  • 자동차의 대중화와 인구집중화로 인하여 대도시의 경우 지하공간에 도로를 설치하려는 계획이 많아지고 있다. 그 계획에 대하여 장점을 찬성하는 사람들도 있지만 안전에 관하여 많은 사람들이 우려를 하고 있다. 그러므로 장대지하차도의 국내외 사례를 확인하고 재해에 대한 방재대책에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다.

Economic Analysis for Warehouse Rental Using Underground Parking Lots Extra Storage Room of Rental Office (임대오피스 지하주차장 여유공간을 활용한 임대창고의 경제성 분석)

  • The column gap of underground parking lots of office considering a business background and effective parking divisions is planned. A parking plan by column gap of fixed forms in atypical underground parking lots makes much extra storage rooms. Most of the edge of the parking lots are used for fan room. Part of the edge are located at parking ramps. Also warehouses are located in extra storage rooms. In this study compare study economical efficiency between life cycle costs and leases earnings. Consequently, It is proved that the warehouse rental is efficient because of lease earning guaranted years.

  • Through the rapid growth of Korea for the effectiveness and rationalization of the use of land the development of the underground land is mostly needed. Especially I think that in the limited country(like Korea) when we consider that the population of metropolitan area is almost a third if a total population of this country it is time that we should consider the method of transfer for using of under ground not of on the ground from the legal or systematic recognition of the land. In this respect it is necessary that the person involved in the urban development (the person for architect urban development landscape architect and adminstratives) should pay much attention to the using of the underground spaces.

Development of 3D Underground Information Construction and Visualization System Based on IUGIM (지하공간통합지도 기반 3차원 지하정보 구축 및 가시화시스템 개발)

  • Due to recent underground space accidents, are a frequent occurence in Korea, the government established the basic plan for the construction of the IUGIM (Integrated Underground Geospatial Information Map) in 2015 as a measure for safety management of underground spaces. The development of IUGIM was partially completed as of 2021. The underground space management entity and related organizations are utilizing it. This study is being carried out as part of a plan to improve the usability of IUGIM, and to build a visualization system that compares real-time field data with stored data. A system, equipped with a visualization function for borehole data and 6 types of underground facilities built and managed on IUGIM; a tool capable of comparative analysis with real-time data measured in the field, is being built. The 6 types of underground facilities are water supply pipe, sewage pipe, power pipe, gas pipe, communication pipe, and heating pipe. The completed system was demonstrated at three locations in Seocho-gu, Gangnam-gu in Seoul. The field demonstration was carried out by accessing the mobile center and downloading IUGIM data, visualizing IUGIM data (surface creation, borehole information, underground facilities), and visualizing the GPR(Ground Penetrating Radar)-based data acquired at the field. As a result of the empirical results of IUGIM data and GPR-based field data, it was judged to be suitable. As a result of this study, it is judged that it can be helpful for safe construction at the excavation site.

A study on the state of the art on the construction and the new technology of the underground structure(underpass, underground passageways) (지하구조물(지하차도, 지하통로)건설 현황 및 관련 신기술 개발동향 연구)

  • This study was performed to investigate how to design, where to construct, why to degrade, what plan to use systematically the underground structures such as underpass, underground passageways. About 50% of the underground structures are located on Seoul, Kyungi-Do. In design of the underground structures such as underpass, underground passageways, the required conditions are defined. And also in construction stage, the conditions of soil, required structure depth, site characteristics, reasonable construction method, are investigated. In the selection of details for underground structure, the items mainly considered, are the wall and column type, the sidewalk type, anchoring-system type, the water-proofing method, entranc shape. The reason and the adequate measures for the degradation of concrete structure are also investigated. The initial cracking properties due to the thermal characteristic are considered. The state of the art report on the new technologies are reviewed. The recent project for the systematically application to the underground structures is reviewed.

  • The underground space which has been highlighted anew in view of urban scenery and environmental conservation through the control of ground development and solution of urban problems through making the utility of urban space efficient can promote the urban service, amenity, stability and others by arranging the urban function of ground area to the underground which is anticipated to be demanding the more in the future an also can be effective measures of confrontation in the solution of traffic, the complex in the heart of the city and lack of land through effective construction of the structure of urban space. But it has been understood to be extremely negative space at this time as limited to negative and fragmentary development and it has faced the necessity of constructing pleasant environment by overcoming every problem. After all, through the general research of underground space, this dissertation is reconsidering the development value of environmental design on the basis of the case study in international city development of underground space, and trying to extract design factors which should be treated in developing the underground space by establishing the evaluation model on the functional, techinical and behavioral elements factors.
