The Medical Professionalism and Organizational Performance of Medical Technician in Hospital (병원에 종사하는 의료기사 직종의 전문직업성과 조직성과)

  • The objective of this research is to find the influence of professionalism on the organizational performance, where 437 people of physical therapist, radiological-technologist, medical laboratory technologist and occupational therapist working for 35 medical service utilizations were included. The professionalism employed for medical technicians has shown significant difference on the duty performance, job meaning, appropriate salary and job autonomy with sex and ages among the value variables for jobs, and the influence of duty has shown the significant difference only on the ages. Second, the appropriate salary among the variable values for jobs has the most significant influence on the systemicity and the affections to jobs of measurable values. Third, it has shown that the higher years at work among the duty special quality have strong affection to workplace. Fourth, from the result of occupational category, the professional values affecting the organizational performance of medical technicians have difference on the type of medical technicians.

Factors related to Problem Drinking of Male Workers according to Occupational Classes (남성 근로자의 직종별 문제음주 관련 요인)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors related to problem drinking in male workers according to occupational classes. Data were derived from the 2012 Korean National Survey on male workers. A total of 391 office workers, 707 manufacturing workers, and 309 service workers participated in this study. Data were analyzed using Rao-Scott $X^2$-test, simple and multiple logistic regressions. Problem drinking was defined as ${\geq}8$ points in the Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test. The problem drinking rates were 45.1% in office workers, 39.1% in manufacturing, and 42.3% in service. In office workers, the factor related to problem drinking was only smoking. In manufacturing workers, the factors related to problem drinking were spouse, smoking and prevalence of Diabetes. In service workers, the factors related to problem drinking were age and smoking. Therefore, different intervention should be developed for each occupational class in order to manage the problem drinking in male workers.

  • The subjects of following research were 663 medical practitioners working at hospitals or bigger sized medical facilities in Pusan. Among the entire research subjects, it was shown that medical practitioners are notably and positively affected when their supervisors' type of leadership was either servant leadership or transformational leadership. The types of leaderships of supervisors that are recognized by medical practitioners were transformational leadership, transactional leadership, servant leadership. The effect of supervisors' leadership according to different type of role are as following. Under the circumstance of no personal and controlled variables, the each group of different medical occupants showed notable positive effects. Nurses corresponded to transformational leaderships, while admission and discharge corresponded to servant leadership. At the same time, medical technicians were most effected by both servant and transformational leadership.

  • The purpose of this study was to develop the fit-occupation for getting a job or supporting start-up in the middle and senior aged. The study was performed in three phases; First classification categories and model were developed to select occupation candidates. Secondly, 40 occupation candidates were developed and reviewed the priority through the analysis of current status and needs of employment in the middle and senor aged. Thirdly, the final 4 fit-occupations in Korea Polytechnics were chosen through in-depth interviews of experts and survey. These results are suggested some implications for the management of vocational education for baby boomers as a public education and training institution.

  • Support policies such as education and training for re-employment of career-interrupted women are being implemented, but they are not being effectively employed. In addition, it is difficult for women with high educational background to re-enter, such as having to revise their previous careers or plan a new career for re-employment. In the previous studies, there was insufficient research to solve fundamental problems for re-employment, such as promising jobs with high employment opportunities. Therefore, when developing a curriculum for women with career interruptions, it was felt the need to select educational occupations that would be helpful in finding employment by age and educational background of the trainees. In this study, data on vocational training education of women with career interruptions were used to analyze the educational occupations with the highest employment rate by age and educational background.

Task-Specific Influences of Robotics on Manufacturing Jobs (제조업 일자리의 과업 특성에 따른 로봇의 차별적인 고용 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This research examines the impact of robotics integration on job dynamics in the U.S. manufacturing sector, adding to the critical dialogue on technological evolution and the future of jobs. Anchored in the task-model framework, the study hypothesizes that robotic integration exerts differential influences on diverse occupational clusters, each identified by their unique task-specific attributes. An in-depth examination was undertaken to elucidate the interplay between robotic integration and the occupation clusters. Employing a multilevel growth curve model, our empirical investigation tracked employment dynamics from 2012 to 2022 across 52 U.S. regions, covering 307 manufacturing occupations. The findings suggest a pronounced job decline within occupations necessitating manual dexterity. Nonetheless, the evidence does not conclusively support that the extent of robotics integration exacerbates this trend. These findings imply that the employment shifts in the U.S. manufacturing sector are predominantly driven by long-standing trends of deindustrialization and functional specialization, rather than by the recent diffusion of robotic technologies.

