부모-자녀관계의 주된 역할자인 기혼여성과 어머니(시어머니, 친정어미니) 간에 교류되고 있는 정서적 경제적 서비스 지지의 제공과 수혜를 조사하여 봄으로써 부모-자녀관 계의 변화를 추론해보고자한다. 본 연구결과 기혼여성은 시어머니와의 관계에서는 정서적 경제적 서비스 지지의 수혜보다 제공을 많이 하였으며 친정어머니와의 관계에서는 지지의 제공보다 수혜를 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 시어머니와 친정어머니간의 지지를 비교해 본결과 정서적 지지는 제공과 수혜 모두 시어머니보다 혈연관계인 친정어머니와의 사이에서 많이 교류되고 있으며 경제적 서비스 지지는 제공은 시어머니에게 많은 하고 수혜는 친정어머니로부터 많이 받는 것으로 나타났다. 이렇게 친정으로부터 지원받고 시가에는 봉사하는 '친정지원,시가봉사'의 이중적인 가족구조는 기혼여성에서 전통적으로 부과되어온 시부모부양의 의무를 계속 가질 뿐 아니라 친정에도 봉사하며 양가관계를 유지해야 이중부담 을 갖게 되는 문제점으로 나타날 수 있다.

This study aims to verify the mediating effect of social support in the relationship between online social relations service utilization(PC, mobile) and life satisfaction for middle-aged and Older Adults. For this purpose, the '2017 Digital Devide Survey' data collected by the National Information Society Agency was used, and among 2,300 middle-aged and Older Adults aged 55 or older, 1,488 people using the Internet were selected as the final analysis target. Then, using the structural equation, the mediating effect of social support was verified in the between online social relations service utilization and life satisfaction. As a result, it was verified that higher levels of mobile-based social relations service utilization have a positive effect on social support and life satisfaction. Also, it was confirmed that social support has a mediating effect in the relationship between the utilization of mobile-based social relations service and life satisfaction. However, the utilization of PC-based social relations services did not show to affect social support and life satisfaction. Therefore, the results of this study can be used as basic data for practical measures to increase the connection between mobile-based social relationship service education and social support promotion education for middle-aged and Older Adults. In addition, the study is meaningful in that it overcomes the limitations of measuring the use of online social relations services as one, and selects tools that are practically effective by dividing them into mobile and PC.

This study was performed to verify the effects of disability service providers' human rights awareness and social support on social integration. In addition to identifying the mediating effect of social support when human rights awareness are recognized impact on social integration and verified the direct and indirect effects on social integration. In result, First, human rights awareness is having a statistically significant effect on social support, Second, on human rights awareness also it showed a statistically significant effect on social integration. Third, social support has been identified as affecting social integration, Under the influence of social support appeared to affect human rights awareness recognized indirectly in social integration. This the human rights awareness affects directly social integration, social support was identified as mediators in the process of human rights awareness and social integration. Therefore, If a disability service providers made the correct recognition for human rights and social support can be seen that social integration can be achieved.

This study was conducted to explore the effect of social support on the quality of life of hemodialysis patients and to verify the moderating effect of public services. To achieve this purpose, parameter analysis using hierarchical moderated multiple regression was carried out with data provided by 156 hemodialysis patients who live in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. Results of analysis showed that social support, marital status, occupation of patient affected with the quality of life. The findings also showed that public services have moderate effect on relationship between the quality of life of hemodialysis patient and social support. Implications of these results were explored in relation to the importance of public services and measures that could be taken to improve social work practice.

This study noted that the social support and service satisfaction in care services consist of a continuous process of realizing children's rights beyond a single-line effect on children's happiness. This study was to examine the effects of Caregiver' social support on happiness among children using Community Child Center and mediating the effects of service satisfaction. For this, the questionnaire survey was made on targeting 4, 5, 6th grade students using 185 Community Child Centers located Jeonbuk. To this end, survey data were collected 1,241 data, SPSS 23 and Amos 23 were carried out description statistics, correlation analysis and structure equation analysis. The results were as follows. First, caregiver's social support had a direct effect on happiness. Second, service satisfaction had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between social support and happiness. Based on this, this study suggested the policy and practical implication to promote the children' happiness.

