Memory is a mental activity for the future rather than the past, and the responsibility for restoring the memory rests on the current intellectuals. In this context, the library must demonstrate how it contributes to local development by restoring memory and analyzing social roles and functions. Based on the contributions of local development of public libraries as background information and through literature case studies, field surveys and interviews. This study has logically demonstrated local development to the local economic development, regenerating and promoting local culture, and forming a community in the open-port cities of Busan and Incheon. Nevertheless, the contribution of local development in terms of economic, cultural and community formation cannot be perfect. Subsequent research that reflects the historical geography and architectural arts of the library itself, and the perception and value of use of local residents is necessary.

As the 2015 revised curriculum is being implemented from 2018, efforts are being made to cultivate scientific literacy among students in the field of science. Scientific experiments help students to develop their interest in Science and their scientific attitudes. Learning through experimentation rather than learning scientific facts increases learners' understanding, and can be remembered longer. Therefore, experiments in Science subject are very important. However, in middle schools, scientific experiments are not performed due to the lack of time, budget and experimental material. In this research, we analyze middle school science textbooks, conduct questionnaires for students of science pre-service teachers, select the most important science experiments, and develop a mobile App to simulate and experience scientific experiments with the App. The proposed App is developed in a game format using quest-based learning methods to gain learning enhancement. It is also made using Unity. In this paper, after developing the app, we propose the direction of STEAM contents development through analyzing the difference from existing apps and the feedback from users.

This paper examines the significance of records as knowledge information resources that are illuminated by the electronic record environment nowadays based on existing research results and examples. As the production mode of records changes, it is possible to avoid the tendency to prioritize historical and cultural values when keeping records. In addition, according to the change of the operating mode and the work pattern of an organization, the value of knowledge information resource is also important. For this purpose, this paper reviews the recent changes in the work environment in Chapter 2 and then examines attributes not only as evidence but also as information. Based on these discussions, the paper explores the relationship between the records and the information that has been discussed in western academic circles since the 1980s in Chapter 3. With this, it also analyzes the correlation between record management and knowledge management. In Chapter 4, it reviews recent trends to link records management and knowledge management in Australia, the United Kingdom, and the United States. In addition to the current state of public records management in Korea, this paper presents the direction of institutional improvement in three aspects.

OSGi enables services to be dynamically discovered through its service registry for fostering interactions among themselves, positioning itself as one of the most prominent SOA technologies. Web Services also provide a mature technical base of open business services being employed over the Internet and allow more value-added applications to be built up from component services. In this paper, we propose a new architecture, built on the concept of dynamic service binding, to support interbred service compositions of OSGi and Web Services. Web Services are imported into OSGi domains, and the compositions are described in WS-BPEL language. The support for crossbred compositions of OSGi services and Web Services opens up a new opportunity of a wider range of applications beyond their respective traditional target domains of home gateways in LAN environments and business applications in global Internet environments.

While global production supply chains are expected to shift toward friendly or allied countries, pandemic-shoring such as nearshoring and friendshoring, due to increased protectionism and the reorganization of regional value chains in the wake of the global pandemic, the study found that economic rather than political factors are still at play in consumer supply chains. In the case of Chinese e-commerce market (C-commerce), the study attributes the rapid growth of the market to (1) related regulatory relaxations introduced to stimulate consumption after the end of COVID-19, (2) an increasing pattern of wanting to consume more for a limited income and (3) unconventional business activities to increase their share of the global consumption market. Through these phenomena, the production-consumption network is likely to develop into a more fragmented form, and the consumption network in particular is expected to become more fragmented, influenced by the digital technology war, a phenomenon of re-globalization.

The purpose of this study is to research the correlation of Sijo with Akjang. In Joseon Dynasty, the contact of folk music and court music was brisk. Although they had some political premises, many Jeongjaes presented in the royal court parties accepted Gagok, one of the representative folk song genres. It was an eye-opening matter. The song words sung by Gagok music accompaniment were the lyrics of Sijo. We can give Sijo that was used in diverse royal court parties as an typical example about introduction of folk music to the court music. A lot of Goryeo Dynasty's Jeongjaes were introduced to Joseon Dynasty nearly as they are. Naturally so most Sokak-gasas were. Bukjeon was sung to Jinjak tune which Jeong-gwajeong was sung. Bukjeon in the music book Akhak-Guebum is a long song, but instead Bukjeons in the music book Geumhapjabo and Yang'geum-sinbo are short. It suggests that the poetic form of Sijo was introduced to the Lyric of royal court music from a point of time in the early Joseon Dynasty. Especially, Bukjeon had been continued to the late Joseon Dynasty after exchanging to the lyric form of Sijo. Bukjeon had been used In the royal court to the first half of Joseon Dynasty It became established in the repertory of Gagok after spreading to people out of court. Turnover from the long Bukjeon to the short was a result that the folk music influenced royal court music. Bukjeon. song words praying King's longevity. was used in the diverse situations such as a small royal parties, royal archery, and King's outing. It can be a clue that the Korean song words continued to late Joseon Dynasty were used for the lyric of royal court music. In the correlation of the poetic form of Sijo and Akjang, we can find out some characteristics different from our common sense to distinguish royal court music from folk music.