  • 디지털 경제시대의 급격하고 빠르게 변화하는 경영환경 가운데 e-비즈니스 기술과 인력의 확보는 국가 e-비즈니스 산업 확산과 기업 발전에 매우 중요한 요소이다. 이에 관하여 e-비즈니스 인력에 대한 직무의 정의와 이에 요구되는 역량 및 기술, 수준의 결정에 대해 e-비즈니스 산업전반에서 통용될 수 있는 기준이 시급히 필요한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 체계적인 e-비즈니스 스킬표준(skill standard) 제시를 위해서 일본, 영국, 미국의 스킬표준과 국내환경을 벤치마킹하고 전문가 자문을 통해 e-비즈니스 스킬표준을 도출하였다. 스킬표준 프레임워크(skill framework)로서 3분야 10직종 22전문분야로 구성된 직종분류 체계를 도출하고 이에 대응하여 직종(career)에 따른 수준(level)별 e-비즈니스 연수로드맵을 도출하여 바람직한 기술습득코스(career path)를 제시하는 e-비즈니스 스킬표준을 제시하였다.

노임단가 - 2015년 상반기 적용 건설업 노임단가

  • 2015년 상반기 건설업 노임단가가 발표됐다. 대한건설협회가 1월 1일 공표한 '2015년 상반기 적용 건설업 임금실태 조사 보고서'에 따르면 상반기 적용 건설업 전체 직종 평균임금이 하루 150,664 원으로 지난해 하반기(148,380원) 대비 1.54% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 건축설비 공사부문 노임은 건축설비 공사부문 노임은 용접공과 계장공이 각각 129,940원과 158,680원 등으로 지난해 하반기 대비 전체 1.6% 상승했으며, 플랜트 공사부문 노임은 플랜트제관공과 플랜트특수용접공이 각각 159,019원과 216,240원 등으로 지난해 하반기 대비 전체 2.7% 올랐다. 이번 건설임금은 전국 2,000여개 건설현장을 대상으로 전체 117개 건설직종 종사자들에게 실제 지급된 임금을 조사해 통계분석 한 것으로, 올해 1월 1일부터 건설공사 원가계산에 반영되기 시작했다. 직종별 건설업 임금은 대한설비건설협회 홈페이지(www.kmcca.or.kr) ${\rightarrow}$ 공개자료실 ${\rightarrow}$<2015년 상반기 적용 건설업임금실태조사 공표>안내에서 다운로드 받을 수 있다.

  • 2011년 하반기 건설업 노임단가 발표됐다. 대한건설협회가 지난 8월30일 공표한 '2011년 하반기 적용 건설업 임금실태 조사 보고서'에 따르면 하반기 적용 건설업 전체 직종 평균임금이 하루 12만9,029원으로 상반기(12만4,746원) 대비 3.43% 상승한 것으로 나타났다. 기계설비분야의 노임은 배관공과 덕트공이 9만4,293원과 9만70원으로 지난해 상반기 대비 1.4% 및 3.2%로 각각 상승했고 플랜트배관공과 플랜트용접공이 15만5,151원과 16만4,848원으로 4.6% 및 3.1%로 각각 올랐다. 이번 건설임금은 전국 2,000여개 건설현장을 대상으로 전체 117개 건설직종 종사자들에게 실제 지급된 임금을 조사해 통계분석한 것으로, 지난 9월 1일부터 건설공사 원가계산에 반영되기 시작했다. 직종별 건설업 임금은 대한설비건설협회 홈페이지(www.kmcca.or.kr)${\rightarrow}$공개자료실${\rightarrow}$(2011년 하반기 적용 건설업임금실태조사 공표)안내에서 다운로드 받을 수 있다.
