Exploring of Factors Influencing Work-Family Conflict and Quality of LMX on Job Satisfaction among Married Female Workers (기혼여성근로자의 일-가정 갈등과 LMX 관계의 질이 직무만족에 미치는 영향요인 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the mediating effect of job stress and Job engagement in job satisfaction between WFC(Work-Family Conflict) and quality of LMX(eader-member exchange) relationship of married female workers based on JD-R(Job Demands-Resources) model. A total of 945 people were targeted using the 7th panel data from the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and a structural equation model was used to verify the causal relationship and mediating effect of each variable using spss 23.0 and AMOS 21.0. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that WFC did not directly affect job satisfaction, and it was found that job satisfaction was negatively affected through job stress related to WFC. It was found that the quality of the LMX relationship had a positive effect on job satisfaction and reduced job stress, thus positively affecting job satisfaction. Job engagement was found to mediate the relationship between LMX and job satisfaction. This study is meaningful in that the search for multidimensional psychological and contextual factors that lead to job performance and job demands of married female workers are conducted.

  • GOMS 평가는 운전원 개인의 인지과정에 초점을 두어 직무 절차의 학습시간과 직무 실행시간을 예측하고 직무 실행시 요구되는 인지부하를 분석한다. 하지만 실제 원전의 운전은 그룹에 의해 이루어지므로 운전원간 의사소통과 직무의 상호 의존관계를 고려하여 기존의 GOMS를 확장한 분산형 GOMS를 고안하였다. 본 논문에서는 분산형 GOMS 평가기법을 CE형 원전의 비상운전절차서에 시험적으로 적용해 본 결과를 제시한다.

The Need Analysis for Operating Course-based National Technical Qualification Course of Vocational School Teachers (직업계고 교사의 과정평가형 자격 과정 운영에 대한 교육요구도 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to use as a basic data of establishing operating Course-based National Technical Qualification(CNTQ) support program by examining the educational needs for operating CNTQ of vocational school teachers, and to contribute to the vocational school settlement of CNTQ course. To achieve those purposes, this study drew 27 tasks performed by teachers operating CNTQ. Also, it surveyed the perceived importance and the performance. The findings of this study are as follows. First, it is showed that 'selection of qualification fields and confirmation of organization criteria, organization of educational training time by competency unit, organization of subjects and establishment of competency unit operating plan by grade and semester, selection of teaching materials, implementation of education and training, establishment of evaluation plan, implementation of evaluation, re-education and re-evaluation students with grades under 40%, guidance of paper evaluation, guidance of practical evaluation, guidance of interview evaluation' are the first priority tasks in the result of the need analysis. Second, it is indicated that 'application of external evaluation, guidance to retake an exam for failure' are the secondary priority tasks. According to these results, the following conclusions were made. First, it will be more positive effects if the educational needs in the next CNTQ support program include contents of the first priority tasks. Second, it is indicated that the priority of the educational needs for tasks of operating plan stages is commonly high. In particular, the highest ranking in the result means that it is completely supported from the first step on operating course. It is expected that the program which teachers on operating the course of similar qualification fields share each operating experience is effective. Third, the priority of the educational needs for external evaluation step ranked high. External evaluation has a different level of difficulty and a form of practical evaluation output according to qualification fields, so the method of guidance has to be different. It needs the program constructed by similar fields.

A Study on Structural Relationships among Emotional Labor, Job Stress and Turnover Intention (관광서비스 종사원의 정서노동, 직무스트레스, 이직의도간의 구조적 관계 연구 : 골프장 캐디를 대상으로)

  • This study reviewed the previous research materials and made a positive investigation to identify the structural interrelation of caddies' emotional labor, job stress and turnover intention. Some analytical findings are as follows: First, the job stress increases in proportion as the emotional labor. Second, the turnover intention is not in proportion as the frequency of emotional display or the subordinate element of the emotional labor but the degree of the emotional expression and dissonance. Third, the turnover intention is in proportion as the job stress. In other words, the higher the emotional labor, the more the job stress and turnover intention. Consequently, the caddies should be highly qualified to express themselves according to their job conditions. Also, the stronger the caddies' job stress, the more their turnover intention. It is necessary to use the leadership to relieve the job stress and motivate the caddies to have the pride. My solution will have a positive effect on lessening the job stress and turnover intention.

The Effects of Ego-resilience and Professionalism Awareness on Occupational Stress in Early Childhood Teachers (유아교사의 자아탄력성과 전문성인식이 직무스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of ego-resilience and professionalism awareness on occupational stress of early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 154 early childhood teachers working at day care centers and kindergartens. The data and information were collected through questionnaires. Correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were performed on the collected data with the SPSSWin 18.0 statistics program. The following results were shown: First, in regards to the relationship between ego-resilience, professionalism awareness and occupational stress, there were high correlations among them. Second, ego-resilience of early childhood teachers had a greater influence on occupational stress. Third, professionalism awareness of early childhood teachers had an influence on occupational stress. Forth, ego-resilience and professionalism awareness of early childhood teachers had influences on occupational stress, and their explained variance was 28%. These results imply that the support systems shoud be prepared to improve positive thoughts and attitudes of early childhood teachers.

A Study on the Improvements of Qualification Items for Electronic Commerce Manager (전자상거래관리사 출제기준에 대한 개선방안 연구)

  • This research purpose to improve the qualification items for electronic commerce manager. Former qualification system for the electronic commerce manager was executed 11 times from year 2000 to 2005. To improve the standard for test questions and contents of qualification items, we reviewed literatures about job analysis for electronic commerce manager, electronic commerce curriculum, e-Business market and other countries' similar qualification systems and items. We also analysed the job related knowledge, skill, and abilities using job analysis by DACUM method, subject matter experts interview and workshop committee for development and validation of qualification items. Based on the results of job analysis and DACUM workshop, we derived a job model for electronic commerce manager and then validated it through field survey and additional expert review. Finally we developed and suggested an alternated qualification items using matrix analysis between categorized job knowledge and job tasks.

