이 연구의 목적은 대한지적공사에서 추진하고 있는 지적정보서비스 유통 방안을 마련하기 위해 공공과 민간부분의 지적정보서비스 현황과 수요를 파악하고 분석하는데 있다. 이 연구에서는 심층면접과 개별면접을 병행하여 지적정보의 인지도와 활용도를 포함한 지적공간정보에 대한 활용실태, 지적공간정보의 품질만족도, 향후 지적공간정보 수요 예측, 지적공간정보의 유통서비스체계에 대한 선호도, 공사의 사업 다각화, 공간정보 시장의 수요 등을 정확히 파악한 후 지적정보의 이 활용과 유통을 증진시킬 방안을 도출하였다.

지적정보는 정보자체가 가지는 높은 보안과 고유의 특성으로 인해 유통 및 활용에 어려움이 있고, 타 기본공간정보와의 융복합을 위한 상호운영성이 미흡한 실정이다. 하지만, 정보의 개방과 통합은 당연한 시대적 흐름으로서 개방과 통합의 범위는 점차 확대되는 추세에 있다. 최근, 정보의 공개 및 유통을 효율적으로 지원하기 위해 공간정보에 대한 인프라 즉, 표준에 대한 논의가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 정보간 융복합과 서비스 측면에서 다양한 분야별로 많은 표준들이 개발, 운영되고 있는데, 특히, 메타데이터 표준이 관심의 대상이 되고 있다. 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 효율적으로 지원하기 위한 메타데이터 표준은 정보에 대한 정확한 설명을 제공하고, 사용자가 정보를 선택하고 활용하는데 도움을 줄 수 있는 부가정보를 제공하는 중요한 역할을 수행한다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지적정보가 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 수요가 창출될 수 있도록 한국의 환경에 맞는 지적정보 메타데이터 표준(안)을 설계하고자 한다. 지적정보의 특성을 감안한 메타데이터 표준의 구성을 통해 정보의 유통 및 서비스를 조기에 실현하고, 타 공간정보와의 융복합을 통한 시너지 창출 및 국가 기본공간정보로서의 역할을 충실히 수행할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

This study aims to show why we have to introduce SOA paradigm in the Cadastral Information System for coping with domestic and foreign IT environments flexibly and strengthening inner capability. We search the trend of up-to-date IT paradigm such as Enterprise GIS, SOA and etc. from this, we worked out the concept of Cadastral Information System. we also could see the introduction case of the domestic and foreign next generation Cadastral Information System, there is implications for us. also, we analysis the general condition about information system which KCSC(Korea Cadastral Survey Corporation) own in a general way and estimate the SOA level degree for each information system. and on that base, we set up SOA loadmap for implementation the next generation of Cadastral Information Service. This is an important step for building ideal future information systems which KCSC hope to be. For realizing this, we focus our inner capability on integration without duplicate and re-using the inner information infra.

This study focused on current status of Korean public library services for people with intellectual disabilities, as well as problems associated with managing the services, in order to suggest future directions for implementation. To analyze the current status, the researcher conducted a case study of current Korean public library services for people with intellectual disabilities. This research also conducted a focus group interview with librarians experienced in providing such services. The results show that the services are provided with the support of a community welfare center, in the form of a program over short periods of time. The librarians agreed on the appropriateness of the services but emphasized various difficulties associated with service management. Based on the results, we suggest possible points of consideration, including support for increased funding, more qualified personnel, adequate policies, and development of a model service for people with intellectual disabilities.

This study developed a mobile application system for serving cadastral information needed to propel diverse cadastral works including cadastral resurvey efficiently. First, BlackPoint-Xr was selected as a spatial client engine to embody the cadastral information system based on mobile device including smart phone and tablet PC. The mobile cadastral information system contains functions such as finding location with GPS based on spatial information such as aerial photo, cadastral map, administrative map, and digital map, parcel search with address and lot number, finding land register including land address, the classification of land, and land price. Especially, this study developed functions which can analyze the measurement of distance, area, slope and cross-section elevation of land to apply construction work and land maintenance project. This system can support efficiently cadastral work and construction project by serving diverse cadastral information to users in field and can be also applied to the field of digital cadastral information.