This research is to empirically analyze the effects of leadership styles on job satisfaction and job performance and to provide some basic for organizational and personnel management in dental hospitals. The test results of this study are as follows for each hypothesis: 1. The recognition of leadership styles has nothing to do with sex, educational background, post, job type, and career, but job satisfaction has something to do with age. 2. Job satisfaction has nothing to do with sex, educational background, and job type, but job satisfaction has something to do with age, post, career. Job performance has nothing to do with sex, age, educational background, post, job type, but job performance has something to do with career. 3. The recognition of leadership styles has something to do with the recognition of situations. 4. Job satisfaction and job performance has something to do with leadership styles. In consequence, while the most effective style is one of a patriarchal warmhearted type, most hospital managers show either democratic or dictatorial one, is an evident example. Therefore, the hospital managers are required to adopt a leadership style which is like an affectionate patriarch.

This study was undertaken to find out the effects of three kinds of potting media and two sources of explants on the survival and early growth of new plantlets of Poputus alba ${\times}$ P. grandidentata in the greenhouse. The results obtained can be summarized as follows; 1) Among three potting media, Terralite was best for early growth and survival of plantlets. 2) Like humidifier, an intermittent misting system can be effective in keeping relative humidity high for the plantlets. 3) Survival rates over 80% could be obtained if humidity was kept high during the hardening period. 4) During hardening period, the plantlets showed the juvenile characteristics such as smaller leaves, thinner stems, and shorter internodes. 5) There were no differences on morphological characteristics between the plantlets originating from axillary buds and the plantlets originating from multiple shoots while they were growing at the greenhouse. 6) The plantlets originating from bud culture grew normally comparing to regular cuttings.

This study examined the job satisfaction and its association with violence experience, job stress, and burn-out. A total of 1,240 119 rescue workers who worked in 14 fire stations across the country were surveyed. The survey was conducted by self-administered questionnaires from 1 March, to 30 April, 2016. As a result, the score of job satisfaction according to violence experience, job stress, and burn-out were significantly lower in the group with higher scores of violence experience, job stress, and burn-out. Regarding the correlation of job satisfaction with violence experience, job stress, and burn-out, the score of job satisfaction was negatively correlated with the violence experience, job stress, and burn-out. With an analysis of the covariance structure, the job stress was more influential on the job satisfaction than violence experience and burn-out. In addition, a higher violence experience, job stress, and burn-out were found to decrease job satisfaction. On the other hand, a higher the job stress and violence experience resulted in higher burn-out rates. The results suggested that the job satisfaction is influenced more by job stress than by violence experience and burn-out. Therefore, concrete measures will be needed to reduce job stress and promote the job satisfaction of 119 rescue workers.

Due to the continuous expansion of the highway, the opening of the high-speed railway(KTX), etc, the demands of domestic air transport decreasing. In the circumstances, airports and local governments are spending themselves in taking a measure to activate local airports. In this aspect, this study seeks the smooth flow of human movement through the activation of Daegu International Airport by analyzing the present condition of Daegu International Airport in relation to the appearance of the high-speed railway, deducing plans for activating airports, and presenting the roadmaps for long-, mid- and short-term roles for the development of Daegu Airport, and Presents substantial fulfilling plans to secure the competitive power of Daegu International Airport by speeding up the flow of air goods of the area for the long run. It is suggested in the study that by setting up an organization exclusively responsible for activating Daegu International Airport in the city of Daegu, supporting local travel agencies to promote consistent demands, supporting aviation companies to employ Daegu International Airport as a major air base, establishing airlines with priority for airports that open newly in local cities of Japan and establishing and expanding airlines in China areas be promoted actively. Ministry of Construction & Transportation makes it a means of main airport Policy to only support Incheon International Airport to be a hub. However not only Incheon International Airport should be an amok representing the country, but also the wide Metropolitan area should supply the demands, and airports based in the West and East Coast areas need to be developed in the future. It is suggested that since air demands of domestic local airports are based on the demands of the of gin destination in neighboring region, multiple bases need to be developed. It is suggested that by developing not 1 in mega hub (Incheon International Airport) but 1 in mega hub. 2 in regional hub (the West and East Coast) and Jeju foy the tourism hub in our developing airports system.