Educational Needs Analysis of General Security Jobs in Physical Protection Field using the DACUM Technique (DACUM기법을 활용한 물리적방호 분야 일반보안 직무의 교육 요구분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the main subjects of the job-based curriculum by deriving the job analysis results of general security job workers in the physical protection field responsible for responding to threats to nuclear materials and nuclear facilities. In the job analysis stage, FGI was conducted on 7 content experts to derive 8 duties and 55 tasks. In addition, knowledge and skills were drawn for each task. In the analysis of educational needs, surveys were conducted for workers in general security jobs to derive the top 25 educational priorities through t-test and Borich needs assess model. At the stage of selecting core tasks and organizing required/optional contents, 42 tasks, both above average or at least one of them, were derived as core tasks based on the result of evaluation of importance and difficulty ratings of 55 tasks through a questionaire. In addition, tasks applied to the top 25 rankings derived from Borich needs assess model were applied as the required contents when designing courses, and tasks which applied only one of them were selected as optional contents. At the stage of required/optional modules and educational contents, four required modules and five optional modules were derived by drifting similar tasks between the required and optional contents. Based on the above results, the study suggested academic and practical implications and future suggestions.

  • 본 연구는 의료기관에서 근무하는 방사선사를 고용형태를 중심으로 구분하여, 정규직과 비정규직 간의 인식차이, 이직의도, 직무스트레스, 심리적 상태의 관계를 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구 대상은 수도권역과 지방권역으로 9개 의료기관에서 종사하는 방사선사 308명으로 하였다. 2012년 7월 18일에서 9월 15일까지 수집된 설문지를 통계적으로 분석하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 정규직과 비정규직 방사선사의 인식차이에서 정규직은 성별, 월 급여, 지역권에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 이직의도는 정규직에서 학력, 월 급여, 지역권에서 그리고 비정규직은 성별에서만 유의한 차이가 있었다. 직무스트레스는 정규직에서 학력, 월 급여, 지역권에서와 비정규직은 성별, 나이, 결혼, 총 직장 근무연수에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 심리적 상태에서 정규직은 성별에서와 비정규직은 성별, 결혼에서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 정규직, 비정규직 간의 직무적 요인에 대한 상관관계에서 인식차이는 이직의도와 심리적 상태에서, 이직의도는 인식차이와 직무스트레스 및 심리적 상태에서, 직무스트레스는 이직의도와 심리적 상태에서, 심리적 상태는 인식차이, 이직의도 및 직무스트레스에서 유의하였다. 고용형태에 따른 요인별 직무스트레스에서는 직무요구 요인, 직무자율성 요인, 관계갈등 요인, 직무불안정 요인에서 유의한 차이가 있었다.

Assistive Product Users' Need Analysis on Job Competence of Assistive Product Specialist (복지용구 전문가 직무 역량에 대한 복지용구 이용자 요구도 분석)

  • As the elderly population grows, the use of assistive products that facilitate independent living by the elderly is increasing. Assistive product specialists are important to selecting the correct assistive products. Therefore, it is necessary to grasp the needs of assistive product users. This study was conducted to identify the key tasks that should be prioritized through analysis of the needs of assistive product users of assistive product specialist's job competence Questionnaires were administered to 84 assistive product users in person and by mail. The questionnaire was designed to investigate the importance of work and educational needs based on the job of the assistive product specialist. Based on the results, the priorities of five duties and 12 key tasks were derived. The key tasks are highly demanded by assistive product users and must be included in the performance of the job of the assistive product specialist. Based on this study, it is expected that elderly people will gain independence and improve their quality of life in their homes and communities through an individualized approach.

유치원 교사의 직무스트레스에 따른 심리적 소진의 관계에서 자기자비와 마음챙김의 조절효과

  • 현대 사회가 급변하면서 가족 구조와 형태가 다양해지고, 여성의 경제 활동과 맞벌이 부부가 증가함에 따라 영유아 대상 돌봄에 대한 요구는 다양하게 변화하고 있다. 그러나 보육기관 증설 및 운영 시간 연장 등으로 보육의 공공성을 강화해 나가는 것에 반해, 유아 교육기관의 질과 영유아 상호작용에 큰 영향을 미치는 유치원 교사의 근무 여건 개선은 아직 미흡한 실정이다. 유치원 교사는 영유아의 성장과 발달에 결정적이고, 무조건적인 영향을 미치기 때문에 교육의 질을 결정하는 가장 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있다. 그럼에도 긴 근무 시간, 저임금, 학부모의 지나친 요구, 부진한 복지제도 등의 열악한 근무환경에서 직무스트레스와 그에 따른 심리적 소진을 경험하고 있다 본 연구에서는 유치원 교사가 지각하는 직무스트레스와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 자기자비와 마음챙김의 조절 효과를 규명하여 유치원 교사들이 흔히 겪을 수 있는 일반적인 어려움을 예상해보고 그 요인을 찾아 분석함으로서 유치원 교사의 스트레스를 예방하거나 감소시키기 위한 지원 방안 및 유치원 교사를 위한 교육프로그램 개발의 기초 자료로 활용되는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 경기도 내 유치원에 근무하는 교사 200명을 대상으로 직무스트레스척도(MTOSFQ), 심치적 소진척도(MBI), 자기자비척도(K-SCS), 마음챙김척도(FFMQ)를 사용하여 설문을 실시한 후 SPSS v22, 독립표본 t검정, 일원배치 분산분석, 선형회귀분석과 매개효과 검증을 위해 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하고자 한다.