This Study explored three issues in regard to the determinants of community service utilization among family caregivers of the dependent older persons. First, the differences between users and nonusers of community services were compared regarding to predisposing, enabling, need characteristics of the primary caregiver as well as the elder care recipient. Second, the variables which determined the contact of community services were examined. Third, the influence of the variables on duration of the community services among users was also examined. The data collected from 164 family caregivers were used for analyses. Findings suggest that community service users had higher education and higher emotional support, lower family income than nonusers. The level of cognitive impairment of the elder was also higher for users than nonusers. The entry into community services is more likely for elders cared for by caregivers who have higher educational attainment, lower family income and lower level of instrumental support. Once interaction terms for relationship between need factors and social support are entered, caregivers with poorer level of his/her perceived physical health and lower level of instrumental support are more likely to report use of community services. Among those reporting contact with services, more extensive use occurs for caregivers with lower emotional support and lower depression. The entry of interaction terms for relationship between need and support reveals that the combination of lower support(instrumental and emotional) and elder's greater physical impairment are associated with longer period of community service use. However, the effect of caregivers' depression followed the different pattern. For caregivers with greater depression, more supports are related with more service utilization. According to the results, implications for research and practice are discussed.

This study was to identify the factors influencing the quality of life for the elderly with disabilities in the aging society. For this purpose, this study tried to examine the relationship between the factors which are Social support, Decrease in depression of the elderly with disabilities and Quality of life for the elderly with disabilities, and also identify the moderating effect of living independence. This study tested the research model based on panel data of the elderly with disabilities in Korea Welfare Panel Study. Th result are as follows: First, social support(family support and peer support) positively impact on depression of the elderly with disabilities. Second, decrease in depression of the elderly with disabilities positively impact on the quality of life for the elderly with disabilities. Finally, the higher living independence of the elderly with disabilities, decrease in depression of the elderly with disabilities positively impact on life support services and treatment services whereas does not impact on leisure life significantly.

Primary care takers, especially older parents, who live with and care for an adult child with mental illness struggle with the dilemma of who will provide for their child's social and emotional needs and physical care requirements when they can no longer care so. Therefore, 'Permanency plan(financial, residential, legal plan)' is very important for social integration and normalization of mental illness adults. This study aims to introduce the mental health systems in New Zealand and to investigate the permanency plan strategies(benefit, supplements, and the laws) of the government and community support services of NGOs through the interviews with team leaders of representative NGO, Te Korowai Aroha. Permanency plan strategies of New Zealand Government and NGOs are as follows. 1) Financial plans for adults with mental illness include main benefit(invalid benefit), various allowances(family allowance and disability allowance), and wage subsidies for employment. 2) The Government provide accommodation supplement and re-establishment grant for residential plan. And NGOs have supported accommodation program to provide support and accommodation that are important for social integration. 3) Adult mental illness is provided the support of welfare guardian and property manager under the Protection of Personal and Property Rights Act. According the results, this study concluded that social services for the mental illness which secure supported accommodation and benefits is strongly needed. At the same time, mental health delivery system is needed to make distinction between social services and clinical services.

This study investigated the relationship between social support and the well-being among the unemployed. Special attention was given to the empirical tests of the main effect and the stress buffering effect of social support on the psychosocial well-being and the practical implications in developing service strategies for the unemployed. Three-hundred-Sixty-nine(369) unemployed people in Choong-ju City and surrounding areas participated to the study. The results showed that both main and direct effects were partially supported by the data. In exploring the direct effect, social support from the family showed the strongest positive effect on the well-being of the unemployed. In the test of the stress buffering effect, the results showed a marginal buffering role of social support against the negative impacts of stress. Drawn from the results, the needs for further research in investigating the social support theory were suggested and possible implications for developing social work intervention strategies for the unemployed were identified.

서비스 지향 컴퓨팅은 서비스를 동적으로 조합하여 사용자가 요구하는 비즈니스 프로세스를 개발하는 효율적인 개발 방법이다. 서비스는 분산환경에 배치되고 인터페이스만을 외부로 노출하여 내부의 세부사항은 숨긴다. 이러한 서비스의 특징은 서비스 사용자가 서비스의 품질을 알기 어렵게 만든다. 서비스 소비자가 중요한 도메인에서 서비스를 사용하려면 서비스 품질(QoS)이 보장되어야 한다. 서비스 품질을 보장하기 위해서는 서비스 품질 측정이 먼저 선행되어야 한다. 하지만 현재까지 서비스 품질 모델의 표준화가 이루어 지지 않아 모니터링 해야 할 명확한 대상이 정의되지 않았고, 그로 인해 서비스 모니터링 방법 및 모니터링 효율성에 대한 연구는 거의 이루어 지지 않았다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 논문에서는 먼저 서비스 모니터링 해야 할 데이터를 명확하게 정의한다. 또한 정의된 모니터링 데이터를 분류하고 분류된 데이터의 수집을 위한 모니터링 가능한 서비스 설계방법을 제안한다. 마지막으로, 실험을 통해 제안된 기법의 실효성과 효율성을 보여준다.
