병원의 의료 서비스에 대한 고객의 불만과 고충 내용을 분석하여 불만족을 파악함으로써 고객 불만족의 재발을 막고 이에 대한 해결방안을 제시하고 적용하는 고객만족 경영 전략을 수립하고자 분석한 결과 다음과 같다. 1. 조사대상자의 성별은 남자가 높은 분포를 보였고 계절별로는 환자측면과 보호자측면 모두 여름에 높았고 요일별로는 모든 측면에서 월요일에 불만족이 많았다. 이용형태별로는 환자측면은 외래가, 보호자측면은 입원이 높았고 발생부서별로는 환자측면과 보호자측면 모두 진료부에 대한 불만사항이 많았고 소리함을 통한 접수가 많았다. 2. 불만요일별 항목 특성 중 진료서비스 항목은 진료정 확성이 높은 분포를 보였고 보호자는 진료서비스에서, 환자는 절차서비스에서 높은 불만을 보였다. 3. 발생부서별로는 절차서비스는 진료지원에서 높은 점수가, 진료서비스는 진료부에서 높은 점수를 보였으며 친절서비스에서는 간호부가 높은 점수를 보였고 편의환경서비스에서는 행정부가 높은 점수를 보였으며 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다.4. 불만요인별 상관관계의 결과는 진료서비스는 성별의 역 상관관계를 보였다. 친절서비스는 성별과 연령이 정상관 관계를 보였고, 진료서비스는 역상관 관계를 보였다. 절차서비스는 성별과 연령, 진료서비스, 친절서비스가 역상관 관계를 보였다. 편의환경서비스는 성별과 연령이 정상관 관계를 보였고, 진료서비스, 친절서비스, 절차서비스는 역상관 관계를 보였다. 현 의료서비스에 대한 고객의 불만 및 고충 내용이 병원 의료서비스의 질을 개선하는데 이바지할 수 있는 기초자료로써 그 의의가 있다.

Development of information technology makes a telemedicine system feasible along with the traditional medical practice of visiting a hospital (or clinic). This telemedicine workstation would include a PACS interface and between inpatient and outpatient HIS/RIS/PACS transaction protocol. Although this system has adopted PACS, this technology has been available for severe year the integration of the system into clinical operation has had limited success due to stringent requirements of radiologists as well as the load demanded on the system.

In order to meet the medical demand according to the changing medical environment and to provide patients with quality dental treatment and improve treating environment by establishing reasonable management plan, with 149 patients for whom continuous dental health program has been applied, the degree of satisfaction with the dental treatment, and the influence factors on the satisfaction were investigated. Using the SPSS Ver. 13.0, mean value analysis were performed on the satisfactions with dental care service and the quality of dental care service according to general characteristics, and regression analysis were performed on the influence of general characteristics and the degree of satisfaction with dental care service on the satisfaction of dental treatment. The result of the multiple regression analysis revealed the human (staff), environment, and the procedure of treatment as the influence factors of the satisfaction with dental treatment. Systematic management and training should be implemented to improve the quality of dental care service and enhance the satisfaction.

의료시장의 무한경쟁과 의료 경영환경을 극복하기 위한 최선의 방안은 병원 업무의 전산화를 통한 시스템 간의 효율적인 정보교환의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 또한, 처방전달시스템, 전자의무기록시스템, 검사정보시스템, 의료영상 저장 및 전송시스템 등의 이기종간 의료정보 시스템의 통합 시스템을 구축하여 진료환경을 구축하고 진료의 효율성을 개선해야 할 것이다. 본 논문에서는 업무 시스템 간에 상호 연계가 보장된 표준정보연계체계 구축 및 최적화된 응용시스템 구축으로 환자 서비스 개선과 진료 및 경영 효율을 증대시킨 통합의료정보시스템의 구축방안에 대하여 연구하였다.

본 연구는 환자의 의료기관 선택기준에 관한 조사를 실시하는데 있다. 외래, 중 병원에서 검사한 사항을 CD로 담아 타 병원 진료 후 현 병원에 내원한 대상자와 본 병원에서 진료 후 CD를 가지고 타 병원으로 전원 하는 환자 및 보호자를 대상으로 2009년 10월 5일부터 10월 26일까지 본 연구에 동의하는 대상자 302명을 대상으로 하였다. 내원 전원 환자의 물리적 특성에서 주차시설, 주위시설, 의료진 서비스 품질에서는 간호사 친절도, 전문성, 설명, 의료 서비스 품질 특성에서는 의료기기 최신설비, 병원 평판에서는 의료인력 의술, 주위 환경, 병원 외적 요인에서는 진료의 권유 항목이 유의하였다(p<0.05). 내원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정 결과 중 성별에서는 만족도, 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료구분에서는 만족도에서 유의하였다(p<0.05). 전원 시 병원 선택 변수 평균치 검정결과 중 연령별에서는 의료진 서비스 품질, 거주지에서는 병원외적요인, 병원지역에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료기관에서는 병원평판, 만족도, 진료 구분에서는 만족도가 유의하였다(p<0.05). 본 연구에서는 내원 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료서비스 품질, 병원 평판 등 을 병원 선택에 중요한 요인들로 지각 하고 있으며 간호사와 주위 사람들의 권유에 의하여 병원을 선택한다고 나타났다. 내원 환자는 의료진 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 전원 환자는 물리적 환경, 의료진 서비스품질, 의료 서비스 품질, 병원 평판, 만족도에서 평균치가 높게 나타났다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 Window Program을 이용하였다.

Recently there has been attempts to develop hospital information system including order communicating system, patient tracing system, tumor registry system, office automation system and picture archiving and communication system(PACS). The authors devloped a practical system that was operated via order communication system of Yeungnam University Hospital. The system provided us the speed, accuracy, reliability, retention, economy and wide applicability through practical test. So we believed that this system would be one of standard computerized programs in radiation oncology practice and providing widely usable data for clinical statistics, medical record, tumor registry system and clinical researches.

최근 인터넷의 보급 및 확대가 의료 환경에 중요한 변화를 가져오고 있다 인터넷이 단순히 전세계의 정보를 얻는 단계에서 벗어나 의료의 중요한 부분이라고 할 수 있는 환자의 진단과 처방을 실시할 수 있는 원격진료 시스템까지 확대되어 이용되어지고 있다. 원격 진료 시스템이란 최근 부각되고 있는 멀티미디어 시스템인 오디오, 비디오 및 문자정보를 통신을 통하여 의료의 제공, 진단, 자문, 치료, 의료의 정보전달 등을 하는 행위이다. 원격진료 시스템은 화상진료, 전자의무기록, 특정인 호출 시스템으로 구성되어 있다.
