Recently, As the prevalence of precocious is increased in Korea This study was evaluated the physical growth and female sex hormone characteristics of girls with Idiopathic precocious puberty. Retrospective analysis about the medical record of 113 girls for evaluation of signs of precocious puberty except for organic causes was done. Physical growth features and Female sexual hormone were analyzed. Height SDS and Weight SDS were significantly increased in true sexual precocity compared to pseudo sexual precocity. Hormone studies showed that the level of basal LH, FSH, E2 was significantly higher in true precocious puberty. The finding of this study suggest that we need to develop intervention about physical and psychological problems for precocious puberty girls.

In this study, the empirical analysis was conducted if the authentic leadership, which recently became an issue as an alternative of leadership, plays the moderating role in the relation between the participative budgeting and the budgetary slack. The hypotheses was established based on the literature review and the results of preceding studies in accordance with the scientific research procedure and the questionnaires were collected from the commissioned officers in charge of financial businesses in the military organization. Out of 200 questionnaires collected, 180 questionnaires were used for final empirical analysis excluding incomplete questionnaires. The summary of the research results shown through the regression analysis is as follows. First, the participative budgeting has positive(+) effect on the budgetary slack. Second, The authentic leadership plays the moderating role in the relation between the participative budgeting and the budgetary slack.

Organizations continue to increase investment in information security(IS) policies and technologies to prevent external intrusion and internal exposure to information assets. However, as the organization's regulations and behavioral requirements for strict IS policy increase, employees may induce negative behaviors through IS-related stress. The purpose of this study is to suggest the effects of challenge and hindrance stressors on IS compliance intentions and to confirm how authentic leadership moderates the positive and negative effects of stressors. We reflected employees of the organization who are applying IS policy to their work as a study target and applied a survey to obtain a sample for research hypothesis verification. As a result of analysis through structural equation modeling, challenge and hindrance stressors affected IS compliance intentions, and authentic leadership moderated the effects of stressors on compliance intention. Our research helps to establish insiders support strategies to achieve internal IS goals, because the results suggested stressor conditions and leaders' behavioral directions that influence employees IS compliance behavior.

Polycythemia vera (PV) is a rare myeloproliferative disease that causes elevated absolute red blood cell (RBC) mass due to uncontrolled RBC production. Moreover, this condition has been associated with a high risk of ischemic stroke and large vessel stenosis or occlusion, with many studies reporting cerebral infarction in PV patients. Despite these findings, there have been no reports on the vessel wall MRI (VW-MRI) findings of the narrowed vessels in PV-associated ischemic stroke patients. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report in English regarding the carotid VW-MRI findings of a 30-year-old male diagnosed with PV after being hospitalized due to stroke.