Recently, Through the linkage and opening, the fusion of the spatial information, it is necessary for productive ecosystem to provide a variety of information and to increase the civil use. Depending on the economic growth, demand for quality of life and well-being has been on the increase. Spatial information service contents for the public convenience has emerged to solve the problem such as health, safety, welfare and discomfort of daily life This study aims to implement search services for a tailored residence space through the three-dimensional data modeling on cadastral information. To achieve this goal, we established the requirements for deriving a registered object by investigating recent trend with respect to existing cadastral data model and defined property and relationship. Focusing on Songpa-gu, Jamsil station in Seoul, we implemented search services for a tailored residence space for three-dimensional right analysis in conjunction with residential and commercial complex building. As a result, we derived a way to supply 3D cadastre information through open platforms (VWorld) and to represent efficiently, which is able to improve the quality of spatial information service contents for the public convenience as well as to widen utilization of information.

언어는 단순히 인간의 의사소통의 수단이 될 뿐만 아니라 사고, 추론, 판단 등의 지적활동의 도구로서 활용된다. 컴퓨터에서는 인간의 언어를 사용하여 인간과 유사한 지적활동을 실현하고 자 하는 연구로 일상언어 컴퓨팅(everyday language computing)이 있다. 본 논문에서는 일상언어 컴퓨팅을 실현하는 한 예로 교통정보 서비스를 위한 대화시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 시스테믹 기능문법(Systemic Functional Grammar: SFG)을 기반으로 사용자의 발화를 3개의 메타기능을 통하여 의미를 분석하고, 메타기능으로 표현된 의미로부터 시스템의 발화를 생성한다 기존 교통정보 서비스는 DB의 질의검색과 일률적인 정보제공이 일반적인 것에 비해, 제안하는 대화시스템은 대화의 의미 속에 포함된 사용자의 의도 및 의미를 분석함으로써 보다 적절한 정보를 제공하여 사용자의 서비스만족도를 향상 시키는 교통정보서비스를 가능하게 한다. 또한, 웹과 연동되는 VXML(Voice Extend Makeup Language)을 대화시스템에 적용함으로서 실용적인 인터페이스를 실행하였다.

These days, we can't confirm cadastre information about stereoscopic digital map that was consist of 2 dimensions and more difficult to understand of detailed parcel boundary, area, land using for 3 dimensions. An each local government providing three-dimensional that are connected to an aerial photograph with cadastre maps. Satisfaction is high for citizens but, this service additional cost for purchase of an aerial photograph order to provide of it. So far, in various ways are under study about three dimensions using Google Earth which is possible to provides 3 dimensional information by real time for individual parcel situation. The purpose of this study was analyzed an accuracy of overlapping between cadstre maps and an image on Google Earth Web in the each different coordinates system. Also, this paper could be provided for use possibility of 3 dimensions information service with an indicator of using or a guideline of direction for local government which provide 3 dimensions information oneday.

This paper attempts to portray the issues of intellectual freedom that confront librarians in developing collections in libraries. It is observed that the issue has hardly been drawn attention in Korea while, from various cases, concerns about intellectual freedom have been increased in many countries. Situated in this observation, this paper surveys various aspects of endeavors to protect intellectual freedom in information service settings. It is also stressed how such issues as free access to information, freedom to know, information barriers in public sectors, and freedom of expression are addressed in library world. Emphasis was also put on the meaning of intellectual freedom as viewed through some policy documents and guidelines in other countries and its implications.

인터넷 사용자의 폭발적 증가와 콘텐츠 제공업체의 범람은 지적재산권 보호에 관심을 갖게 하였다. 본 논문에서는 지적재산권을 보호할 수 있는 기밀성을 보장하는 키관리 시스템을 제안하고 실시간 데이터의 특성을 수용하여 효율적인 멀티미디어 전송을 보장할 수 있는 암호화 기법인 선택적 암호화 기법을 제안한다. 또한 제안한 기법을 바탕으로 멀티미디어 데이터 서비스에 적합한 DRM시스템 모델을 제안한다.
