. However, the theory has not been applied to the study of entrepreneurship. In this article, we try to examine the relationship among regulatory focus, entrepreneurial orientation, and entrepreneurial intentions of korean college students who show their interests in entrepreneurship. From our empirical study, we find the followings. First, promotion focus thriving on optimism, taking risks, and trying new actively affect positively on entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intention. Second, prevention focus concentrating on security, fulfilling responsibilities and maintaining efficiency does not always affect negatively on entrepreneurial orientation and entrepreneurial intention. In other words, prevention-focused students do not always have bad impression on entrepreneurship and may consider entrepreneurship as viable career path similar to average college students. Third, our empirical findings are consistent with previous studies that entrepreneurial intention is positively affected by entrepreneurial orientation.
